VI Rentals has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Brad and Brittney have been so helpful assisting us with all our rental needs for our development. Highly recommend them.

Best rental spot in town, great customer service, great equipment in a convenient location. They have helped us out of a jam with equipment in a hurry more than once. Would highly recommend.

Was able to reserve my rental with ease. Staff are extremely polite and knowledgeable. There flexibility made entire experience seemless and stress free

Because we had a disagreement months ago and I left a review they won't rent to me.
How childish for a company, maybe take reviews into mind and work with the info.
Instead you wanna do this, I will be posting all this also on face book also.

I recently rented equipment from VI Rentals Ltd and unfortunately, I had a negative experience. Despite scheduling a pick-up for my rental item, the company failed to show up on the scheduled day. As a result, I was charged $250 for an extra day, which was frustrating and unnecessary. When I reached out to the company to address the issue, I did receive a response but not a resolution.
Overall, my experience with VI Rentals Ltd was disappointing. While the equipment itself was in good condition, the lack of accountability and failure to honor their commitments left a bad taste in my mouth. I would caution others to be cautious when renting from this company and ensure that all agreements are documented and confirmed in advance.

Had a rep there (Steve) take a look at a jobsite to see what size boom i would need. The condo building backs onto a golf coarse and he was concerned about the turf. Talk to the owners there and they told me they always in the past use plywood to drive it in for years.
Told him that and he went to his Boss at VI and now they wornt rent me a boom as STEVE feels it its not safe there to bring in.
They always pick and choose.and i only need it 2 weeks so i know they like renting them longer, they always make up something.
This will be reported to the BBB
