Ana and her groomers are so wonderful with both my dogs. One of which had never been to a groomer because of his anxiety, and now he loves going there.

The only place we go to get our dogs nails done.
My one dog is terrified of getting his nails done, and they are always patient and get them done.

They always help us out when we call/text last minute and get us in.

Staff is always friendly and polite.

I've been going to Vicki's for almost 5 years. They have taken wonderful care of all 3 of my dogs. Ana and Felipe truly care about the dogs and give excellent service to their customers. I've recommended them to all my friends and neighbours.

I went with my daughter in law to take their cat in for spa day. Was in the afternoon. Very busy at the time. Awesome staff. My daughter use to take her cat in too. Bootsy RIP

I brought in my long-haired cat for a brush and deshed. The groomers were very friendly and you can tell they care about the animals. They schedule cats later in the day when it's quiet. Pricing was decent. Would bring my cats here again:)

Excellent experience for my little puppy who gets so excited when he sees Anna from VPS! Flexible regarding drop off /pick up, responsive to scheduling via text, gives great feedback and suggestions regarding grooming/pet care, and always friendly and accommodating.

Have to say hands down the best place for your puppy or your dog as they are very patient with the animals and my little guy Finnigan is the most handsome

Took my one year old lab for his first groomers visit and they were great with him. He came back a happy pampered puppy after getting a nail clip ear treatment and bath.

My VERY anxious Chihuahua terrier's groomer closed up shop after 8 years. I received a recommendation for Vicki's and took her in for the first time today. They were wonderful! I am so happy to have found another groomer I can trust to give her the patience she needs.

Have been many times and they always do a great job and offer suggestions about the best cuts. My dogs get a lot of mats and they work with that to cut them out while still making them look great. Plus I love the fact you can text and get it all in writing. Super responsive and never had to wait more than a week for an appointment.

They always do well with my cat. Can't recommend them enough. And the prices are fantastic.

They were so patient and kind with my cat who hates getting groomed. Would definatly recommend this place!

This was our first visit here. Our rescue pup Nova can be a bit nervous during groom time, baths and nail trims. The staff at Vicki’s Paw Spa did an amazing job at keeping her calm and comfortable during her nail trim. Her nails were so nicely trimmed. With a dog that has black nails it can be challenging to cut them, however I was really happy with how they trimmed her nails. Everyone was so kind and friendly. We will definitely be back!

We’ve tried other groomers but service here just sets it apart. They always do a great job with our corgi!

My cat Harley just had his first haircut ever and we came here, and they did an amazing job! His cut is super cute and he was very comfortable. Definitely will be coming here again

We take our Westie here regularly, and his haircut always looks great! They always ask for what kind of style we are looking for, any modifications to the cut, and they treat our dog very well. We frequently get compliments on how cute his haircut is.

I have brought my husky collie cross here a few times when his shedding gets too much for me and have had only excellent experiences! The price is very reasonable, the service is quick and they are so friendly and warm with myself and my fur baby. I will definitely be back again!

We get our dogs nails done here every two weeks, they always find time for us even when calling that day. Very professional and great with our dogs! Highly recommend!

We have been taking out Persian cat Lucy To Vickis for close to 2 years. She comes out looking and smelling great. Service is quick and very professional. I would highly suggest if you have a cat to visit Vicki's

I called in 20 mins before I needed my doggy's nails done and she fit me in. Vicki is very professional and compassionate towards other pets and I would recommend anyone to come here. Prices are low as well so that's an extra bonus

Friendly owners always do a great job on my cockapoo. They remember what they did last time and help in maintenance on her nails. Great customer service.

They were awesome. I have a pitbull mix who is very fearful of nail trimming. Exhausted in trying I walked in to see if they could help. They took me in right away and were able to get 3 of the 4 paws trimmed. We didnt want him getting to stressed. They offered to do the other paw anytime I am walking by and even discounted for the 4th paw. A + service. Great Job you guys,

I have a Keeshond X with a long double coat. Most places either say they don’t have anyone that knows how to groom him or they want a small fortune (seriously I got a quote in White Rock for well over $200 once). The girls do an amazing job for a good price and clearly loves dogs! Don’t know what I’d do without this place!

Treats our pet as family, helpful, friendly service every time. All the staff are really great.
