I have been to this restaurant multiple times for dim sum but never fully enjoyed the experience. We come because of the location and I would definitely avoid this place if I am to pay out of my own pocket. The food here is okay, not terrible, but very expensive plus small portion and sautéed items were very oily. There are better dim sum restaurants in downtown.

Have been craving for Chinese food for a while and finally got to try out some dimsum in Vancouver! The dishes served here are generously portioned and freshly prepared. My favorite is the Braised E-Fu Noodle with Crab Meat, although I wish it was fried with more wok hay and was slightly more seasoned. The environment is bright and clean and the staff is helpful.

Li always wants to eat Chinese food when he comes to Canada! Try this tea house when you land in Vancouver. The dim sum is big and hot. My favorite is dry fried noodles with fresh crab meat, but it can be seasoned with more or less pot gas. The environment is bright and clean, and the staff are very helpful!

It was my first time at the restaurant and will be my last. Food was mediocre and the shrimp dumplings were spoiled. Portions were also small. Despite the inedible dumplings and bare minimum service, the server told me I was required to give them at least 15% tip when I was going to give 12%.

Pretty good food, but service was very slow and dishes came almost one at a time every 5-10 minutes. They mixed up our orders twice, but it tasted good so there was no other issue. But taking a star off because they did not inform us that they ran out of a chicken dish, and instead we waited a while before asking and they gave us another dish as replacement.

Customer service is bad. Closing time shows 9: 00 pm. We got there at 7: 30 pm but we were push away, as they are closing. Their cooks leaves at 7: 45pm. What kind of business is that!

My mother and I enjoyed a light dinner at Victoria Chinese Restaurant today as we had a late lunch. The food at this restaurant is very authentic, fresh and delicious. We received excellent services from the staff even though we didn't order the normal variety of dishes. I was very impressed and considering the online rating doesn't do justice to this nice restaurant. I would recommend it to whoever looks for an authentic and very reasonable traditional Chinese restaurant in the financial district of downtown Vancouver.

Spacious dining room. Food used to be great but erratic on my last visit. Congee came without green onion garnish. Rice roll with sauce missing. Servers were not attentive.

There was nothing really exciting about this restaurant. The dim sum menu is quite small and I thought it was a bit expensive, maybe because I'm comparing dim sum restaurants in Calgary. The washroom was weird as well. I didn't know they still put ice in the Urinal trough. By the way, it's super bad for the pipes and creates more odor over time.

Standard food but worst customer service ever.
The server spilled the sauce on the table and no one tried to make the table looked at least less messy.
I can take away the one star if u can. Not joking

Attitude of hostess and staff beyond pale. Not the first time. We have been here a handful of times in the past year as a result of convenience and have been treated rudely. Decided not to provide a tip this time. Was confronted by hostess and staff at the desk after paying at which time they demanded a tip and told me it was mandatory. They did not ask what was wrong or what they could have done differently. I informed them they were beyond rude and there would be no tip. We won't be going back.
