Honestly how is this place still open? Terrible service. The owner wouldn’t hire anyone of colour a while ago and still puts cheap quality stuff into all the ice creams.

Mediocre ice cream and crazy expensive, we didn’t even finish our 2 single ice cream cups for a total of $14.70!

Cute ice cream spot with candy tourist options. They had maple candies, Nanaimo bars, and maple cookies.

I did not love the ice creams and the service did not know what was the difference between a few ice creams. They do not have the option to try them neither. So basically I went for a quite “blinded” option. I tried them twice and got disappointed the second time too.

Literally threw this ice cream away. Spent $14 for two small ice creams, and it was basically ice water with cheap ingredients mixed in. Went to Oh Gelato down the street only to find that it was the exact same garbage. Hard pass on both. Found two better places. Favoris and Johnson's

Terrible customer service. The older lady behind the counter was just plain mean.

Also, no tasting nor did she agree to give an extra empty cup even though we bought a couple ice creams.

The ice cream was fantastic! I especially like that there were vegan options. Delish!

Fudge wasn't good at all, though.

Very disappointing customer service. An older lady was doing the ice cream and a younger one was processing the till queue. I waited alone (no customers by the ice-cream showcase) for a good minute while the older lady sorted a fresh batch of specialty cones. She saw me but didn't acknowledge me. After a minute, I entered the till queue of about 6-7 people figuring maybe I needed to order ice-cream at the till. As the people in front of me were getting their card processed, I asked the till where to order ice cream from. The older lady, now with three people waiting to get ice cream, says, "Oh you do that from me. "

I turned around and walked out. Fait attention SVP and you'll get my business (and you won't need to whine about downtown workers who don't spend enough at downtown businesses).

Ice cream is good! The cups they use (if you don’t get a cone) are sooooo small. The ice cream scoop overwhelms it and makes it impossible to eat without a huge mess.

The ice cream was not at all creamy, it had the texture of sand. Maybe it was one specific flavor/bad batch but at 7 bucks for a miniature scoop.it was disappointing

Staff was super kind and helpful! They helped me find the perfect souvenir and had great tasting ice cream and fudge, would go again and would recommend!

Nice server and nice prize for students.
Also the icecream tastes really good and in a good size

Not allowed to taste any ice cream before buying. Ever since the dawn of time, good ice cream shops all over the world let you have one or two tastes on a small spoon before deciding. Not here! Shows how cheap the owners are. Ice cream was good but I'll steer people away from here.
