The small studio runs by a really nice and helpful couple. You can have your passport photos ready within a short time unless they are super busy.
They do the good job. The price is reasonable too. They charge much less than the drug stores.
If you need some ID photos, this is the good shop you can trust.

I had a great experience getting my passport photos done here. He was super friendly and efficient and his prices beat the far inferior service at nearby London Drugs.

Great service! He was very busy but got everyone done quickly and professionally, he was very lovely/kind, and was knowledgeable about how to do my 6 month old’s passport photo!

Friendly, fast, and great quality service! We put our 5 month old in a colorful sleeper since the owner suggested it and made sure she was awake and happy for the photos.

Great customer service, they will great with my kids (one and two years old). I had to resubmit one of the photos to the embassy with a digital copy and the owner helped me with that.

Family have been to this place for over a decade. Great service and top notch photography skill by the owner. Took my daughter first passport photo here when she was 2 and he was great with her. Highly recommended but he does get busy sometimes so be patient!

Great quality passport photos and quick turnaround. We were in and out of the shop in 15 minutes and the photos were ready to go within 30 minutes from when we completed the shoot. Highly recommended for anyone looking to bring a kid to get their photos done for passport, permanent residency, etc. The shop owner is incredibly kind and welcoming.

I am very disappointed when I come to have my PR picture. I told him I came all the way to have the photo taken because I thought he has a good review.but I am very disappointed how he took the picture and the results. My friend is a photographer and he know how to take a good picture but today he is very rush and not giving me a good photo. The photo is not good at all. I will have to find another photo studio to retake my photo. I don’t recommend other people to go to him.

This guy only consider his money, i got a feeling he is scamming the tax, doesn't given out proper receipt.printing out two receipts.payment receipt doesn't shows GST amount.

The best place to get passport photos! The owner is very confident about his work. I have gotten for Canadian passport, Japanese passport and PR. Usually be ready to pick up within half an hour if it’s not too busy. Highly recommended! Only Debit or cash, so don’t forget to bring them!

Just WOW! Super quick and efficient. Took my 6 months old and 2.5 year old for passport photos and can’t recommend this place enough! The photos turned out perfect. All my friends and family raved at how good the photos turned out. Will definitely come here for all future passport photo needs:)

A very friendly older couple run the studio. My sister and I went to take a portrait of the two of us for our parents. The process was quick and the picture turned out great!

I brought my 4.5 year-old son there for passport photos, my son is autistic. This is one AMAZING experience! We came in an early morning, the owner gave us his warmest greeting with gentle smile. I told the owner that there might be a challenge for a photo shoot with no smile as my son always smiling and might not look straight into the lens…even though he was calm enough and never meltdown. And, it was done within 20 seconds, we got a perfect nice shot before I started to get nervous. Beside his great knowledge and professional skills, he has the most thoughtful and beautiful heart that all his customers can feel him!
P.s. We tried those chain-store photo labs before but all failed.

This studio is our family's go to for passport photos. They take excellent pictures, they are even recommended by other passport photo places, especially for kids photos. They did such a good job with my toddler and 3 months old baby. The owners are also super friendly!

Late review but wanted to give this place five stars! Brought my 4 month old here for his passport photos and it was a very smooth and stress-free experience. The lady was kind and gentle with my son. It was pouring rain and the lady did not want me to walk to my car with my baby in the rain, so she quickly got the photos done and off we went. Thank you for being very accommodating and thoughtful.

I can highly recommend Victoria Photo Studio to anyone who needs high-quality and amazingly priced photos for the passport, PR, visa application or anything else. The owner is charming, welcoming, and does his job brilliantly. My husband and I went to Victoria Photo Studio thrice, and each time the quality of photos was impeccable and there were no issues with the size/head & body positioning/lighting etc. The owner will definitely make sure you look great - and, as a cherry on the pie, the price is beyond reasonable (at par with London Drugs where 90% of photos are typically bad enough even for the "Wanted! " board in a police station). An absolute hidden gem in East Vancouver and well worth a visit, regardless of where you live in the Greater Vancouver area.

The cutest couple took my kid’s passport photos. One I took when he was about 3 months old and one when she was 2 months old. They definitely knew all the rules to ensure our photos met all the passport standards.

A cute mom and pop shop with friendly customer service. Went here for my toddler's passport photos and they were great with her. They were also taking a couple of other people's photos including a 2 month old baby's which I think they did a pretty good job of. Will come back again!

Went there for baby passport photo today. The staff (I assume husband and wife) were very friendly. Both of masks on. The lady also put on a pair of gloves before touching and holding the baby in the seat for photo taking. There is also hand sanitizer in the shop. They take debit and cash only. No credit card. Very fast service. Photo was ready within 20min.

I love this place! I went here 3x over the course of 3 years. Im always satisfied with photos I get (passport/PR ID). I have moved place, not so far, but I still go back to this place, better than London drugs or other photo labs. Aside from good price, owner is always so friendly too and quick service! Free street parking just in front of it if you get lucky.

I randomly searched for a ID photo place and this one came up as one of the top results. I never regreted going here. The onwer is an older gentleman who was extremely helpful and kind. He welcomed me with his story of how he moved from one of first generation of London drugs photography department to his own business to keep up with the quality and reasonable price. And yes, the photo quality went far from my expectation. I loved it, much better than all other ID photo I ever took anywhere else. Strongly recommend to everyone

The owner of the studio was very welcoming. He was alone in the shop when I came to take a passport photo. He asked if I was able to wait a little as he is just finishing up another task. While waiting, he was able to entertain me with his stories of his family, how he started the photography department in London Drugs, and how their standard has dropped, and his store has better quality etc. I have used LD passport services and it is true, his photos come out better! Photos come out pretty quickly too; I waited for probably less than 20 minutes!

I brought my five week old baby here for her passport photos this morning and we were in and out within half an hour. This includes waiting for our turn and settling the baby. It was just over $16 after tax for the passport photos for babies over 1 month (completely understood because they take longer and can’t follow directions). The owner was friendly and service was prompt. I’d recommend this business to others!

Great experience. Great price. Friendly owner. The owner Jim is a friendly 70 yo Korean born man. He has been running this shop for decades and has clients that have come back to him for decades even after they moved to further neighborhoods. I had to drive 20 mins to get there but it was worth it just to support a well run small family business like this. I hope he can stick around for a bunch more years!
