Victoria Regent Waterfront Hotel & Suites

Rooms spacious, beds comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Location is perfectly situated close to shopping, Chinatown, the harbor, and fishermen's wharf.

We had amazing support from upgrade before we arrived (after booking through Expedia and overpaying), to housekeeping, location and check out. The view was beyond expectation. The kitchen set up was effective and housekeeping kept us stocked in coffee and tea. The shower products were next level. And peace and quiet for night time recovery.

Very nice place. Great view from the balcony and lots of room in the suite. Close to everything and exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Would be 5 stars but the bed was way too soft so didn’t sleep comfortably.

Great location for a walkable stay in downtown. On site parking. Rooms were well sized and the balcony was a nice plus for evening sitting a people watching.

Took my husband for his birthday and we got upgraded to the penthouse suite. Our trip was absolutely lovely with a few caveats.

*the parking is confusing - but still worth the stay.
*the penthouse suite balconies obviously hadnt been cleaned in awhile (on the coast a.k. A.seagull issues) however other suites below us didnt look like they had the same issue.

I have stayed once before so I can say the suites are fabulous minus the one caveat. The customer service is excellent and it is a great place to stay if you want a view and to truly feel you are getting your bang for your buck.

My wife and I have been here three times over the course of the past year and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. It truly feels like our home away from. The excellent service from the staff here just makes it that much better. The suits are clean and comfortable, the views from the suits are incredible, the reception staff are very helpful and friendly. We would love to give a special shout out to Paras. He has always been very helpful and has made our stay feel special each time we stay. We will definitely be back!

The most beautiful exquisite hotel right on the water. We come here once a year. The price is high but so worth it. Right in town close to everthing. We have been coming here for years and will always be back!

The staff was amazing! I made an error on my reservation and they went out of their way to help me out even though it was completely my fault. Very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel right on the waterfront. Rooms are nice and clean, but some do not have AC if you are there in the summer. Minor inconvenience is that the bedside tables don't have accessible power outlets to charge your phone/tablets.

Love their room with harbor view. Clean and quiet hotel, best location. I would choose it for sure.

Hotel itself was great. Staff was friendly, comfortable bed, robes in room were cozy. But…We had a room facing the street and barely got any sleep due to noise from people leaving bars.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. Everything is within walking distance and my suite was very clean. Complimentary breakfast was also nice as well. My only minor complaint is that the parking garage is a really tight squeeze.

Great hotel, perfect location on the inner harbour! Tons of great food options nearby, we left our car in the garage for our entire visit.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! We were so worried when our ferry to Victoria was cancelled because of weather. Ben was so kind, and gave amazing customer service! He took all our worries away. He found a wonderful room for New Years Eve for our family, so all worked out better than we could have ever expected! His wonderful customer service took all our worries away! The room was clean, large and so beautiful. This hotel, and Ben, made our trip to Victoria! Thank you! We will only stay there on future visits! And special thanks to Ben!

Found dirty socks next to the bed and the room was not even close to what was shown in the photo when we booked. The photo on the right is the one that was in the ad the one on the left is the beautiful view we got for over $200

For the money, you cannot beat this place. The parking is a little tight, but the rooms are huge, with stunning harbor views, and you can walk right out onto the harbor walk from the lower level. Staff are friendly as well. We will be back.

SPACIOUS! We had the king suite with a waterfront view on 7th floor and it was huge! Friendly staff, full kitchen (complete with cookie sheet and measuring set), dining table, balcony with furniture and more closets than my own home. Very affordable (late December), very clean and had complimentary breakfast with a few hot items. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi. Slow and unreliable but I am sure they are working on it.
Located right downtown near new Johnson St. Bridge it's walking distance to to anything you could want. Exceptional value!

We were in absolute heaven at this hotel. Our suite was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Every detail was luxury oriented.linens, lighting, sunset-harbour view, privacy, patio-balcony, quiet and a knockout location with walking distance to everything Victoria has to offer. Stay here.
