The owner Victoria could not have been kinder or more generous to my daughter Victoria. We stopped in for a picture and the owner went out of her way to make my daughters day.

I am just a girl from Kentucky USA who is overwhelmed with the amazing staff at this tack shop. I hunted down the blanket I wanted so badly for my horse and found it at a great price. I was so excited to see it shipped and anxiously followed tracking. And then it got delivered! …. To no man’s land. The blanket has unfortunately never been recovered, but Victoria was amazing handling the situation! She worked with the Canadian post and routinely checked in with me throughout the process, and timely issued me a refund despite the Canadian Post not refunding her the total purchase price. THIS is customer service. While I’m bummed that the blanket never arrived, I am absolutely thrilled with the customer service I received from Victoria’s Saddlery and will definitely use this store again! From all the way across the continent in Lexington, KY, you’ve made a forever customer!
