I’ve been seeing Anna for nearly a year and she is always meticulous with my powder nails. She is always going the extra mile for me and definitely is a huge reason why I’m a repeat customer. I drive across town to go to Victorias and many of my friends do as well.

Ana is the best! She takes very good care of her clients and makes your nails look amazing. I come back all the time for both manicures and pedicure. She single handedly repaired my damaged nails and they have never looked better!

I’ve been going here for 2 years now and today I have to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Look at the pictures yourself and you can see why I changed my review. I changed my review because, I’m bleeding, you can see my nails under the colour, the shape is really bad and on top of everything today the customer service was awful. I didn’t even complain I just wanted to get out. Paid 95$ for this. Really disappointed.

I have visited this place numerous times and they’ve always been clean professional and looked after our needs they are generally on time not like a lot of other places that you make an appointment and you have to wait to go. I highly recommend them

I had booked an appointment for powder dip nails. I told the technician this several times, and we couldn’t get past the language barrier so he ended up giving me gel. I wasn’t pleased as they are harder on my nails, and don’t last as long, but thought oh well there was nothing I could do as no one else was around to help us communicate. And he did a beautiful job.

I came back several weeks later to get this removed and put powder dip on, and my nail had actually molded underneath. When I brought this to the attention of the manager she frowned and said miscommunication and went back to her client.

The technicians do a great job but the management I am not impressed with. I had called the next day to see what had happened and they had my original appointment written in the book correctly, so there was communication error between management and staff. I received nothing for the damage and had to pay full price for both appointments

Great nail salon, I’ve had the pleasure of having Tracey as my nail technician the last 3 times and she is amazing. Very thorough and does an amazing job. I always bring in pictures for inspiration and she nails it every time.

I really don’t want to post this because I don’t like to leave a negative review but this time I feel I should.
My husband and I have been there three times and each time was worse than the last. We will not be going back. The last time the lady looked at his feet and said she didn’t know or want to do them. They were cold and rude. All he wanted was his nails trimmed and callus removed from one toe and his heals. Then to top it off they cut my husband. Not a little nic but a 1cm slice down the side of his foot. They didn’t disinfect the wound. They just used a dry cotton ball to soak the blood. I had to clean and sterilize his wound when we got to the car.
I have been to many other nail salons on the Coast and thought maybe they just needed to get to know us, the service will be better next time - no it wasn’t. Three strikes, your out. Find somewhere else to go

Absolutely horrible service. Rude nail techs, and horrible Nails. I went in to the salon and asked for a design and the whole time she was messy and rude and was throwing my hands everywhere. The design is bumpy and see through. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR AT ALL! DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

I had gotten a fresh set of acrylics, they’re absolutely gorgeous! Perfect length and shape, so many compliments on them already. Will for sure be coming back. Lovely service and the lovely lady who did my nails, as well as the person I look forward to booking with for my fill, is Helen, such a wonderful woman.

Very clean, organized & friendly business. Although I had an appointment it seemed like they were going above and beyond to accommodate walk ins as well. I will definitely return, excellent value & people!

Pedicure lasted okay, but they didn't trim and shape the toes very evenly. Sometimes at other salons I have had people remove the extra skin around the big toe and it helps prevent ingrown toes, but they didn't do any cleanup like that. Nails were sharp to the touch like they didn't finish sanding with a fine grit file.

I went to Victoria nails twice. I had Tina both times. The first time I went in I had very short nails and had asked for just a clear gel overlay on my nails. It was suggested that I had tips glued on and a clear gel over that so that I could have longer nails right from the start. I agreed to this and chose my length.

The service was very fast which at first I thought was a good thing but after my nails were done and I got home I had a closer look. I had bubbles in the gel and black specs in at least three of my nails. My gel nail fell off with my left baby finger after one week

I decided to give them another try and booked with Tina again. My second time I was in and out in less than a half an hour and that was definitely a red flag. I once again had bubbles in my nails, black specs and the consistency of the thickness of my nails was not good. Some of the nails were very thick. I also had lifting around the edges of my nails and once again my baby finger on my left hand fell off. The only thing I can think of is it is the last nail done and spent the least amount of time under the blue light. I also don’t think that my nails spend enough time under the blue light and that could explain the lifting around the edges. That is what I mean by red flag that it took less than half an hour. I don’t think the nails were properly cured in such a short time.

I didn’t feel like I was being personally addressed but more like part of an assembly line. Tina was pleasant but with English not being her primary language there was not a lot of communication.

I got a new set of acrylics done. And ive never had a worse experience at a salon. The older lady doing my nails was so unbelievably rude and was pointing and laughing at me very obviously during the first half of the appointment to the other staff. My nails were 70$ and they look horrible. They are not the same length, the shape is absolutely awful. They spent about 10 minutes filing the shape, and i have never left the salon SO unhappy with how my nails looked. They are clumpy, way too thick, messy, and had a horrible paint job on them. The fact that i paid 70$ for this is unbelievable. I am very unhappy and will NEVER be coming back again for this terrible service. By far the worst salon in Kelowna

I took my daughters here and a friend for pedicures. Everything was great! It was clean, organized, friendly and reasonably rates! I will be coming back! Well done

I came Nov 19th and I made sure to ask that they are gel nails as my regular nail tech from Golden is gel nails and they promised they were powder gel. I said the smell smells like acrylic, I do not want acrylic, again they tell me it's gel powder not acrylic. She wanted to cut all my nails and put tips on rather than file and I said no, I've grown my nails for many many years, she had to cut 2 which I agreed. They lasted me 28 days, that's great, BUT.now I have to get may nails filled as iam back home and well, it cost me double as I had to have her file my ACRYLIC nails off. I will never ever recommend you, I don't appreciate being lied to so you can make a buck.

Everyone at Victoria nails are the goats! Especially Tina she’s the biggest goat ther! (The goat: “the greatest of all time) but seriously 12/10 recommend this spot! Show Tina a picture and she’ll legit duplicate it no joke!

This was such a relaxing time!
I brought my 2 sisters and my mom in for a pedicure.
The ladies were helpful and really good at their jobs. They made us feel like we were all taken care of. The stone massage was wonderful. My Dad stopped in to the appointment to say hi, and they even let him get his own chair massage while waiting for us.
I highly recommend trying this spa out! Great find!

Most durable shellac manicure I’ve ever had! I am constantly roughing up my hands and a shellac doesn’t usually last me a week without at least a chip or two, but it has lasted two weeks without a single chip. They are also super fast and friendly - will definitely be going back!

I went here for the first time today. I really enjoyed my manicure and pedicure. It was very relaxing, clean and well priced.

The quality of nails they have provided me is outstanding! I work in health care so with constant hand washing, I need nails that hold up. Their nails definitely do just that! Their salon is clean and the service has always been great and they can bring most of my ideas to life! Definitely recommend them for anyone wanting quality nails at affordable prices!

I have been going to Victoria nails since I moved to Kelowna, they are professional and kind. The quality of services are fantastic! I recommend booking an appointment however they do offer a walk-ins.

I have been going to Victoria’s nail salon for over three years. The owner Victoria is a friend now and always does amazing nails for me. All the girls are wonderful and the place is so clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

You know what I love most about this place? Is the owner. She knows my name, my phone number and is so appreciative of my continued loyalty and support. She always gets me in, even last minute. Thank you so much for my mani, pedi eyebrow wax and tint. The whole staff was so kind, the place was clean and tidy and they went above and beyond for customer service. Truly made it feel like a personalized experience! The hot towels at the end of the mani and pedi is the icing on the cake
