Victory Range Hoods

Our new fan is Luna and we are very pleased with it. It was easy to install and it updates our kitchen nicely. Victory Range Hoods was very helpful with information needed to receive the correct type of fan we needed. I would recommend them.

We just installed our new Victory Twister 36 inch. It's beautiful and love the stainless steel quality and finish. Its remarkably quiet and powerful. The 4 lights are a definite plus. This range hood feels solid and built like a tank. Fantastic!

We have purchased approximately 30 of the Victory hoods over that last 3 years and have enjoyed every one. Good product, good people. Will continue using Victory Hoods.

I had the main circuit board go in my range hood after about 15 hrs. No appliance repair shop in town would look at it. The staff at victory was very helpful in determining what was wrong and suggesting what part was needed. Quick delivery of my replacement part and even sent me a link to a video on how to replace it.

Purchased a sky range hood when starting my renovation to be sure framing was done correctly. The hood was installed a year later and the remote did not work. After calling and watching several remote pairing videos I was told that the warranty period was over and I would need to buy a new control panel. The unit works as it should but the remote doesn't. You can't even buy just a remote. Now I get to pull this unit out of the finished ceiling and I now get to pay $350 to get a new remote and control panel that also has no warranty!

The product is great, the service sucks. I was really hoping a local company would have a higher level of service.

Better check the unit over for operation immediately when you recieve it.

We have been buying and installing these hoodfans for over 10 years now and have never had an issue with any of them. Great product and they look awesome installed. These hoodfans are a great addition to all our kitchens we build. Thanks Victory and keep up the great work!

Your team did a great job communicating about the status of the order. It arrived early and is good shape. I have not used it yet since my house is still under construction. However, it looks great.
I was somewhat taken aback when you asked for a tip during the online ordering process. I do not think this was very professional.

Very good experience with high professional people. I recommend the fan for the high speed and silence.

So far so good. Really wish there was an installation-inclusive option. It is a pain to hunt around for contractors willing to install.

We have used this company twice now for range hood in our kitchens. The quality is great. The delivery promptly and even put the item in our garage because we were out at the time. Would use this company again in a renovation if we ever to move again, which I'm hoping not too.

Sure it’s a good looking fan if they get the parts right and God forbid if your electrician needs technical support. Victory’s technical support is “hire a certified electrician” Don’t forget your electrician will be over $100 an hour also your ducting guy. One more thing, technical support from Victory is inaccurate and condescending. They were prompt, but only to give me a wrong or bad answer. I wish I had a better experience because the technical advice, or lack thereof, kinda ruined it for me.

I recently bought a Twister hood, and I am very happy with the quality and effectiveness. However, this review is to congratulate Victory on outstanding customer service. The vent cap made a strange vibrating noise when strong winds blew directly at it. When I contacted Victory (Vlad) they quickly made a customised cap designed to deflect the wind, and shipped it to me within days, no charge. An excellent response to my issue. Well done!

Victory’s clear and intuitive videos and instructions enabled us to DIY the install of this Sunset flush mount hood (minus the electrical and drywall) It really was not that hard!

Built with quality materials, with several design flaws. The LED lights have a too narrow beam angle which shines on the back of the range top leaving the front burners in a shadow. The fan is too loud preventing you from having a comfortable conversation while cooking, I find I am turning off the fan all the time to hear people in the rest of the house. Very disappointing for the cost of this unit.

From start of shopping for a range hood to delivery, the staff was helpful, prompt, and professional. Product was delivered quickly and right to my door. Product was fairly easy to install and everything fit well. Fan exhaust is quite and works well, lights are really nice to have…overall very happy with purchase, quality and value of the product and super impressed with the Staff.

We bought this hood when we moved into our new house 2 months ago. The hood had a significant delivery delay, so we couldn't cook in the new house for a week. When we finally received the hood, the package was heavily damaged. Fortunately, the scratch was only on the white protection film and not on the hood itself.

The installation is extremely complicated and not at all standard. I am very disappointed with this aspect. The hood functions well, but it is not as impressive as I expected. It is just an okay hood, below my expectations. If I had known this, I should have just bought a random hood from Home Depot.

We had a problem with our smoke alarms going off anytime we cooked. We installed the Victory Sunset Vent, and it is AMAZING. Not only does it capture smoke from the range but also from the oven when we broil. It is incredibly effective; it looks fantastic and blends nicely, so it is not obtrusive. We love it! Thank you.

Its very nice. The quality is great. The only thing i would change is the noice it makes. It would be better of it was a bit more quiet.

I'm glad I chose this hood: It's design is classic and stylish. It is so POWERFUL, I can stand 3 meters away and feel air wooshing past my head. The only thing missing, the cherry on the top, would have been LED lighting and the LED compatible dimmer.
