Vienny Nails

Really disappointing service. I called yesterday to make an appointment for the earliest appointment available at 10am as I’m leaving for vacation. That was fine and the lady said we have 9am if you want to come earlier as I was doing a full set and shellac pedicure, so I said for sure which I thought was odd considering they open at 10am. They even called later to verify my appointment and told me to go to the side door as the mall door is not open at 9am.

Needless to say I’ve been standing out in the cold now for over 30 minutes and nobody is even here or answering the phone. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with appointments. The other time I booked in an appointment a week in advance for my friend and I for a full set and we show up and they tell us it would be an hour wait with a booked appointment! We went to Nailie which is a really nice boutique, cleaner and much better service save your time and go here! I will never be using Vienny nails again.

I went to this shop today to get my nails done. I had acrylic with tips which i didnot get as expected. The finishing was very messy.my nails looks so thick and ugly. I have always had acrylic on my nails and had never paid more than $50 ever. The price mentioned on the price list was very different to what I paid. I wouldn’t mind paying more if it met my expectation but I felt bad for paying $65 Just for these chunky nails. First & last visit for sure.

I got a removal and one of the nail techs drilled too much of my cuticle and it started to bleed.

Did an amazing job, guy who did me and my friends nails stayed after hours to finish us both cuz there wasn’t enough people, amazing service

I' ve been going to this salon for 15 yrs and I go every two weeks. Beautiful nails every time! Nick is very talented at the art work, you show him what you want and I've never ben disappointed. I always get compliments on my nails. Highly recommend this salon! All the staff here is wonderful!

We recently moved into the area and was researching nail salons close by. After reading reviews and factoring distance and availability I called Vienny Nails and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. I had a pedi (shellac) and full new acrylic set.
A few customers had to wait for the mid day rush of appointments but everyone was seated and ready within 10 mins.

I had Sam do my pedi and he was great and not too heavy with the skin filer (cheese grater lol). I chose shellac because I have no patience waiting for polish to dry.

I moved over to Ryan for my new set of nails and he was great! Perfectly filed and very meticulous with the polish application. I have had my nails done for over 30 years and was really happy with my first visit. The chrome was a bit pricier than I’m used to (+$15) which is usually $10 but I love them and I will definitely be back.

Great experience will definalty go back. Fit me in at short notice and did not feel rushed. They fixed my broken big toe nail with a acrylic and you can't even tell! Looking forward to my next visit!

Dave is always on time, meticulous in his work. I find the pricing competitive, and I’ve never been disappointed.

Decor was pretty.
Staff was nice.
Service was good.
Price was good.
Music was repetitive & loud.

Worst pedicure of my life! Booked a pedi for myself and my friend for Thursday. My pedicure was horrible, it was not relaxing. There was no massage, yet my friend who was beside me received one. When I asked my technician at the end why I didn’t get a massage, she proceeded to give me the worst massage of my life, massaged my right leg and foot, moved to the left and only did the leg? Didn’t even touch my left foot? No attention to detail. The pedicure was sloppy and the gel polish is already peeling. The place is dirty. I will never come back!

I have been coming to Vienny Nails for about 2 years, I have ALWAYS had a great experience! They’re clean, quick and ensure I feel pampered from the time I check in to the time I finish my service.

We went as a group of 4 and while we scheduled ahead (with one add on) they were able to do all of us at the same time and sit together. They were so accommodating and professional. Everyone loved their nails! I would absolutely return.

My husband and I decided to get last minute pedicures for our afternoon date. What a great experience, we enjoyed music and relaxed in the massage chairs. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

I’ve been getting my nails done for years, and I would always lose at LEAST one acrylic within two weeks. My nails wouldn’t break, but instead they would just pop off completely. I’ve had nail techs tell me in the past that this is due to short nail beds, oily nail beds, being too rough on my nails, etc. It was always really frustrating and time consuming to have to constantly come back and get my nails fixed between fills.

Although Vienny Nails has given me longer lasting nails, I’m not super impressed with their way of accommodating long term clients. My opinion of their way of dealing with customers has changed throughout the past year. The prices change every time I come in although I get basically the same set of nails. I always pay cash and sometimes they charge tax, and sometimes they don’t. I don’t feel comfortable with the inconsistencies as I don’t see where my money is going. The staff struggle with explaining why my nails cost different prices every time. Ask questions to make sure you understand what you’re paying for.

The staff is so attentive and kind every time I’ve been there. They are hygienic and the space is nicely laid out. Honestly it’s my favorite place I’ve ever gotten a pedicure.

I had an AMAZING time. I got the deluxe pedicure and I loved my lady. She took such great care of me. Went here based on reviews, so stop searching and come on by.

Perfect! Where do I get my nails done? Look no further. She is super sweet and does a great job. The girls are lovely and welcoming, and very good at getting you in for a walk or calling first. Very reasonably priced for the excellent quality.

Great pedicures. Visited from out of town and my pedicure lasted forever! Longest lasting gel pedicure I have ever had!

I have been going to Nick and Van since 2008. I believe I am one of their longest running customers! Needless to say I am always extremely happy with my nails. They are extremely punctual and quick! Not only do they value my time, but the quality is consistently amazing! I would add a pic… but I am no hand model. What I can tell you is, I can show Nick any picture off pinterest, and he will do it BETTER! There is nothing he can not do.

Best gel ever! My manicure lasts me 3 weeks without any problems unlike other shops where they last my hands one and a half or two weeks maximum. Plus the girls here are all super super sweet

The girl did a great job. She fixed my nails and made it look so much better compared to this other place I got them done at. I'm very happy with the outcome.

I’ve been going here for awhile and it’s the first time I’ve been disappointed with the service. The woman who did my pedicure didn’t polish my toes properly and when I expressed my displeasure she rudely asked me if I wanted her to polish my skin. The guy who did my manicure didn’t even remove the towel he was using when he was done. He went to attend to someone and didn’t even return instead he went to use his phone. I don’t think I’m going back there.

I truly believe that this is a wonderful place! Amazing prices and a very welcoming staff! Can't wait to come back again!

My first time here and I am in LOVE. I almost fell asleep in the chair while getting a pedicure. AMAZING massages and very friendly staff who didn't mind when I laughed so hard at the feet scrubbing. Will definitely be bringing all my friends here. I cannot wait to come back.

Nick was so careful and precise and we had a truly excellent conversation that I will remember fondly I loved my nails and the 3D flower design he created for me gets compliments still after 3 weeks.

I broke one nail at the gym a week and a half later, and went as a walk in as they opened for a repair. Everyone was kind and they fit me in right away but the repair definitely didn't match the quality of the work I'd had initially. I would not let that impact my review, and I still recommend this place, as I understand how difficult emulating someone else's work must be and they were so kind and accommodating.

Hit and miss. I guess it depends on the day in terms of quality of service. I tip for service btw. Not unfriendly, incomplete service. I have had stellar service here, gotta say so I guess it must have just been a bad day? Thankfully they’re not the only nail game in a growing city.

I have to edit my review just because I read Ms Stephanie Vovos review. Hi Ms SV your review is so funny. If you want to know if someone takes MasterCard, you have to ask or look at the note. How come they can tell each client that they don’t take MasterCard? Every time I come to Vienny Nails I can see the sign that They take Debit and Visa. Why you can’t see it and gave them the weird review like that? I love Vienny Nails.

I have been coming here for many year. I was there when a girl tried to make difficult for a nails tech while She kepttalking on the phone. But I heard that She gave a bad review to Vienny Nails. That isn’t fair for them.
Vienny Nails is a best nails salon in Maple Ridge that why I keep coming here for so long. The staffs are nice and good experience. Hopefully my review can explain and clear some unfair reviews for everyone.
