Villages Pizza

Seriously great wings, better than I've had from any pizza place and even better than alot of pubs and restaurants. Pizza menu has way more selection than most places and always tastes like its made with quality ingredients, best pizza in kelowna imo. If that wasn't enough this place has awesome customer service, super friendly staff, very refreshing

We ordered delivery pizza from here for the first time. We were impressed with the ample toppings and taste. Will order here again. Katrina and Meat Lovers both good.

I ordered a gluten free pizza tonight and it was delicious, the crust was crispy without being overcooked. The best I’ve had also the delivery driver was very nice and prompt

Something is going wrong here. For years we had excellent pizzas at Mr Mozzarella. In fact I had given them a 5-star review in the past. But in the last few weeks things have changed. Villages Pizza at Lakeshore has given us three poor pizzas on Saturday nights. First we had a Maui Zaui which had cold tomatoes sprinkled on it instead of the traditional cooked sun-dried tomatoes. So we switched to the Hawaiian Delight and received one where the bottom was badly burnt. Last week we received one where the top was burnt. Still think they make the best toppings but can give them only 3-stars until they improve the cooking.

Called 3 times to figure out when pizza was ready, no answer, original time was incorrect as pizza was cold. Also pizza wasn't cut.

This pizza was great when we first started to order, now we cant get one delivered thats not burnt on top.

They are usually pretty good. Good pizza. However this time we ordered online around 7 and no pizza showed up. I called them at 8: 30 but they were closed. I got no phone call or email saying our order was cancelled. And they have no answering machine

Never had a bad pizza at Villages Pizza - before tonight. We ordered a large Villages Special, light sauce and well done for pick up. Unfortunately the pizza dough was undercooked through the centre, crust was ok. We called and they immediately offered to remake the pizza, so we went back 30 minutes later to pick up the second pizza. Same thing, except now crusts were burnt in sections and no bacon. Gave them 2 stars because they tried to make it right the first time but when we tried to call back again for over 30 minutes no answer, we gave up and weren’t driving back a 3rd time. Maybe too much sauce, toppings and cheese weigh down the dough and it can’t cook through in time? So disappointed - no dinner and no refund.
