Villages Pizza

Quality of pizza has gone out the window, 2 slices of pizza just over a year ago was just over $7 which was already high went up to close to $8.50 now not even 6 months later it has went up to around $9.50! You can get cheaper pizza at quality foods that is fresh made.
2 slices for close to $10 is just outrageous, I will not by anything from here again.

I stumbled on Villages pizza on accident, and I'm so thankful that I did. Ordered a gluten free Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza. In less than 10 minutes I had the BEST gluten free pizza I have ever had. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing.

Theres no weight to these slices. At $9 for 2 slices add more toppings fept like a slice of bread in a box

The employees are very nice but the manager can be rude to them and i think it’s very disrespectful….

Pizza always good and freshly cooked. If you are going to pickup, request it for 10 minutes earlier than you arrive, for my orders they are always a little late - but pizza is hot and tasty and staff are great, so 4.5 Star

Pizza and wings order for delivery. Showed up 1 hour and forty minutes. Cold and both burnt.

Pizza was okay, Wouldn't hurt to wipe down the tables. Staff aren't the friendliest. Was visiting from the east coast. Like I said pizza was okay just Wouldn't hurt to be cleaning off the tables. Especially with Covid!

I called to order in a single large pizza and was told 25 minutes until pick-up over the phone. I was waiting on the hook for over 60 minutes while there were three employees behind counter. There was no customer service or follow-up on the wait.

I have worked in Customer Service for years and tend to stay silent about public reviews, but our received service here is no longer a "one off" in my mind.

The Manager was quite kind in rectifying the first issue of poorly made pizzas that only had 2/3's of the proper topping one of which had almost no pizza.

But today's service is what has caused me to decide to go back to ordering from Tillicum for pick up.

I went in after work for a few slices and the pepperoni pizza was fresh out of the oven, after taking my request and payment for my drinks the young man behind the till proceeded to STACK the three slices, one on top of the other into the pizza box; this caused the toppings of the middle slice to stick to the bottom of the top piece.

We will go out of our way to shop at Tillicum or the store near Feltham before even ordering here again.

Great pizza, dough consistency was good, and sauce and topping application was good. The ordering process was easy, and convenient! The pizzas were ready right on time, and prices are reasonable for the service, and quality you get! 5/5 would return, haven't been disappointed yet!

Horrible customer service.
The location I visited was by the hospital and Quality Foods.

Pizza, yum yum! Courteous young lads, not sure if seating is available yet, it's fluctuates, as we all know. But who wants to be inside when it's so nice outside.

I had a problem with my pizza and the owner went over and above to rectify the problem!
Definitely worth trying again!

Had alot if difficulty getting good products from this location. Multable messups,
Only get slices here dont order for delivery.

Was told that it would be half an hour. Especially since we live five minutes away from them. Then got a call that the driver was on the other side of town and that he would be here in ten minutes. Almost half an hour later and still no pizza. Sorry but I am not paying 30 dollars for pizza that has been in a bag for half an hour. Called the main office a few times and was told that it will be here soon.

Received a receipt saying it’s on its way within an hour waited 2 hours. Then phoned and received and answer of I don’t know where your order is.

Go here if you want to wait for a long time. Was told 15 minutes (waiting in store). After 30 minutes I went to check on my order. They told me 5 minutes and they were upgrading me to large pizzas. Basically, they didn't make my pizzas until I asked 30 minutes later.

One extra star for upgrading my order, but this was a bad experience overall.

Won't be back

Great pizza with real toppings (like real bacon) and great customer service (really helpful workers). Good value. Coming back.

I was a huge fan of this place until recently. The past few times we have ordered from this place, either our order was wrong, I had to wait at the restaurant for an exorbitant amount of time, or something was forgotten. Last time I ordered, they hadn't even started cooking my food when I showed up. Apparently they phoned me 5 minutes before I arrived. I was driving to pick up my order that should have been ready. No matter, I can wait the 9 minutes they need. The 9 minutes was a lie. 25 minutes later I leave with my order. Get it home to find out that not everything we had ordered and paid for was there. I can forgive the delay, I can forgive the mixup, but it's every damn time now. I'll never be back.

Worst person on the phone took my order put me on hold for 4 mins and asked me for my order again total time on phone 7 mins no order and an clueless person on the phone. This was my go to spot and is now not recommended

We had such a nice, casual lunch! I went with my daughter. We each got a slice of pepperoni and bacon pizza and shared an order of garlic stuffed cheese bread. It was so yummy! My daughter can't wait to go back.

They burn the cheese and crust every single time. Going back to using much better places further away from us.

Best pizza! Big chunks of real bacon. Lots of flavour and toppings. Crust is crispy. Tomato sauce so good. Try the Funky Chicken! Staff is great too, friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic pizza and service. Pizza by the slice always hot and fresh. Mon-Wed $14 large 2 topping. This is out go to for pizza.

Good cheap pizza with an awesome lunch deal. 1 slice is not always enough and two is just too much because the pieces are awesome and giant!

Always decent pizzas but I wish they would mix up their primary menu a bit. Also the guys inside didn't know who owned the right hand drive Nissan skyline that was parked out front.
