Tammi and crew did an exceptional job of looking after all of us at the wedding! They were cheerful, professional and flexible, we LOVED that a take down service was offered. It made everyone feel like they could have the best time and no responsibility at the end of the night. Communication before and during the day was easy. Tammi has great ideas and a wealth of knowledge that comes with years of experience. I would happily work with this crew again on any event, not just a wedding!

Tammi was absolutely phenomenal to have planning our wedding, as well as managing our day-of events. Everything was absolutely seamless and she had many helpful suggestions for how to logistically plan day to get the exact experience me and my husband were looking for. Additionally, there were a few things that went array that day (officiant was late), that my husband and I weren't even aware of because of Tammi's quick coordination, problem solving & execution abilities. If it weren't for Tammi, I am doubtful that our wedding would have been able to come together at all. Both my husband and I live in Alberta, however we both knew we wanted to be married at a winery in the Okanagan (a region that is a favourite for both of us). Tammi was immediately helpful, suggesting Liquidity as the perfect location. We settled on the 13th of August at Liquidity winery more than a year before the date, anticipating a lot of difficult planning since we would be organizing the whole thing from Alberta. Tammi made it painless. She provided a full list of the vendors we would need and facilitated communications between us and essential services in BC. When the day finally came, she was on the grounds directing flowers, decor, etc.and working tirelessly in 30+ degree heat to make sure everything went smoothly. Even though we weren't able to meet face to face until two days before our wedding (during the rehearsal) I never felt the need to be stressed or concerned that things weren't going to come together. Thank you again Tammi for making our perfect day happen!

Tammi was amazing to work with. She is very organized, easy to communicate with, detail oriented, and knowledgeable of the vendors in Okanagan. All the vendors we chose knew Tammi and speak very highly of her. We didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day. She went above and beyond our expectations.

Could write a long list of general issues from communication, lack of time (being away and even left our rehearsal quickly even though we were assured a full run throw the night before, turns out she had another wedding we didn't know about). Left us stressed the night before.

We had to check all contracts with vendors as there was errors we found even after confirming it was done. This surprised us.

We had to make our own timeline and share it with the MC and other vendors since hers was not updated. About 1 week out she had the ceremony time wrong!

These details gave us no confidence so we had to review everything.

The song the bride was meant to walk down the aisle to started at the wrong time (way off). And so much more.

During the wedding when it started to rain, my Mom asked how she could help and her answer was 'Call me a cab to get out of here" Joking or not.you DON'T say that to the grooms mom.

P. S. All other vendors were great and we had fun cuz everyone at the wedding was awesome.

Tammi was wonderful to work with! She is very friendly & personable – We enjoyed when we would meet up with her to discuss wedding details, these nights always turned into chats about life & it felt like we had a friend over. The execution of our wedding day went perfectly. We really appreciated her help & knowledge while planning our dream wedding.

We are so grateful to Tammi. She helped us through every step of the way in planning what was going to be an absolutely beautiful winery wedding last year. When we had to postpone due to the pandemic, she was so kind and encouraging, and helped us move everything to our 2021 date. Even with all of the issues that arose throughout the pandemic, she made everything feel seamless, possible, and positive. Tammi is an absolute superstar! Our wedding was originally planned for May 2020. When it became clear we would not be able to go ahead as planned, Tammi helped us postpone everything to May 2021, and when it was clear that wouldn’t work either, she pulled some major strings and helped us plan a beautiful micro-wedding/elopement on short notice. Tammi was so helpful and kind every step of the way. She is so knowledgeable about all of the wedding vendors and options in the Okanagan. Even though we had to plan our wedding three times, Tammi made every step feel like a breeze!

Jillian helped make our wedding the fantastic amazing day that it was. She helped make our dream wedding unfold right before our eyes. From the very beginning Jillian was amazing, helping us first decide on a venue. We are from out of town but wanted to have our wedding in the Okanagan, ideally at a vineyard in Naramata. Jillian sent us pictures and described venues she thought we might be interested in. We ultimately chose Lang Vineyards and I'm so happy we did. It was absolutely beautiful! Jillian also helped us select all our vendors by giving us her recommendations. I honestly don't know how I would have done this without her. Being from out of town I really had no clue about who was a good caterer, a good DJ, a good photographer etc. All the vendors for our wedding were absolutely amazing and made our wedding the dream wedding it was. Jillian was also very key in helping the wedding day go off seamlessly. Everything went so smoothly and fantastic, it was absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough great things about the work Jillian did for us. She is absolutely amazing. If your thinking about about hiring a wedding planner you should stop thinking about it and hire Jillian because she is the best.

We worked with Tammi to plan our wedding at Sandy Beach Lodge in Naramata Sept. 2019 and she was absolutely wonderful! Right from the very beginning of the planning stages, up to the day of the wedding – she was always helpful, upbeat, available to bounce ideas off of, quick to respond to any emails or phone calls, and had a way of making me feel so much more calm about the whole wedding planning experience! In the initial stages of planning, her contacts with different vendors made hiring a caterer, DJ, live music for ceremony, bar tenders, photographer, hair/make-up, and most importantly RENTALS, so seamless and she helped us choose an absolutely rock star team to help with our wedding day! When our fall wedding turned into more of a winter wedding feel and the temperature dropped to a balmy high of 8 degrees for the wedding day she made sure we had extra heaters added to our rental order for the tent and formulated a plan B in case of heavy rain and wind (which thankfully we did not have to use - but knowing she was there and would make the call and set up the switch if needed was a huge weight off of my shoulders!). I had guests come up to me after the wedding day and tell me “your wedding planner was so fantastic! She was running around organizing everyone with a big smile on her face, it really looked like she loves her job! ” Tammi is truly a warm and welcome friend to have at your wedding, and BONUS she is also super organized, funny, and will do everything in her power to make sure your day goes exactly as you planned! I am so thankful we found Tammi and would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in the Okanagan area.

We had the pleasure of working with Vines and Vows when we booked the SS Sicamous for our wedding in August. We met Jillian at the venue to discuss our vision for our wedding. She was upbeat and had a great energy about her. As we were having our wedding at two different locations, there was extra work involved for planning and organizing. Jillian took this challenge on and helped us tremendously. She provided us with a list of vendors from the caterers, marriage officiant, down to the florists. When we had questions, she was always on hand to answer them. We met several times to discuss our big day and she was always very informative and helpful. She even went out of here way to load her truck with all our wedding supplies and such to transport them to the next venue once the ceremony was over. I would highly recommend Vines and Vows when planning your wedding. Jillian was great to work with. She was fun but always professional. She makes your special day effortless.

When I originally reached out to Tammi. I was in the process of recovering from a stroke. I simply sent an email inquiring about the services offered through Vines and Vows. My dream was to have a fall wedding in the Okanogan. This however was a little more challenging as I live in Calgary. After my initial email inquiry Tammi reached out and scheduled a call with me to see what I was looking for. This was very simple to set up and I was given a quote immediately with no hidden costs or surprises. Tammi corresponded with me through email and phone call often throughout the planning process. From my very first phone call with Tammi I knew right away that I didn’t need to interview any more wedding planners. I had found the perfect one for me. Wedding planning can be an emotional and high stress process. I felt that Tammi genuinely cared for me and for making my vision of a wedding come true. She was extremely kind thoughtful and willing to go the extra mile to help me out. My wedding was everything I could’ve ever dreamed of and more. Tammi made sure that the day went off without a hitch. Even when it meant heading back into town half an hour away to get us more propane tanks. This is next level Customer Service. At the end of all of this I feel that Tammi is not only just my wedding planner but has become my friend. My wedding at See Ya Later Ranch in Okanogan Falls will be something that I talk about for the rest of my life. I am so thankful to have found Tammi! She put me in touch with some of the most amazing vendors in the Okanogan. I would have been so lost without her. If you are looking for a wedding planner for partial or full planning I highly recommend her. Five stars truly isn’t enough when it comes to talking about Tammi.

The excitement of being engaged was soon followed by a panic of “HOW DO I PLAN A WEDDING? ! ” My parents suggested Vines and Vows and I’m so happy they did. Jillian was incredible from day 1 and she instantly put my mind at ease. She was great at communicating and it was so helpful to have someone local (we live in Vancouver) to help us plan our wedding from afar. We recently worked with Tamara for our wedding in the Okanagan this past July. We were married last year at Evolve with the help of Vines and Vows. It was truly a perfect wedding! The small nuances of weddings where things go a little sideways we didn't even know about until after the event. They kept us on track time wise and looked after everything!
