You guys do know people actually pay money for your products right? Terrible craftsmanship, terrible quality. It's a shame there are no other competitive manufacturers. Should be ashamed with what you're charging for your "quality windows".

We had a window failure from 12 years ago on our cabin and I was pleasantly surprised, they actually honored the warranty. Lexy was extremely pleasant and helpful to deal with and the process was flawless. They were friendly, professional and so helpful. It's quite refreshing to deal with a company that has integrity and will do the right thing. Our sincerest appreciation to this wonderful crew of people.

After 19 years since we installed our doors and windows, I was surprised at the great service.

Product quality good. Installation a few years ago was done in 2 stages (for our convenience) and crews on both occasions were efficient, polite and cleaned up completely. Subsequently, a window pane that broke was replaced with no fuss.

Recently, I required some spare hardware parts for patio door and windows. No answer on telephone, but receptionist, Lexy, called back within a few minutes without prompting. Parts were identified by images sent via email and provided free of charge, as I planned to install them myself.

Entire transaction was swift, efficient, polite and extremely positive. This company has proven exemplary in product, installation and customer service.and stand out above many other "small" businesses, with whom my interactions have been far less rewarding.

I have not yet received the window order for my new build so can’t comment on the quality of the product yet. I will say that an our original estimated lead time changed from 4-5 to now 8 months. This has considerably delayed our project. If lead times are doubling from what is stated at the time of order, something is not right.

I understand there are complications with supply chain management but that is absolutely no excuse for a complete lack of communication. Our company has emailed and called our rep repeatedly to get answers on timelines and we and our clients are completely ignored. Called the sales manager 2 weeks ago and left a message. Nothing. One of the worst cases of customer service I have experienced in my 20 years as a builder. Then, Finally hear back about an old order but still getting ignored about timelines with a current order.

Vinyltek excels at reliability and customer service. I was assisted by Stephen Lin, who’s fluent in Chinese and English. He was extremely knowledgeable and made me worry free. When a complication occurred during the process, he was there to assist us and fix any issues. I always felt like I was in good hands.

When I received my windows they helped with installation and the quality was superb. All the stellar reviews from their customers also speak to their ability to take care of their clients. I'd recommend Vinyltek to anyone looking for windows, because there is an ease of mind that other companies cannot provide.

What a lengthy process to no avail! Vinyltek installed the whole house windows for us about 25 years ago. As the time gone by some of the handles were broken. I contacted Vinyltek on Sept. 16,2021 by text message and voice mail message provided the info of the help I need and my contact info (Cell# & email address). Here are the records of my follow up:
Sept. 20 @2: 43pm left voice mail message at Vinyltek’s main switch board. No one called back.
Sept. 21 @5: 00pm message sent to Vinyltek Website. An auto reply “Expected a response very soon. ”
Sept. 27 @10: 15am No response yet. I called Vinyltek’s main switchboard and ended up talking to Darcy. She was helpful and empathetic about my concern not getting reply from anyone. Ended up she directed my call to Steve, Manager of the Service Dept but no answer, so I left a voice message repeating my need for help again. A follow up email was sent with the picture of the handles I need.
At the same time, I received an email from Lexy B about their crews were tied up with the wildfire season saying that when they return they will be in touch to set up appointment. I received another email that my service request has been acknowledged and the service # is SN-0018XX.
Sept. 28 @2: 11pm received Lexy’s email asked me how many handles I need and said that she will update me tomorrow.
Oct. 4 @11: 59am Follow up email to Lexy for update but no reply.
Oct. 7 @11: 23am Follow up email to Lexy c.c. Steve for update but no reply.
Oct. 14 @8: 58pm Follow up email to Lexy c.c. Steve for update and here’s my email:
“Hello Lexy: I don’t know what else I can do to get your update and reply. Your Sept. 28 reply said that you would reply TOMORROW. 17 days have gone by I heard nothing regardless of my two follow up emails on Oct. 4 & Oct. 7. If there is a valid reason for the delay at least have the courtesy to tell me you need another week or two. Please respond. ”
Oct. 20 I’m aghast how the staff handle my request regardless of my numerous follow up contacts and emails.
1. If there is a valid reason for the delay at least have the courtesy to tell me they need another week or two.
2. If they are not in the position to help just tell me instead of ignoring all my follow ups.
3. I guess business etiquette and mission statement are not their company’s priority!
4. Perhaps if order new windows installation I might receive different treatment.

Great Service
I needed replacement wheels for my patio door in a hurry. Stopped by Vinyltek and they replaced them for free and gave me a couple spares.
Would highly recommend them for service alone. I have their windows and doors in my house without issue.

So I had 6 quotes about two years ago for our home to replace all our windows. Long Life being one of them. To make a long story short it was THE BEST decision we ever made. They weren't the cheapest but they were the best for sure hands down! The owner came to measure almost immediately, listened to all concerns due to previous issues from vendors and assured me he would put his best and most experienced team on our home to do the project and he did. They did a beautiful job and everyone in the neighbourhood was knocking on our door wanting their number. Since then I had a tiny warranty issue on one window and made a simple call, the owner simply said " no problem", a email was sent and wheels were in motion and two men came yesterday and 10 minutes and I mean 10 min literally! It was replaced. They were so professional, courteous, and amazing! Truly, don't look anywhere else, these guys are amazing and have the reputation for a reason. Also there administration staff in Burnaby is amazing when I went to have my screens fixed. Thank you Zooey and staff. I have already handed out a bunch more of your business cards you gave me. THE BEST WINDOW COMPANY!

25 years ago this month we had a very large installation of Vinyltek windows and doors installed, and not so much as a single issue ever! Brilliant product, and the installation was impeccable with nothing out of place or a spec of dirt left in the house. Unheard of service and products. Thank you and cheers to another 25!

I recently had Vinyltek windows install all new windows in an old home with beautiful heritage windows. I did some research and went to Homedepot and was told their top line windows were from a local company vinyltek windows. The gentleman explained that these windows are one of only companies to use stainless steel to secure glass and use stainless steal around frame. Most companies just use plastic to make windows frames more rigid. But larger windows need a secure non corrosion type material to make frame rigid. As well, they do not use recycled plastic for vinyl. I then called the direct company and had MILAD the sales rep help educate me and measure all windows for replacement. I spent a little more than other companies but I got amazing quality windows. MILAD and Vinyltek were amazing during process. They had some minor mistakes and immediately fixed issue at no cost. Long story short I love my windows and Carlos the installer was amazing. No mess and install happened in two days for 10 windows and 2 huge panel sliding doors.

Replaced 4 doors - 2 French Doors and 2 sliders. Quality product and good value. Excellent customer service - responded quickly to scheduling issue and followed up to assure our satisfaction. Would not hesitate to buy Vinyltek again.

The service that Mark provided was very informative and polite. He is well versed in the wide variety of window sizes, finishes and installations. He was able to take a look at my previous window and made some very good recommendations at different price points for my budget. I want to thank Vinyltek and Mark for the excellent service and products, would definitely recommend their service.

I purchased 14 Vinyltek casement windows and also a sliding patio door. I love them. The quality is superb and after sales service is excellent.

We had some problems getting a tilt&turn door delivered to Texas. Will update once received.
UPDATE: So we got a door delivered after weeks on waiting on it. They first sent it to the wrong address. So we got the door and it was literally just between two big pieces of plywood! Nothing to make sure a 2000k door makes it to us safely. The whole door was damaged on numerous spots incl.a destroyed handle. Nails were sticking out of the plywood box into the door! Ridiculous!
So we told vinyltek and were told they would send a new door (hopefully better secured!) but this was over a week ago. So far nothing else. We don't even know what we should do with the old door which is just laying in our garage at this point.

So we got the new door a while back and got it installed already and it all looks GREAT! Door is awesome but the customer service was not! We will need to order one more door from them and I truly hope they step up their game this time. On a side note.the second door wasn‘t packed much better than the first. It was pure luck it wasn‘t damaged this time. A little bubble wrap would have gone a long way.
