Great service. Chase was excellent. We arrived 30 minutes early and Chase was able to rearrange his schedule to get there early so we wouldn’t be stuck hanging around the airport. Comfortable and smooth ride up to Whistler. Perfect. I highly recommend VIP Whistler.

My husband and I worked with VIP Whistler for our wedding in Pemberton. There were some complicated logistics, but the team delivered! All of our guests were safely shuttled to and from the venue on time, and the drivers were excellent.

Super helpful and responsive after a medical emergency left us unable to drive ourselves to Vancouver General Hospital.

We used the VIP shuttle service from Vancouver Airport to Whistler…then back again from Whistler to Vancouver Airport. Very comfortable ride, great cars, our driver (Chase) was simply amazing! Very polite, helpful, on time, etc. So message to Sean, give Chase a raise! He was the best driver I ever had anywhere we ever travelled! Thanks a bunch!

I reached out to VIP Whistler transportation for a quote on driving myself and my wedding party around for photos. Sean quickly sent me a quote for 4 hours and was eager to book me for this job. I took one evening to think it over and got back to him with some more details but once he realized that this was for a wedding he quickly voided the quote he gave me and claimed it was a 8 hour minimum. He had already given me a quote for 4hrs and clearly they can do less than 8 for other events but he wanted to gouge me cause it was my wedding. He also claimed that if they don’t book 8 hours their vehicles will be Repo’d because the limo season in Whistler is short. This is very poor business practice and extremely unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone in the Squamish/Whistler/Pemberton area.

VIP Whistler made our trip to Whistler Village a comfortable and memorable one.
We had contacted Sean from Australia explaining that we were arriving as a family of 8 adults, all different times on the same day with lots of luggage to be transported to Whistler.
VIP Whistler accommodated all our times and needs for pick up, including Sea to Sky Gondola stop, a grocery stop with all our purchases to fill up the fridge and pantry for our stay.
A return trip to a Canucks Vancouver match in a clean luxurious bus, and transport back to Vancouver airport on departure day.
Thank you Sean and staff for making our trip to Canada stress free for transport.

Our driver Andy was great! Knowledgeable, friendly, accomodating and Tara in the office was so helpful when our flight was changed and we had to adjust last minute. Great people and company!

Worst company and owner. Stay far away from this business and the “business owner” - Sean. Horrible customer service and price gouges you.

Sean made the trip to Whistler an absolute blast. He's an absolute beauty and I will be a return customer!
