Switched to Virgin awhile ago super happy with the prices of the plans. Decided to upgrade my phone today, with the help of Aleena she was able to find me the phone I wanted and the best plan to go along with it. Her service was above and beyond helping show me how use a couple features on my phone, switching over data and getting me out in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend virgin and Aleena

So pleased with Kevin's help.with transferring my home phone onto virgins hub.a lot of work went into that. He also got my new phone set up and taught me how to use it. He has lots of patience.very easy to talk to and his explanations are great.

They have the best customer service of all the cellphone companies in Canada. They also have excellent coverage and affordable plans (I have two teenagers: >}).

I kept getting wrong advice and returned to the virgin mobile store 3x in one day and still didn't get my issue resolved.

Worst phone carrier ever and customer service sucks. Horrible experience do not go there any other place is better.
