Unfortunately, I have had the most unpleasant experience with their services. I switched out to public mobile because their rates and plan were better. Virgin Mobile called me back to re-sign with them. They offered a pretty good deal and so I accepted. In order to activate the SIM card, I had to call their SIM card activation line (unlike with public mobile where you can simply do it through their website). Their SIM card activation line advised me I had to go to customer service or customer royalty because my plan was inactive. The SIM card activation team then forwards me to someone from Bell Mobility instead of the customer service/customer royalty. I call customer royalty myself and they say I need to call the SIM card activation line.

I also get a "membership agreement" from them with the new plan and the price of the plan on the membership agreement is twice what was stated over the phone. The company really needs to get its team together in terms of winning customers back and make the experience more seamless. I will try with them one more time in the afternoon but frankly this has been the most unpleasant renewal experience which I have not had with other carriers.

Hui and Moon helped me to switch the e-sim. Extremely easy to deal with and explained everything thoroughly and simply.

Alvin, the employee who helped us today, was very polite and efficient despite the technical issues that was present. We were able to register for three mobile plans that met our needs at promotional pricing with his help.

This branch is absolutely great! The employees really care about their customers and want to get the best deals possible for them. They helped me port my old number and did all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. 100% would recommend using this branch!

I am an existing Virgin member. They refused to sell me a phone outright for $590. They told me I would need to be pushed into a contract for 2 years at $57 per month. Currently my bill is $45 per month. The same phone is available at Costco a few blocks away. When I told to agent I could buy a phone there for the same cost and keep my cheaper rate of $45 per month she told me l should do that instead. Imagine having a mobile phone corporation denying you a phone because you are not willing to be swindled by them. Terrible.

Obviously good management because the employees have been consistently great over the past ~4 years I've visited this place. They did what they could to get us the best deals available at the moment, and they did not behave like the uncomfortable salespeople at some other brand stores.
