Had my absolute worst experience at a phone store ever. I came in last week and was helped by Brian who had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. I’d ask a simple question and he’d struggle to answer all of them. It was like he had absolutely no customer service experience at all. Very awkward interaction. Will be taking my business else where.
