Went in to cancel phone chip and get a new one to put in another device. Yesterday Nov13 and they were not helpful at all. First of saying that they cant help then after waiting for 2 hrs to get a call back from phone service they told me that theres no way to check my voice mail with there phone. Which i was able to. Then i got kicked out and told to go to surrey center to the virgin store there. Was more time and money. These ppl at this store will take your money but do not want to help you fix issues. My phone was stolen and have no family or anyone here. They continued to lie to me and refused to help and told me to go else where when i originally got chip and service here plus i pay here every month. I ended up getting the boot with security helping thfm rip me off. Then i walked around till i went to bell at other end of mall. They were really helpfull. Took all of 40 mins and all was takken care of. Do not use virgin in willow brook mall. These ppl ard crooks unexperienced and unwilling to help. They only want your money and not to do their jobs proper. Or hrlp to fix any issues with their/your services no matter what.

Manvir rep at virgin plus gives us amazing customer service. Solved our problem while attentively listening to us in 20 min, that I was already went to 4 mobile shops to fix that issue.she did it without any excuse. Thank you so much Manvir.

After 14 years with a different carrier and needing to update my phone and outdated Ontario-based plan, I was advised to maybe shop around for a more competitive, potential "fresh start" first - which led me to walk into the Virgin store in Willowbrook Shopping Centre where Ketan very thoroughly and patiently explained the benefits and the lack of negative and financial consequences of changing over to Virgin. Change is never easy, especially if you're not at all tech savvy and have a lot of (okay photos) on your outdated and dying phone - but Ketan and his colleague, Owen, helped me with that - making it a smooth transfer. Never pushy or distracted, their fantastic customer service had me leaving the store feeling really good about this change of mobile service provider and its more reasonable monthly plan. Thank you.

Great experience here today with Manvir and Owen patiently helping me with my service requests. Owen in particular was wonderful, going above and beyond to leave me eager to tell the world how happy I am with the service I received today. As a senior with serious tech challenges I appreciate their willingness to explain things, assist with decisions and even apply a screensaver for me. Excellent work! Thank you.

I was so professionally helped by two Gentlemen - Dunstan Okere and Gurjeet Anand both of whom assisted me in securing a new Samsung S22 phone together with its configuration and setup personalized for my needs running two businesses. I am so happy to highly recommend either of these individuals who so obviously have pride in their work and knowledge!

I just saw Dunstone Okere and he helped me with my phone today as it wasn't working and entire phone storage was full. I was very stressed and he was very patient, understanding and showed me alot of tips and helped clean my phone. I learned alot from him and he was very pleasant!

Never ever trust people working on this store. They gave me a deal and now my every bill is $30 more what we agreed on the deal. Its been 6 months i am trying to resolve the issue with the store. Still issue is unsolved. *TERRIBLE SERVICE **

Dunstan was amazing to deal with. We went in for a boxing day deal as new customers and ran into technical difficulties switching over from our old provider. Mistakes were made and hiccups occurred but Dunstan went above and beyond to rectify said mistakes. His customer service skills are the only reason we decided to switch providers!
