I came in with an issue with my bill. Khush helped me fix that and got me a better rate plan. He also assisted me in initiating the password reset for my Apple ID. I returned after 14 days when I received the confirmation for the reset from Apple, and he remembered me, so I didn't even have to provide context for him to recall my problem.

I received a new Sam Sung phone and called Virgin Plus to transfer the files from my old phone to the new one. They just could not help me, so I went to the store and Cash was able to get it done in 30 minutes. He said that my new phone was set up in "airplane mode" and that prevented the Smart Switch from transferring the information. He also showed me how to use my new phone. My stress level after calling the Virgin Plus tech services who could not help me was so high, but Cash was so patient and knowledgeable that I left the store very happy and relaxed. It was an amazing service!
