The optometrists are great with patients and the support team is helpful! All of my family uses this clinic. Would recommend to others. Highly recommend for contact lens fitting!

New to the area and had a lens fall out of my glasses due to a broken fastener. Stopped in here and they repaired my glasses while I waited. Looked like new when they were done. Asked how much for repair was told no charge. Very impressed with the service and will be going here for all my eye and glasses appointments.

Dr. Noel is thorough, knowledgeable and caring. So much so I have my wife coming here now as well. Its very important to feel comfortable and informed he always asks if we have questions or issues. Highly recommend this clinic

Great doctor, good service for the eye exam. But DO Not make your prescription there.

They said it was "highly unlikely" for the lab to break our frame. They did break it. And it was a 200 dollars frame.

Then, we had to do all the process for the claim back.

Terrible service if they messed up.

Brought in my daughter who was having a hard time seeing. Could not read the board at school, could not see the score of the hockey game when sitting on couch and had frequent headaches from squinting. Was told by the doctor that she did not need glasses, as the prescription that he determined showed little improvement in her vision. I suggested that maybe we did not have the right prescription yet and could try to find one that improved her vision, and was laughed at.

We left and saw a different optometrist in West Kelowna, and had a proper assessment of her vision. When she was fitted with the right prescription, she had the biggest smile on her face because she could see again and saw all the things clearly that used to be a blur. She can now read the board at school and no longer gets headaches. As a parent, the look of joy on her face when she put on her new glasses and her world opened up again was one I will not forget.

Do not recommend, as they will not put forth discretionary effort to find a prescription that works for their patients, and can be condescending if questioned.

10/10 experience, everyone is super friendly and kind. Definitely knowledgeable and good at explaining what they’re doing and why. Which is hard to find from any doctor in my experience so thank you!

I am a huge fan of Visionfirst Optometry in West Kelowna - absolutely top-notch in every aspect. I can't remember a time when I was prescribed more accurate lenses - massive thanks to Dr. Lucas Erhardt. This place is dripping with class and professionalism. Front office staff are super friendly, courteous and pleasant; they are genuinely eager to help and are not pushy sales people. Visionfirst Optometry has set the gold standard for customer service and satisfaction in West Kelowna, not to mention they have a great selection of frames and sunglasses to chose from. A+

Quite disappointed on treatment received. I did receive a call from Dr. Erhardt which was appreciated. 4 star for all visits over the years but 1 star for this particular visit. He has always been professional over the years and unfortunate that this one incident happened.

I went here many months ago and explained the issue to the younger guy here. Asked for a recommendation to a eye specialist. He looked at my eyes and said they were fine. I got into the specialist without his help and my eye is not fine. The muscles in the right are weak causing the blurry vision problem I told him of. I now have more eye tests, an MRI and other specialists I have to see. A process that could have happened months sooner if he had listened. Absolutely do not recommend ever going here.

I did contact them when I left this review. I was impressed that the guy called me the same day to discuss these issues. There's no going back and fixing it but I'm pleased he listened and am hopeful it won't happen again to someone else.

Great, comfortable service as always. Wasn't pushed to get new glasses and the procedures were explained to where I was able to understand. Thank you visionfirst
