Some staff are great. The manager & certain cocky staff are just there for a check & not retail. Avoid. Theres plenty other Visions with better service.

Strongly recommend meeting ‘Pulak Bansal’ for complete customer satisfaction and great deals. He was Amazing! He gave us a great deal.he is very professional. I would highly recommend going to see Pulak.

Went in store today to checkout a deal on the Samsung Frame TV, which we have been eyeing for ages. Darpan provided excellent help with purchasing and reserving our new TV. Mike was absolutely great! He was the best at customer service when I had difficulty finding the perfect TV. He was so friendly and patient with me when I had no experience with electronics. That was a couple of days ago and the TV works wonders! If you're ever in Surrey Visions, do ask for Mike! He will help you out.

It's a great place to go for deals on appliances, but I would avoid them for automobile-related electronics. I wasn't impressed with the quality of their installation service.

No help when they screw up. When I call to speak to a manager or Jawad I am put on hold for 10 mins then they hang up. $5000 in car audio, faulty installation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nav has given the best deals and is very knowledgeable. He helped us with entire tv home theatre unit and offered best price. Must visit at Surrey location and ask for him. Thanks, Nav.

I bought a laser printer from the Surrey store yesterday and Mike was an excellent salesman. When I first entered the store he was right there to assist me.
I was very impressed and we both got a chuckle because I saw the printer online and it said sold in store only which he wasn't aware of, but he looked it up. It turned out the printer I was inquiring about was right beside us when I asked and neither one of us noticed it.

Bikram was amazing really took care of us and gave us great knowledge on the TV we bought and told us the benefits of the warranty. Long story short we bought the TV and warranty based on how confident he made us feel with the purchase and that we were in great hands.

So I was looking for a computer online.
The one I found that I wanted, there was only one left in Surrey, I live in PoCo.
I called the Surrey store and talked to Adam, Adam said, let me check for you and I'll call you right back.
Sure enough he called back in minutes and said good news, we have one.
I said can you hold it for me, I will head out there right away.
He said I will get everything ready for you, just ask for me when you get here.
When I arrived, everything was waiting up front at the counter and I was in and out in no time, done deal.
Lots of time to get home, set up and update.
Super happy with my experience at the Visions Surrey.

I have been shopping at this Visions for a very long time, I’ve bought all my TV’s and car audio products/installation from here also. My guy is Mark Konn, he is always there to help me get what I want, from the best price to warranty and arrange for fast delivery and installation he always been good to me. I am sure all the people working there are nice but every time I go there I ask for Mark and he takes care of me. They do good work but really overpriced since they're a big store. The staff here is ruuuuuuuude, bad in person and worse over the phone. I called just to ask if they had a set of speakers in stock, guy who first answers sounds like he's half asleep and then transfers me to car audio, I'm on hold for 3/4 minutes and a guy answers just asks "you calling for the 4 runner" in a tone of voice like I just spat on his face, I say no and without saying a word puts me back on hold. On hold for another 5 minutes and they hang up. I didn't want to call back so I called the Burnaby store and the guy who answers is super cheerful and helps me right away without having to transfer me anywhere.
I've been to the surrey store before and there's always 4 or 5 people (including the manager) standing around by the cash register chatting and when you come in they all turn to look at you like "you must be lost" instead of greeting you and asking what you need help with.
There's no one ever at the car audio section when you need someone and when they finally show up they go straight to their computer to do something and just completely ignore you.
Stay away from the Surrey store, it's worth driving a bit further to a different location to not be treated like you're ruining their day by trying give them your money.

Best electronics shop in the city! Excellent service by DARPAN. He is thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable, patient and cares for the customers. He gave us genuine advice & awesome deals to help us choose the best Samsung 75” TV and Sony wireless headphones according to our requirement and budget. He went above and beyond to help us decide onto technology that will last for at least few years. We just went in store to inquire about a cable and are so happy that we talked to him about buying a tv. Even though the store was busy, he answered all our queries. The store didn’t have the specific tv in stock then but Darpan arranged for it promptly as promised and made sure that we received our order delivery in time for watching TV during the winter staycation with family. All safety protocols regarding public health were observed. Delivery person was very pleasant and punctual as well. Highly recommend this branch as they have awesome deals, great variety in the store. Will be buying more electronics and home gadgets from Visions Thanks Darpan, stay happy & safe!

Hate this place. Self centered staff, poor workmanship, throw random prices at people to gouge them for every dollar they have, then start throwing all these random fees at your face. Does bare minimum for you.

We were interested in buying a new projector and the manager was helping us find one. We had liked a projector there but it wasn't in stock, but available at another store. When we told the manager we would go and pay at the other store he started to act aggressive and was whining to us about how he is going to pay his rent and he said it was a waste of time even though we we were hardly in the store for 10 minutes. If I am going to spend money on something expensive I have to be sure I am buying the right product. It felt like Visions cared more about there bottom line than the customer satisfaction.

I bought a laptop from Jaspreet Sandhu. She has good knowledge of products. She also gave an anti virus with it. I will definitely recommend my family friends to visit Surrey store.

Messy store, disinterested staff, difficult to find items in store. Went in to buy a home theater or sound bar for my family room and ended up spending a significant amount of money at Bestbuy because they took the time to talk to me and demonstrate products for me.

I called on few weeks ago to check the stock on OLED65CX and talked to Jaspreet there, she didn’t had the TV in stock at that time, I said ok I will check in best buy or Costco but she really wanted to have this business so she said I can save some money for you to wait for the TV. I was not ready to wait but the way she promised me to get the TV within the fixed time of period was amazing. I visit the store on the same day and ordered the TV, and today she call me that she got the TV in stock. I am so happy by the service she provided me. Thanks Jaspreet.
