Walked in for a small repair and they fixed my glasses immediately. Excellent work and excellent service.

My husband and I have been using Visions Optical's services at this location for the last 15 years. The service is excellent! They go out of their way to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. I reccommend them to all my friends and family.

The whole team is just awesome. From front staff to Dr. Baradi, the service is great.
They are knowledgeable kind and helpful and my Go To for my prescription needs.

I loved the service and the eye examination! The lady that took my order was super sweet, Kath (if I’m not mistaken). Doctor Monica is also super kind and attend to details! A very pleasant experience! Also the price is awesome! I got a reading glasses and a sun glasses and I just paid for one! Amazing!

I came in on March 3 2023. As I could not wear my new glasses. I saw eye specialist yesterday who thought the measurements were possible off. Kellyopie was very helpful, and was careful when she took the time to measure my glasses, eyes etc.she as well had another person to check the new measurements She explained the newer lens so I’m more hopeful I won’t be getting headaches from the new glasses. This is such a helpful office for emergency care! I had an urgent concern and ended up here after calling around to a few places. They were able to squeeze me in and were really kind and helpful getting me set up with a referral appointment to a specialist.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me to choose a frame that suits my face.
The location of the store inside the Royal City center is also convenient for parking.
