I’ve been getting sugaring treatments from Rachel for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier! The space is very clean and relaxing, and Rachel makes you feel so comfortable.

I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with sugaring at another salon and almost gave up on it, but I’m glad to have found an esthetician that is truly attentive and takes the time to ensure that I have the best experience with my treatment.

Would absolutely recommend Vita Felice to anyone and everyone!

Best sugaring experience! Rachel is very detailed, she tweezes the short hair, cleans ingrown hair and clogged pores after sugaring and she is super gentle. The pain is minimum. I have tried several sugaring places in the past, none of them did sugaring like her. I see a huge difference between her and other places. Rachel you are the best-Mandy

UPDATE TO COMMENT: This is not a Spa as I previously stated. My skin was red flared up from your products; that you try to sell right when you come in. That was not a consultation that was Privacy invasion and obtaining unnecessary personal information that had absolutely nothing to do with any type of “custom treatment”. When you go to a Spa for actual proper treatment, you leave feeling refreshed with glowing soft skin. This is completely opposite. I have reviewed 100s of Spas and this sales/“spa” is absolutely a zero and nothing like a Spa where you get a long full treatment, feel amazing and your skin is left soft, supple and glowing.

I came here thinking this was a Spa and you would get the nice relaxing “Spa” treatment and feel. This is absolutely not a Spa. The first half an hour you are sitting in a chair and she is putting in her system extremely personal details, what medicine you take and for what, what dosage, last vaccine, any medical conditions; what vitamins, lifestyle, very personal questions doctors ask. Then she proceeds to sell you on her products right away; basically forcing you to buy them that you need them. Then you’re in a chair with a bright light in your face, washes face and applys a quick mask, washes it off, applys a cream and you’re done. I do beauty reviews of products and places and this is definitely NOT the place to go for Spa treatment. It is not a spa but more like a place to obtain all of your personal information (into a computer database) and to sell her products. As well, in order to book you have to pay half first. This was a complete rip off. I’m pretty sure the reviews are fake. This was an office size room that looked and felt like a doctors office. She did nothing for my face; walked out with red skin. Again, this is NOT a Spa and highly do NOT recommend this place. Over priced as well. She talks you out of skincare products you have been using to buy hers. Avoid this place!

Wont be going back to felice medi spa. Lots of fab spas in NW - this is not one. Look elsewhere. Racheal is unprofessional in the industry, made a few rude like remarks and her services are rushed and just terrible! Don’t waste your money here. Also felt forced to buy products I don’t need or want.

Rachel is the best when it comes to microneedling! I went to her for 3 separate sessions, and my chest surgery scars have become so smooth and light. She made me feel welcome and comfortable, and I never once felt judged. You need to get booked with her asap, she offers plenty of others great services besides scar reduction!

Bikini sugaring is the best! Prior to this I’ve never done any kind of bikini hair removal. Discomfort was minimal and results were long lasting - more than a month! Totally worth it.

Rachel is absolutely incredible! I've been getting sugared for years and have gone to places in San Fran, Seattle, Portland and Vancouver. She is *hands down* THE best I've ever had. I had previously been getting sugared at a chain in Vancouver and I was tired of the rotating door of people working there with mixed quality on my sugaring. I decided to try this place, esp with how close it was. I liked the reviews, but was a bit worried/confused on how long the appointment was booked for. 45 min - 1 hour? I'd never had a sugaring appointment take longer than 15 minutes before. The first appt Rachel takes the time to get to know you, learn about your history, what you want done, educate you on after care, etc. Then she does her work quickly and seriously - SO much less pain than anywhere else I've been to. She has a great attention to detail, keeps everything super clean, and is great chatting with. While my initial appt was longer than the normal 15 minutes, it wasn't as long as the whole hour and the next appt will be shorter. Plus - the work she did is soooo much better than the rush jobs I'd been getting done in those 15 minutes before. I purposely decided to wait a bit before writing this review because in the past I've had appts that felt surprisingly low on pain but then had really just broken a lot of the hairs instead of pulling them out, which was agony as they grew back. So I wanted to wait and see if Rachel is the real deal and she is! I'm so glad I've found her. You can tell she really cares, and she's a wealth of information, patience and kindness.

I had three sessions of scar needling and I can say the results are stunning. My skin is softer, and my porus have visible become smaller. I also had a full facial and I fully recommend it. Rachel always goes above and beyond.

I got a facial done by Rachel and she took her time with me. I really liked my results and I felt like the products used on me were top tier. I bought a cleanser from her that I really like too. It cleanses my face without drying it out as I have very dry skin. I would go back, she works really hard for her clients.

I got a Lash lift and Eyebrow tattoo removal here. Rachel is an artist who has a nice soft touch. The whole experience was serene and I would go back in a heartbeat. Love the super comfy bed too?

This was my first visit and will definitely not be my last! I had a keratin lash lift/tint and for the first time my lashes have not been damaged by the procedure. I am now 6 weeks post treatment and all lashes remain healthy. Thank you for your meticulous and excellent work!

Had a facial here on the weekend- skin is looking so smooth and glowy. Rachel is so sweet and the facial was VERY relaxing. I fell asleep.

I moved to burnaby from chilliwack recently and had a hard time finding somewhere that did sugaring close to me and i was so relieved when i discovered Rachel! My experience with her has been amazing, she goes above and beyond and is very attentive.if you’re new to waxing i’d definitely recommend booking with her, she constantly checks in and offers breaks! She gives great aftercare instructions and as a forgetful person i also really appreciate her appointment and rebooking reminders:)

I got my first sugaring procedure done with Rachel. I was super scared at first but she kept me calm, was very gentle, and the room was really relaxing.
