Had a physio appt with Peter this morning and found him to be very personable as well as knowledgeable. Overall a great experience will definitely continue treatment with him in the future.

I have never been disappointed with any of the practitioners.

Alyssa is a wonderful physiotherapist. I was lucky enough to be supported by her through post partum and she patiently listened and answered all my questions. She gives excellent hands on treatments and thoughtful exercises. I would highly recommend her! Best Physio on the North Shore.

Dr. Keegan Tom is excellent. Very knowledgeable. Knowing I’m not always very compliant with my at home work (busy and tired with kids), he keeps this is mind and really works with me to come up with exercises/treatment plans that work for me. Very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend him:)

Amazing service. Helped me heal my carpal tunnel/thoracic outlet (rsi) injury, thanks to Dr. Keegan Tom. Goes into depth about the various excercises to do while away while treating thoroughly explaining why things are they are the way they are. Would recommend!

The chiropractic services were awesome. Highly recommended.

Side note, I shopped for the right pillow at a bunch of bedding stores, and literally bought two not quite the right size pillows. Finally, they will sell you the right size pillow here. Planning to pick one up on my next visit.

I have been looking for a massage therapist since I moved to N. Van - one who really understands functionality and connectivity within the muscles in the body, and how they work together (and knot up together) and Allister is exactly that person! He has the strength and knowledge to give an amazing deep, therapeutic massage. I would highly recommend him and have already booked my follow-up appointment! He will definitely become part of my self-care regime.

Vitae were able to get me in right away for an RMT appointment and Alistair was amazing.
I walked out of my appointment with way less pain and feeling like I'd be able to get back to my sports in a couple days.

This was my first visit to a chiropractor and he went way over the allotted time booked to make the diagnosis, make sure I understood the procedures, make sure all my questions were answered, and to do the procedures and teach me helpful stretches. Very impressed.

Today was my first time to see Dr. Eric Vermander. He did an excellent job of assessing my situation, taking the time to answer my questions and explaining in detail what he does during the treatment and the types of exercises you can do at home. I am very grateful for the excellent treatment and all the advice he gave me. I would also like to say a special thank you to Caroline and Suzanne at the front desk, both of whom were so kind in welcoming me to the clinic after I recently moved here from West Vancouver. I am very thankful to have found such a great clinic in my new neighborhood that can help me with my rehabilitation after my recent surgery.

I went to see RMT Enzo for my tight neck/shoulders, with my job it’s just a chronic issue. The massage was great! He was really professional and helpful in giving me plenty of at home exercises to do. I would definitely recommend him to everyone!

I began attending this office with Dr. Eric Vermander for chiro services since the beginning of 2021. I continue to receive his treatments. He is knowledgeable, kind and professional. His staff is always friendly and address all your 'insurance' questions, which is really helpful. I also began attending the services of their RMT's professional, Reianna. She listens, suggest the best option for the session and is always a calming and flowing experience. She's amazing. Lately I have been combining the massage with the Chiro and the results are amazing. I always feel great afterwards. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing group of humans! They’ve kept myself and my kids going! Chiro, massage, physio, kinesiology, naturopathy and other treatments. They know their stuff. You feel like family. Have been using their services since 2019. I won’t go anywhere else

Fantastic place! Great location! Great layout and setup! All health and safety protocols are in place. Very safe. Friendly staff and very professional at all levels! After my chiropractic adjustment, my body feels reenergized and muscles relaxed. The ART technique is fantastic performed by Dr. Vermander! Highly recommended!

Visited Vitae Health to treat a lower back pain resulting from lifting heavy-duty boxes during home move. Felt better after my first visit itself. I am impressed by Dr Vermander's knowledge, attention to details and the care he puts in to correct the posture. Dr Vermander really knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him.

Excellent experience! I have chronic issues with my neck and shoulders and have for years; Dr. Vermander does an amazing job of assessing the alignment of the joints, movement and restriction of the muscles and does thorough muscle work before realigning things that are out of whack. He is very skilled and always gives me stretches or exercises to do at home. Caroline and Suzanne at the front desk have been amazing too (especially fitting me in on short notice!)
The whole clinic feels welcoming and comfortable.

I work close by and first came to Vitae when I needed to see a chiropractor. Their staff are very friendly and helpful making my first experience very easy. Since then I have begun to take advantage of other services they offer and I have been very pleased by the quality of care and people. I have recommended them to many of my colleagues and will continue to do so. They have an easy to use app for booking, viewing, and cancelling appointments. With more health and active lifestyle care options coming in 2020 Vitae is definitely worth checking out.

Fantastic new place with friendly and courteous staff. On a mission to help sports injury, maintenance, overall well being. They cover all aspects of the body and mind connection with integrated health services. My chiropractic session helped with a gym misalignment and muscle tenderness.

I visited Vitae Health & Sport for both chiropractic and massage and I was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and how great I felt after my treatments. Dr. Vermander is a wealth of knowledge and really helped me bounce back after my injury.
The entire clinic is clean and gorgeous and feels like a place I'd just like to spend time in! I'd highly recommend this place for any rehab or relaxation needs.

I have been seeing the chiropractor who opened Vitae Health for many years now and have now followed him to his new space. Dr Vermander has worked on my chronic back pain, knee problems, shoulder and wrist issues from working as a plasterer and always has advice, stretches, encouragement and diagnosis ready for me. He makes me confident in my abilities and never makes me feel like due to an injury that I have to change my activities in life. His knowledge of active release helps a lot and eventually I have always found my health again from his treatments.

Great place. I saw the chiropractor there and he really helped my foot. Met the other practitioners as well and they have a great team. Also pretty cool they have a Counselor there to help with mental health. Will be referring some colleagues here soon. Great service. Thanks guys!
