I cannot say enough about my positive experiences with Dr. Tasreen Alibhai. She takes the time to listen, understand, and I always feel that she is working with me, on my path, and invested in my health. I have worked with Dr. Alibhai through hormone and digestive issues and her advice and treatment plans are given with deep care, experience and thoughtfulness. Beyond exceptional.

I believe investing in Vitalia health care is substantially costly and yet you cant be sure of improved outcomes. The Brightside is that they offer comprehensive testing, which are a bit pricy but informative and interesting, which you can use to navigate your health, and actually I have not found an organization in Vancouver after lot of search that offers these many tests in different categories.

I would like to fairly share my experience here with Vitalia. I initially went to Vitalia September 2019 due to hormonal imbalance and gerd issues. I had an initial consultation with Dr. Luis, which was priced at $195 (no tax). This session was an hour, I found myself most of the time talking, and giving details about my health concerns. Toward the end of session (around 15-20 min), dr.luis gave me some useful recommendation about my diet and suggested some testing and some supplements. I took the supplements costing around $50. I waited quite a while and in summer 2020 when I was financially a bit more stable, due to digestive issues and not being able to eat properly, I decided to get those tests done, which costed me around $525 with shipping. The tests are very interesting and useful and I liked them, however, the results are not given to you, unless you book another extended appointment, which for me cost around $140. I didn’t find this quite fair and I believe since you already have paid the price for the tests and results come with the test, the results should be released to you and follow-up appointment shouldn’t have been imposed. But, anyway you will need to do a follow-up to consult next steps, but in my humble opinion I think that should be optional, and given that you have already paid for the test, the results should be released to you.
So dr.luis recommended some supplements to take according to those tests.

Again, I waited for a while and about a month ago, I bought the suggested supplements priced at $200. I religiously took them as instructed along with incorporating a good diet (only occasional sins: coffee and sweets; I was eating variety of fruits, vegetables and grains, and proportionately white and red meat; very limited carbs). After three weeks, I was feeling nauseous and feeling very full all the time. Eventually one morning I woke up and throw up. I was feeling weak all that day that I went to the hospital. They did some testing and every thing turned out to be normal. I emailed dr.luis and she believed this was due to one of the supplements. So, I just stopped having all of them for couple of days and I started feeling better. I booked another follow-up appointment with her cost at $60 so that she could just tell me I have to change the supplement, and go on a sugar cleanse diet for couple of weeks (something I believe could be told as a reply to my email mentioning I had throw up). I even had 3 minutes spare from my 15 min appointment.

Anyway, I did go and bought the supplement cost at 50. I tried it the past two days and literally, doesn’t make me feel good. I consulted with a GI specialist and given that I have gerd, he told me that I should not even have some of those supps. So, my point is after investing this much and complying to protocols that are so-called individualized and based on testing, you would expect better outcomes. This was my experience and unfortunately the process did not quite work for me, but I love the testing they offer and it responds to my curious mind. Hope this help some one else.

Dr. Alibhai is extremely caring, conscientious and flexible! I find it so easy to open up to her. She listens very carefully and empathetically. When she offers help I can see she is carefully considering the entire picture and not approaching things in a cookie-cutter way. Each appointment with her has moved me forward in my health! Dr. Jennifer Luis always makes sure that I am comfortable and accommodating by making sure I am alone in a room due to my asthma and other health conditions.

I went here once and didn’t go back. I think I saw dr. Luis. She was nice and I didn’t think the service was bad. They charge you $200 to talk for an hour though. No testing, nothing. I thought this was a rip off. Just speculate on what might be happening. Then she recommended that I take a bunch tests that would amount to $500 or more. So I learned the hard way this clinic doesn’t do anything for you until you thrown down a bunch of money to get tested. So if you’re rich enough to spend $700 on the first visit, it might work for you?

I was hesitant to go back here and wasn’t sure about their methodology that’s so test centered which costs a fortune. So I found a different naturopath and have been going there for my thyroid condition. At this different place, I was able to get treatment the first appointment. I still get some basic testing done here too, but it’s not crazy expensive.

Overall, wouldn’t recommend this place.

I have been patient of Dr. Tasreen Alibhai, for past 3 years. She helped me with various health related issues. I have been receiving IV drips as well. Great and very professional clinic.

Great service and very Knowledgeable staff especially Alex who’s making my drip, He is very accomodating and knows what he was doing, very well experienced. Overall I like the atmosphere very relaxing and clean and very warm staff would definitely recommend this place.

I’m a young guy who called in, My dad is currently sick in the hospital with liver issues, there is a very high chance it could be fatal and i am calling around to naturopaths while i have the chance to still try any natural remedy as a last resort. Upon asking to speak to someone for advice, i was put on hold for 10 mins only to be told they wouldn’t speak to me for even 30 seconds or give me advice even in the situation i was having. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, shows that they are just in it for money and not for helping and caring about others! Selfish, ignorant and heartless clinic

The staff here are very accommodating and provide exceptional service. The doctors are great and staff are very helpful. I would come back!

Last August I experienced my first concussion. Life stalled. Why did I go to Dr. Alibhai at Vitalia?
BACK STORY: I'm 54, at age 31 I had a near stroke from a drug I used to manage Cholesterol as a South Asian man I had higher risk factors and wanted to manage it. MD's prescribe drugs based on symptoms. I learned side effects of powerful drugs can harm the body. Drugs can help in time of critical episodes like Heart Attack, but not long term. I found through a commercial an ND and since then have been drug free with my health plan. My doc left for USA 20 years ago, and recently referred me to Vitalia when I needed some support.
THE STORY: I walked into the office and Dr Alibhai made me feel welcome, didn't judge me and began my plan. She ordered the testing, diagnosed symptoms related to my situation and put together a TOTAL health plan to get me back to peak condition.
THE RESULTS SO FAR: My Blood Pressure Nov 2018 was 147/90 dangerously high, weight 190lbs, and the fatigue and other symptoms not great. My diet was not good and concussion was complicating my health. Lipids were not at levels I needed for good health as well and weight needed some management. 4 months later MARCH 30 2019: BP 120/66; weight 160 lbs my high school weight and from neck down I feel amazing. I'm continuing my treatments to manage my concussion recovery and excited about the results I have. My traditional MD saw my recent blood work and said "it's beyond spectacular". She asked me what I am taking and I said no drugs. MD's are helpful and I believe have a place in my health plan. However ND's diagnose what's causing symptoms, not the symptoms.then treat them with Natural therapies. I love the internet trolls who post fake reviews.because they are the ones who probably don't follow the plan.
MY MINDSET: I believe I am responsible for my health not my doctors. So blaming an ND or MD for missing goals is insane. Preventive health is like GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED. You go in regularly, they disgnose the health of the car, then do the maintenance adding in fluids and then you leave. But you MUST take care of your car to maintain it's original condition.
Dr. Alibhai gave me a life changing program.and told me to journal my food intake for 30 days.she fine tuned my diet and I followed it 100%, I also focused on meditation and good sleep, reducing alcohol and coffee, and other food sensitivities. I visited the clinic for my IV drips and advice and slowly my health turned around.
THANK YOU to Dr. Alibhai for changing my life. My body is like a 25 year old at age 54. I'm working on my head recovery and without this total support I wouldn't be where I am so far. Alex is the wizard who manages the administering of the IV drips and various treatments. My former ND did the mixing of the natural medicines herself however this clinic I believe has a competitive advantage over others. Alex is highly trained in chemistry and brings a skill to the clinic that most don't have. I have rolling veins that are difficult to work with. He makes it easy and painless. Each treatment I look forward to and the results slowly came and are awesome. The front staff I appreciate for their patience and I don't expect perfection. If a scheduling issue occurs, which is rare, I take responsibility to work with them to sort it out. I'm a CEO and very busy and they always work hard to make it work.
REFERRALS: I am so satsified and trust this team, that I brought my daughter in to get help for her health challenges. She is happy with the experiences so far and she's 21 years old.
IM NOT PAID for this review. I am an advocate for ND because I have the results. Some people comment on the cost of treatments. LOL. People buy drugs all the time but forget the purchases are subsidized by our care plan paid us.the day will come when we take back our health and force coverage of the ND treatments. My plan covers some, not all. It's worth investing in ME.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Luis for my Rosacea. Thorough testing discovered the cause, and treatments been very effective. The front room staff are warm, professional and friendly. Alex the IV technician is amazing. He has decades of experience and very good technique.

This is my go-to place for IVs. I had trouble finding clinics that can get veins for IV drips like glutathione and Alex at Vitalia gets one gently every time. It’s a relief knowing I have a clinic where I don’t need to stress myself out wondering if I will be poked multiple times or leave without treatment.

All the staff and Naturopathic Dr at Vitalia are really sweet as well. Always a good experience:)

I love visiting their relaxing environment while recieving the Vitamin IV drip. I highly recommend visiting Vitalia Healthcare.

If I could give - 5 stars, I would. I had to give this rating because I wasted so much money with Dr. Tasreen Alibhai: a dishonest, greedy, unskilled "doctor". I only got WORST and WORST with her, in spite of all I spent with her. I even suspect her to have given me fake IV.

I had enjoyed their services until today when my appointment was cancelled without informing me and they were unable to acknowledge that they are so disorganized that they forgot it is important to inform the client of any change like this. Specially when the client is coming from far away with two people with special needs. I expected better customer service for what I am being charged. I regret I even recommended them as a professional healthcare provider. Dr Alibhai is good. Alex is amazing. But she needs to take a serious look at her admin services and improve them.

Been visiting this clinic for over 3 years for a range of health, and anti-aging consultation and remedies. The support team members are always friendly and work efficiently. I've met with Dr. Alibhai, Dr. Luis and Dr. Waller for different reasons and they have been very professional, sincere and kind.

I would definitely recommend Vitalia Healthcare to my family and friends.
