Seeing Dr. Jenna has been more beneficial to me in my life then any doctor. I have had many challenges, from mountain bike injuries as a teen to Hormone Imbalances to whiplash. Jenna made recommendations, that I see a naturopath. The procedure for correcting my injuries was precise and painless, today I’m pain free! I am eternally grateful for Dr. Jenna’s passion to continue taking courses to be knowledgeable in up to date health issues.

Far superior to traditional chiropractic. Nucca is another option but far more costly. She is the best just go see her if have back pain, neck pain or knee pain. She even works on my wrist, shoulders, hips, ankles. As I am a construction worker that is extreme and a snowboarder.

Jenna has been a great help to me. I have chronic issues with my neck (that no one can fully cure), which are much less of an issue for me, after her adjustments.

I have only had 2 adjustments with Dr. Jenna but I am very impressed with the results. I have had back issues for many years. My back problems may be in part related to a car accident when I was 17 and had 2 broken ribs and a dislocated collar bone. The collar bone still sticks out over 50 years later. I saw a NUCCA (upper cervical chiropractor) for many years and I had been happy with the treatments, but he moved away from the area and it was less convenient. At the end of Dec 2022 my right hip seized up after bending over. I saw the NUCCA chiropractor 3 times in Jan of 2023 but the adjustments would not hold. Someone recommended seeing a chiropractor that used the Torque Release Technique. I saw the TRT chiropractor twice a week for 6 weeks and I did not notice any improvement. After my first adjustment with Dr. Jenna I had very significant improvement. Before the adjustment the alignment of my left leg was 1” shorter than my right leg. After the adjustment there was only about 1/8” difference. My NUCCA chiropractor had told me the best he had ever been able to achieve was about ¼” difference. I went back for my 2nd treatment 4 days later and the adjustment was still holding with only 1/8” difference so there was no need for another upper cervical adjustment. I was experiencing some discomfort in the middle of my back and Dr. Jenna advised that this was due to a twist in my pelvis. I was also experiencing some slight discomfort in my hips when walking. Dr. Jenna used a small instrument to make some very subtle adjustments and I now noticed very good improvement when walking. This particular adjustment would not have been possible with my NUCCA chiropractor because they only do upper cervical adjustments. In my roughly 40 years of seeing chiropractors the treatments I have received from Dr. Jenna are the best I have ever had. I highly recommend Vitalpoint Chiropractic for anyone needing chiropractic care.

Dr. Lisa gave me thorough assessment of my body before starting the initial treatment, she explained my issues and answered my questions patiently. Dr. Lisa is professional and the reception girls are friendly too, the clinic is organized and clean, I am happy to find such professional chiropractic place.

My first appointment with Hye Na Kim Today went well! She went thru with me all the steps that she recommended to be work on that she found out while working on my body. All that she told me makes sense as what I wanted to be work on as well! I have booked my nexts few sessions with her and cant wait.

Dr Jenna and Dr Lisa are very nice and caring. They want you to feel better and be pain free. The clinic is very chic, it feels like you're stepping inside a cafe! Clean and they take covid protocols seriously.

I went there to get a treament on my back muscles because it had been aching for months and Victor the RMT there did a phenomenal job in releaving that pain! If you have neck pain and headaches due to car or work injury, please go to see Dr. J. Kim. She is passionate about upper neck problems whiplash associated disorders. In addition, she uses x- ray and other tools to get scientific data and measurements. I have seeked treatments from various clinics for almost a full year and then I found Dr. Kim by chance. After 5 weeks of very gentle treatments, most of my whiplash symptoms are better. Life is so beautiful without daily headaches and neck pain. I will definitely talk to everyone about Dr. Kim, she is a life saver and the best neck doctor! (Bonus: her fee is affordable and direct billing available. So convenient!)
