Awful and misleading customer experience. They advertise a product that in fact they didn’t have in stock as in stock on March 10th when there was no mass hysteria yet and when I purchased it my credit card got charged, leading me to believe that I will actually get the product. They did not provide any updates and never followed up with any warning on the possible mishaps like their stocks not being updated. I followed up multiple times each time to hear it will be shipped soon. So I believed that and never attempted to buy the product from other retailers that carried it in stock at that time. Only on my last plea, 20 aterdays later, in return I received a receipt for returning my money and a sorry. This is an example of a bad business. Other retailers I however don’t make false promises. They limit the number of order they can process and continue providing high quality service and fast shipping proportionate to what they can handle in these difficult times. Being greedy will of course lead to unfortunate situations like this: leaving customers high and dry.as we all know things will return to normal and in competition people will trust those who were able to provide support in difficult times.

Terrible customer service experience. There is no open channel, no emails replication, no number that would take your call after 30 mind waiting on hole, did they expect the customer to give up before noticing the 30 min waste of my time.

The order came incomplete, missing more than half of the items. Hopefully I can hear back after this posting. My order # 1276679

I recently purchased online from Vitasave for the first time. The website is easy to use. Once the order was placed I received confirmation email. The next day an email from Adam came telling me one of the items I ordered was not available and even though the order value is small, he took the time to tell me in the email what are available from which I choose a substitution. Two days later the complete order arrived. I am very happy with the service. I definitely recommend Vitasave.

Ordered 2 Vega protein powders online. You would think it's super straight forward but they have messed up my order twice now. First they sent me only 1 of the protein powders I purchased. I called the office during their opened hours but nobody answered so I emailed them. I got a response a few days later of an apology that their warehouse made a mistake and that they would send my other missing item with Expedited shipping. I got it really quickly but guess what.it wasn't what I ordered, not even close (2 magnesium powders!?). I emailed them again and now waiting for a response. I'm really confused and frustrated how such a simple order can become so complicated and time consuming. I just want what I paid for.it shouldn't be this difficult. Needless to say I won't be ordering anything on their website again.

I went into the Location in North Vancouver on Tuesday. This was my second visit. It was worse than the first. I was completely ignored and had to go up to a cashier to ask for help. She tried to get staff to help me but he came to the product and handed it to her and walked away like I was an inconvenience and bothering him. No smile, no hello, no question if i needed anything else. This is the second time this type of services has occurred in 2 months. I left the product and would mind paying and extra dollar at Victoruas Health where I was treated like a customer matters. When I told the cashier I was disappointed and would buy my EMP elsewhere she tried to appologize. Another woman was at the front desk and happened to be the rep for the product I was going to buy. I believe she was concerned and hope that she will follow up with a manager. I will not be going back and if I was a supplier I would question wanting to supply a poor service store like this one!

Made an online order 04/14, zero communication from the company for days, no shipping update, nothing. Then a refund email came on 04/19 with no explanation, just a refund. Item still showing in stock on the website. This is not how to do business online

I could not find an item in stock at their stores and I needed it overnight so free shipping (1-5 biz days) was not an option.

Their helpdesk went out of their way to get item for me and even arranged for pick up next day at their Robson store so I didn't have to fight Lions Gate rush hour traffic.

I know this was a one-time exception so really appreciate it!

I ordered online 2 weeks, I still have not received my package. It is impossible to reach them because they never answer my phone calls.

We order our vitamins online and have had no issues. The selection is great, prices can't be beat and website works great. The last order we had, there was 1 item out of stock. We quickly received and email to notify us and a substitution was made and price was matched for the new item.

To be completely honest, I don’t know why there are negative reviews on here! I ordered my genuine health products that were on sale with free shipping. After reading some of the reviews on here I was a bit skeptical on delivery times. The order was placed late afternoon on Monday and the products were delivered the following day! No damages to the package I may add. Upon checking the items in the package I found they were correct and in perfect condition (a ocd I have). Will definitely be using vitasave again!:)

I been going to vitasave everyday for year now. The other day I was in the emergency room for a sprained ankle and seen one of the managers at the hospital. He was wearing a face mask. The next day I went into vitasave and the manager was working. I'm not sure what they were thinking but its obvious they werent concerned with their customers health.
