Great location and quality finishes in interior suites. Building has basketball court and modern gym.

Clean building with great staff. They work hard to take care of building and the residents. It's always clean. Also, there's a basketball/badminton court and a good size gym. Highly recommend this place for living.

The staff improved a lot since last year. They are easily accessible during office hours. There's always parking on the street. Great location and not too close to the skytrain so you dont hear the noise.
