Viva Care Medical Clinic - Abbotsford (Inside Walmart)

Its very stupid when you come to see a doctor and the clinic is empty and they say no sorry we are not taking any new patients thats unheard of I don’t want to be a full on patient i just need to see a doctor get my prescriptions refilled and go and probably not go to that clinic ever again but apparently doctors dont care for patients they can do whatever they want and not take any patients

Best clinic ever.doctor Douglas is very polite and good listener as well. Punjabi receptionist is very helpful and kind.very good walk in and phone services.feeling grateful.

I am Dr. DOUGLAS's patient. He is very kind, polite, professional, knowledgeable, caring, & a great listener. His attentiveness to each ofbmy health concerns made me decide to continue my medical care with him instead of my family Dr. For years. Thanks so much Dr. DOUGLAS it means a lot for an elderly woman like me to have such great care of her Dr. ️

Receptionist has terrible telephone skills. Could barely hear what she was saying or asking. Not friendly at all.:/ She refused to book an in person appointment for me even though I mentioned that the pharmacist told me that I needed to do that. My family has been on a waiting list for a family doctor for a long time now. Makes me nervous that I can’t see a doctor in person until then.

Made an appointment, phone only, to deal with a back problem.

At the time of the appointment, Viva called to tell me the doctor does not treat back problems, and I would have to go to a different clinic.

I asked for a referral to a back specialist, but the doctor refused to even talk to me on the phone.

Totally useless.

Unprofessional in attitude and execution.

Pre covid, I had appointments here a few times. All of which I saw Dr Clasina Fourie. And during covid, a few times with phone appts as well with Dr Fourie. She is very professional, very thorough and very receptive to all my questions. I feel confident with Dr Fourie as my go-to Doctor.

I had gotten hurt at work back in feburary anddecided to give it a shot probably got in around 345 as most of the clinics were closed I hadnt even been in there for 5 minutes and the receptionist went all snappy at me right away asked if it was icbc or wcb i says wcb her response was we dont do wcb and i need to ask you to leave.thanks to her took 5 more hours out o the day and almost got stuck in mission in the snow.
SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE

Despite saying that they are open until 6pm they are in fact not. We went there today at 4pm and were turned away at the desk. The receptionist was also quite short and snappy with us, telling us all the clinics are closed or full up. Don't waste your time going here.

Took my 3 year old here on Monday around 130 to see if there was anything available as a walk in to see a dr. The receptionist was very rude she unpolietly informed me there was a wait then I askd if there was somewhere I could change my daughter as she was covered in diarrhea the receptionist rolled her eyes at me, huffed and then again informed me in a rude tone it was going to be a wait asking if I wanted to wait. I started to get upset and walked out to make a phone call where she glared at me standing in front of the bench shaking her head at me. I will never recommand or go to this clinic unless it's a last resort kind of thing. She was very unfriendly someone who shouldnt work front desk if that's how the treat others.

They get through people fast. I got here at 8 and got in to see a Doctor within an hour. If you get here a bit before they open you will be seen fast.

Well for starters.the waiting room Garbage was entirely full.and my toddler ended up getting into it while I had turned around for not even 30seconds. When I told the recieptionist about it all she did was laugh, oh and she spent the whole fifty minutes I was there wising to see he doctor in her damn cell phone texting people. She didn’t make eye contact when I asked a question. Three patients seen only in an hour.given there was only one doctor. But come on.when asked what he wait time was I was told there was one other person in front of me.and then heard so I’m not sure. I can’t comment on the doctor as I wasn’t even able to see her.driving to a different clinic to have my wheezing and raspy one year old seen. I will not Come here again just based on the recieptionist.leave your god damn phone alone, clean the office and worry about informing the patients when they ask you questions.
