I went to this clinic yesterday as I was not able to see my regular Dr for 2 weeks, I hurt my foot a week prior at work and the pain and swelling was getting worse so I needed to see a Dr asap. I saw Dr Khalil he examined my foot, was quick to say I had an Avulsion Fracture told me I’d be off work for minimum 2 weeks, gave me a prescription for an Air Cast and said to get X-rays, and to see him in 2 weeks. I said I’ll follow up with my family Dr, he aggressively said no you need to see me! I left feeling not satisfied with his diagnosis and his behaviour, for my own peace and mind I went straight to Ridge Meadows ER, waited 3.5 hours to have X-rays results immediately. The ER dr showed me my X-ray and there was NO SIGN OF A FRACURE! It was severely sprained, I was given a shot of Toradol for pain, inflammation, and swelling. Told me to take a few days off to rest my foot and ice it. I am so happy I went with my gut feeling, Dr Khalil needs his license provoked! I will NEVER step foot back in that clinic! I wouldn’t even trust him to treat and injured insect!

Unsatisfied. They Never answer the phone, whenever I need appointment I should drive there and see them. Online appointment doesn't work as well.
Oh its still 4 P.m and from 10 a.m Im calling calling and calling!

Specialist canceled 3 times without notifying me. And clinic tried to get a hold of him and they had no luck. I don't know if it's the doctor or the clinic at that's at fault. It seems like left brain can't able to communicate with the right brain. It's ridiculous. I never encountered this kind of problems in my life especially when my doctor booked an appointment to see a specialist.

I love this clinic they are professional nice caring doctors are nice too. I would highly recommend this place.

Dr. Khalil is an amazing doctor. My mom, Dad, and I go to him for our family doctor and he has been so great. He always is able to squeeze me in for appointments when I need help, is very honest and straight forward, and is very knowledgable. He always takes his time with me and I feel that all my questions are answered after my appointments.

The staff has the most crazy attitude when answering the phone. It’s like they don’t want you to come there. It blows my mind this place is operating this way

I saw Dr. Khalil for two concerns I had about my health. From the beginning when he entered the room he was on a rush. The guy was so straight and told me: ” you can told me one of your concern today because we don’t get paid a lot by the government, you can make another appointment for your second one “.
I don’t even know how these kind of doctors still have license to hunt for money on people’s life.
I will never see him again.
If you are looking for a family physician, it’s worth it to skip this one.

They call themselves a walk in clinic, no way to book an appointment, they never answer the phone.

I was booked for at 10: 30 Dr appointment and the clinic isn’t open. Not only that when I was originally trying to book an appointment the MOA picked up the phone and hung it it twice.

Answering the phone when your patients call would be a good start to fixing your broken system. People need help and they cannot get through on your phone lines? Patients email and you never respond? Grossly negligent to be polite about it

Gettting hold of them over phones is painful, line is always busy or looping in a recorded message.

First they cancelled my appointment without telling me, then the next available doctor confidently and arrogantly misdiagnosed me, completely wasting huge amounts of my time sending me to the ER for a non urgent issue.

Don't go here.

I've been here for a very long time and the people behind those desks are really AMAZING. Their great service including those great doctors are superb. I believe I've been here for 10 years or more.

Have been waiting for a referral to the cardiologist since August and the cardiologist secretary has been requesting the referral by telephone and fax but no response and am here at the clinic in New westmininuster to see the cardiologist but they can't take me in because of that and have been calling t the office since 0900 but they voice mail says they are close but they are open at 0900
Disappointed to the core if my soul

Never had a problem here the few times I made an appointment here when I was unable to wait for an appointment to see my family doctor. Front staff were professional and the doctors I met were great. Don't remember the name of the first one but Dr. Shehata was so kind and caring to my young daughter.

Dr. Jackson has been my Doctor for 8 years. The Administrative staff is Amazing. Thank you for all the years of Wonderful Care.

One of the worst service i booked an appointment and i was given the time 2.30 p.m and i shown up at around 2.10 pm.and the receptionist told me i have been booked at 2.50 and i waited up 3.25 p.m and after waited till 4.10p.m and i have to cancelled the appointment it was waste of time and i still do not understand why on first instance they booked the time and later other those walking in are been served.
The receptionists who are booking the appointment are not organised or they have failed their duties.
Receptionists does not deserve even one star.

Had great experiences with the original doctors. Sadly the newest edition to their team is an older doctor, who has no business treating women, and in all honesty should probably just retire. I’ve been in there twice where I’ve had to see him, once was an ear infection that he gave me sinus spray for (and never checked my ears) and told me my hormones were probably messing with my allergies, came back 3 days later and saw the good dr and got ear drops. The second time I went in with vomiting, and abdominal pain, I had informed him I had a history of cysts, he told me to take a gravol suppository and the pain was probably ovulation and I just had a stomach bug. (ovulation pain doesn’t last a week btw) turns out I have bilateral dermoid cysts on my ovaries, that we could’ve caught earlier had he just listened.
In all the times we’ve seen him he has never once checked the computer to see people’s files. He’s bringing the efficiency of the clinic down and that’s a shame.
