The team at viva orthodontist have been so helpful and friendly from the start. It's always a pleasure to go in for my sons check ups.

Everyone here is careful and professional. I’m as happy as I could be with the shaping result! (1 year after starting treatment)

FYI, Dr Hodder pays for reviews through gift cards, so be wary of the high rating. My overall experience was good except for a run in with Dr Hodder towards the end of my treatment. I had a single tooth that was not tracking well that I was told they would keep an eye on and not to worry about. Suddenly I was told next appointment I would be finished and getting a retainer. When I brought up the tooth that wasn’t tracking well and that I wasn’t happy with it, Dr Hodder became quite impolite and basically said it was my fault and I could pay for more treatment if I wanted it better. My final bite also had several teeth touching and making contact. My recommendation would be to advocate early for any concerns you have, as once your payments are completed, Dr Hodder will lose her friendly demeanour. Due to this event I could not recommend Dr Hodder to anyone.

Dr. Hodder and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Happy that this was the place I’ve gone for my braces journey! Currently gotten my braces off in March and I couldnt be happier with my smile!

Very friendly and professional staff. I liked the fact that they offered free consultation and Dr. Hodder was forthcoming and patient in answering questions without pressuring. My daughter had a few questions the next day after treatment, and the staff was prompt in responding to our phone call. They even took the time to call back for the 2nd time to make sure she is doing okay. Very good service.

Our daughter at a young age in our eyes got braces, we had alot of doubt that she would be comfortable or even "let" the staff out braces on her. They did and our daughter barely noticed, her relaxed and comfortable feelings towards braces, going to the orthodontist and the unknown of how long she would have them blew our minds. We are so grateful for the kind and tolerant staff at Viva and the continual patience towards our oops and absent-minded ways. We highly recommend going here and have referred family and they have also felt the same.

Love my invasalign! It's basically invisible, so it's a great option if u don't want braces, which are a lot more noticable. All the doctors gave lots of helpful advice and overall they were very reassuring and kind.

Great place to take your children for their orthodontics needs. They make it fun for the kids to track their progress with a rewards plan to keep them engaged.

From the front counter to the chair, the staff are friendly and are always upbeat. We couldn't be happier with the success of our sons treatment plan.

I have two kids undergoing treatment with Dr. Hodder at VIVA Orthodontics, Port Coquitlam. Very professional and friendly service. I especially like how the information flows among the staff. You call them, tell them your name, and they already know who you are, your appointment schedule, and what was done during the last visit. They ask how the kids are doing and if there is anything they can help with.

Dr. Hoddard is an amazing orthodontist who is always kind and friendly. I am currently in the middle of an invisalign treatment and its going fantastic. The office is always super clean and all the staff are very friendly which makes for a great experience.

Fantastic team, very professional, and warm greetings during every visit. I’m 6 months into my Invisalign treatment and I’m so pleased with the progress (using it to treat a 70% overbite and some crowding). Pricing for Invisalign is quite standard across the industry.what makes a difference is the people. There are frequent check-ins where the team takes the time to see your progress and make adjustments where necessary. Appointments are quick and efficient, which works great for my busy lifestyle. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience here and looking forward to the final result a year from now.

At the age of mid-30s, I was very hesitant to start orthodontics. After looking into it a lot here and there, I received counseling at Viva, they explained everything kindly and I got a professional feeling, so I chose it. As I thought, Dr. Hodder and all the staff are professional and kind. For more than a year, I was satisfied with every visit, and it was good to be able to fix it immediately whenever I had a problem with my braces. It's not completely over yet, but there's no doubt that they'll do well until the end. If anyone hesitates to correct their teeth after 30, I recommend you try it at Viva. I am very happy with my son's orthodontist and the whole service at this clinic. My son was very young, used to suck his thumb and has made his upper teeth move forward almost by half an inch. He got the treatment at an early age when every other docotors had told me I have to wait and they gave me a much higher quote. The dr put an appliance in his mouth, then gave him a regualr maintance and checkups included in the price, very efficient, expert, professional and honest people. Dont think twice before you chose tthis Clinic and Dr. Haley is the best you can ever find.

Dr, Hodder and her team have provided me with fantastic care during my treatment thus far! I had a lot of questions regarding my orthodontic treatment, and they are always happy to answer whether it is an e-mail or a phone call, which is what makes me feel especially cared for. Everyone I have seen has been efficient at their jobs such that you're not sitting in the chair for an excessive amount of time, but you're given their undivided attention and feel looked after. Dr. Hodder's office also does a smile rewards program, which is a nice incentive- even as an adult.

I am thankful of having Dr. Hodder as my orthodentist after having had 3 consultation with 3 different doctors.

It was suggested by my regular dentist that I consider visiting an orthodontist due to crooked teeth. I'm a 60 year old male and kinda beyond cosmetic considerations. It was pointed out to me that straighter teeth are easier to keep clean, and improved oral hygiene would increase the chances of keeping my teeth into my retirement years. I hadn't previously considered this but I took the suggestion and had to good fortune to be referred to Viva Orthodontics and Dr. Kimberly Hodder. In the initial consultation I learned more about my teeth than I had in the preceding 50 years. I was very impressed. Although the recommendation for the Invisalign aligners involved having three extractions I signed up and am now six months into the process. I could not be happier with the professional advice and the process in progress. All of the people in the office from the receptionist to the technicians are super friendly and supportive - even for an old goat like me. Highly recommended.

I recently went to Viva orthodontics and I found all the staff to be welcoming and warm. From the ladies at the front desk to each individual I interacted with during my consult, everyone was professional and helpful with guiding me through the process of getting my Invisalign. I have now had a couple visits since my consult with Dr. Hodder and I am impressed every time I am in. Dr. Hodder and her staff make me feel important and not just another number walking in. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Hodder and the team at Viva.

I had my braces done here and they had great customer service. Booking appointments was easy and the appointments themselves were quick and efficient. There was also a Viva Points Rewards system for the patients where they could collect points each visit and cash them in for gift cards. As a patient, I really enjoyed this as it made the experience much more enjoyable.
