Had a wonderful experience with my consultation. The staff are friendly and professional. Very clean office. Highly recommended.

My daughter has had nothing but a great experience. Their reward program for the kids really incentivizes good practices and care of their braces. When an adjustment was needed, or something came loose they were very good to get her in ASAP to correct the issue.

Great customer service, easy to book appointments, friendly and professional staff. Very helpful and allow you to take your time on deciding course of action, I never felt pressured.

I have been going to viva orthodontics for my Invisalign and I couldn't be happier! The staff are amazing and they make sure every appointment goes smoothly. I had to bring my baby with my appointment as I couldn't find a baby sitter and the receptionist Karen quickly came over to entertain the baby while he was being a bit fussy. I recommend viva orthodontics to anyone who is thinking of getting Invisalign!

I have been a patient with Viva Orthodontics in New Westminster for over two years. I received full braces. I received expert advice, a full consultation and options before I made my decision for the braces. There was no hard sell and no pressure to make the decision. I felt like I was going to CHEERS each time I entered for my follow up appointments - greeted with 'Hi Pam' from the frontline staff and the techs that worked on my teeth. I truly feel like one of the family. With each follow up visit for adjustment of the elastics, I received a consultation and update on how my teeth were doing. There was no rush or urgency to make things happen faster than normal, they let my teeth and braces do their thing. I will soon have my braces removed and I will be honest, I will miss the gang at Viva Orthodontics. I suggest you go in for a consultation and see for yourself the 1st class service you will receive! Came in to Viva Orthodontics to get Invisalign to address my front and bottom teeth misalignment issues. The staff were very helpful and genuinely friendly. My Invisalign journey has been hassle free thus far and I am seeing really good results. Welcoming atmosphere and it felt like a safe space! Would definitely recommend them.

I feel like they don't really care about the patients treatment because they don't remind you to book next appointment to change wires and etc.
When I got my braces, they didn't mention about booking next appointment (it was my first time) and when I asked, I was told to phone them instead of scheduling in the office.
And that's what I've been doing but last month I forgot to book the next appointment and I got an email saying I need to see them in a month. So I called and they said I can only come in in February which is almost another 3 months for me to wait. I wonder if this is going to delay the treatment. Also the receptionist said I should of scheduled it when I came for the last treatment. (but they told me to phone them instead?) I think they should always remind the patients to book the next appointment and make sure we are getting treated on time. Maybe txt us or phone us instead of sending an email after 1 month from the last treatment.cuz it makes me wonder if they will forget about me if i never called them?

That makes me wonder why the receptionist told me that I was supposed to book an appointment at the front then. I think it's ideal to have all the patients prebooked for the next appointment. Also the receptionists can also double check if there are any patients who haven't booked the next appointment, because it seems like the waiting is at least for 1 month. I personally don't think patients should be in charge of scheduling appointments to make sure we are getting treated on time. I hope this makes sense!

I met Dr. Jason Gallant which he was recommended by another professional dentist, because my son needed urgently braces, from the first day's appointment I felt welcome in his office and the dental receptionists are so well organized with the appointments, Dr. Jason Gallant made me feel happy that my son's teeth can be fixed and explained all the procedures step by step, well, I'm happy to say this coming December my son's braces are coming off and I so happy with the results, my son can smile confidently now and I'm glad my husband and I made an investment for our son's teeth, Excited for Christmas photos this year! Each time I go to the clinic I have such a positive experience. Every single staff member is kind and happy. The atmosphere is always very calm. I love the validation that my Invisalign treatments are going well when the staff look at my teeth. Would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants a beautiful smile!

The staff is very friendly. The receptionists are accommodating. The office is clean and following covid protocols. Dr Gallant is professional but very nice. He explains everything and is honest. I’m soo happy and feel very lucky to have found him and his entire team. I am so grateful he’s fixing my very crooked teeth.

I got my braces on September 1st and I have had an amazing experience so far. I am so grateful that the staff was there to guide me through the process. They gave me step by step guidance in order to assure that I will have 100% straight and healthy teeth at the end of my 2 year term. They made it easy for me to understand everything and I was given a variety of colours to choose from.

We have been here for around 11 months. We had a nice experience with the Viva Ortho New West team. The staff provided professional and great services. The office is very clean. During COVID period, they follow all safety guideline to make sure the patients and employees safe. I appreciate.

My son has had his braces for over a year and a half now and we have had a positive experience throughout. He seems to enjoy going to see Dr. Gallant and has not complained once - a very different experience than mine over 30 years ago! He was very easy to talk to when going over possible treatment options, and has done an amazing job with his office space, making it very inviting and comfortable. Making appointments has been very easy, the front end staff have been easy to talk to, and the assistant staff working with the patients are very friendly, punctual and approachable. If you are looking for an orthodontist. Dr. Gallant is the one for you.:)

I was a new patient here for Invisalign recently. My experience did not go very well. To start off the reception was very professional, friendly and attentive. But the orthodontist seemed distracted and careless. The pricing at this place is higher than other offices close by, so I was a bit skeptical. When asking him questions he seemed indifferent, smug, and belittleling towards my concerns. He even told me at one point that if I wanted the work done for a more fairer price I should go to “one of those Indian dentists”

Anyway I would not even give these guys one star review if I could, and I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy.

The environment is very pleasant and welcoming and the people are so kind and truly makes you feel at home.:)

Viva Orthodontics is a perfect place, and we have had a great experience with them thus far. The place is amiable, flexible and kid-friendly. The staff are incredibly nice, along with the doctors. I have been late to the appointments a few times, but they always will do as much as they can in the limited time and will reschedule if you can't make it to the appointment. In addition, the orthodontic place is very kid-friendly with their "gaming lounge" and points that you can trade in for prizes such as gift cards or put into giveaways. Overall, I think that Viva Orthodontics is a fantastic place with too many qualities to list them all.

Month 11 of 22 for my Invisalign treatment. I'm half way there! Dr. Gallant and everyone on the team at Viva has been amazing with quick responses and great support. Looking forward to finishing the rest of my treatment. Thanks team Viva!

My daughter is happy to go for her appointments to collect her "Viva Bucks, " and everyone we've seen has been friendly and kind, making her feel comfortable. We just started with a spacer before summer, but so far so good!

My experience at viva orthodontics so far has been exceptional. I have been able to book frequently appointments with flexibility. The staff there is super friendly, understanding and nice. They genuinely seem to like there job which is so important for good care. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs orthodontic treatment!
