Have helped both my daughter and son. The office is highly organized and structured but still feels friendly and stress free. They help to ease the child's anxiety by keeping all situations feeling simple and standard. All the staff are excellent. Payments are flexible and as soon as my sons treatment was not working as hoped it was stopped along with required payments. A new plan was developed and all without any worry or stress.

Very friendly staff, very punctual appointments and great results. The office is very bright and modern and really geared well towards kids to have a good experience (a gaming room in the reception area doesn't hurt). Would recommend to friends.

The ladies at Viva are so nice, my daughter specially loves Anna when she has her check ups. Dr Hodder is so thorough and very kind. She's very gentle. The receptionist are very accommodating and even if they're not open at the Surrey location they can view your file and answer your questions. Overall we are very pleased we go to Viva Orthodontics. I knew after seeing my niece and nephew’s teeth after their orthodontic work and how beautiful their teeth turned out that I wanted to send my daughter to Viva Ortho when the time came when she needed braces. Viva is such an amazing orthodontist. I love their staff mostly! Their staff members are so friendly and they always have a smile. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to educating you about different options. I love that they are punctual too, I never have to wait long for my appointment, they are always on time, but they also don’t ever rush through your appointment. I would highly recommend viva!

Excellent staff and customer service. We used Viva Orthodontics for 2 of my 3 sons and I would recommend them to anyone. We actually tried another place for my second son and it was not the same quality and experience, so we came back to Viva for my 3rd son.

Braces are coming off after 2 yrs! The time has gone by super fast and has been such a positive experience for the kids. The staff here have been great with the kids.
