No like actually. I have cried in the past because my husband came home with this pizza. The pepperoni and mushroom is truly the 8th wonder of the world. I’m tearing up as I write this because I am, so unfortunately, enjoying my last slice. Until we meet again Viva Sue, just know that I love you.

Very warm welcoming services from the owner Sue and her staffs; fresh tasted pizza with great variety of choices and the price I think is very fair for the quality of food; clean and convenient environment. This place gave me very good impression about the area when I was visiting. Highly recommended.

No plant based cheese options. It's 2023 and there are plenty of vegan cheeses available to source.

This is the most legit old school pizza joint in Vancouver. Family run with great service. Thick delicious pizza with quality ingredients. Feels like a throwback to a 70's style parlour with decor to match. But you're probably taking it out anyway (or delivery) and frankly I love the vibe in the place. If thin crust New York style pie is your jam then this may not be your spot but if you prefer deeper, more chunky pizza this is the best local place I've found. Don't ever change Viva Sue!

It's okay pizza, not sure what the huge deal is about them having great pizza. Way too cheesey, I could not even taste the sauce.

First time to order here for take out for K school kids! Ordered the party pack deal.
Kids loved their cheese pizza and the beef & mushroom pizza was very tasty.

They make a delicious pizza with a thick crust and generous toppings held together with lots of cheese. $16 for a small, which is an ample meal for a big appetite. Costs a little more than your pizza by the slice places, but what you get for it is fantastic!

This is a Burnaby must. Viva sue has been a staple in Deer lake for 40 years.

Really good pizza. Thick with toppings. The trade off is the pizza is a little greasy. But wow was it good.

Every time we come to Vancouver we order from Viva sue! I wish we had this pizza in Kamloops! It is the most delicious pizza ever! Also where I would eat 2-3 slices somewhere else 1 slice is all I can eat as it is loaded with delicious toppings. The crust is also perfect. We love this pizza place it’s our most favourite! The 4.6 overall review says it all. Friendly staff, and amazing pizza. If you like thick crust pizza with homemade sauce, and real cheese on top of the toppings the way it should be done, then this is the place to go. They do not skimp on cheese, toppings, or sauce. Definitely worth driving out of your way to hit this spot up. If you pay with cash or debit, they will offer you one free can of beverage of your choice for every pizza you order.

Best pizza. And the best owners and staff; everyone is so kind. We love Viva Sue Pizza. I always go for their vegetarian with extra olives.

The last two times the pizza wasn't as good as usual, the first time it was burnt on the bottom. I called and left a message but no one called me back. Prior the pizza was always fresh and delicious thick crust.

New costumer here. Just got a pizza today and believe when I tell you this is some good pizza I was surprised how much flavour it had. Will definitely buy again and I recommend you do as well

Great pizza. I love this style of pizza. Hearty and hella cheesy. They definitely do not skimp on the toppings and they are very friendly on the phone and in person when I picked up. Would order from here again.

My work just ordered several dozen pizzas from Viva Sue for a lunch function today. I have never had pizza from your establishment before but I will be ordering in the future for sure Thick but Not to thick, lots of toppings and cheese, both in quantity and taste! Crust was perfect. I was impressed with your pizza!

The owner told me he does not have time to look at uber orders to make sure they are correct. I canceled my first order instantly as there was a mistake and the pizza place made it anyways and then didn't send out my second proper order. He told me to not order from him again instead of fixing his mistake. Maybe hiring some extra staff will help him pay attention to uber orders

I have been loyal to this pizza store for a very long time due to the quality and taste, and I think everything do down the drain tonight. I always clearly indicate what I order for take out, and don’t know why when I show up, instead of just one box pizza I ordered, they thought I order another box of cheese pizza instead of I actually order the cheese bread or toast. Maybe have your person who answered the phone to go ESL or repeat what I order before the phone is hung up. I was even more surprised when I pick up and see the order is wrong, they still insist I ordered two boxes, and no apology and want me to pay the full amount. I am tired of other people’s mistake and ask customer to pay the prize. I won’t be coming back again, there are tons of pizza store on this place, hopefully no other customers go the same thing as I did.

I love this place. Been coming here for decades and it's my favourite pizza in Vancouver. Used to live close but now I live downtown and I still come here about twice a month or more to get the Chef's Best. So delicious.

This is probably the best pizza place in the lower mainland if you're a fan of deep dish/thicker pizzas. The restaurant doesn't skimp on toppings and also loads the pizza with cheese. The price is reasonable for what you get, and this place is one of my favorite to go places whenever I'm int he area.

Great Pizza's but if your office is suppose to reimburse the food money
Then just be careful as it's tough to get a receipt with GST number on it & the staff (Tim) will tell you to call latter on shop number and talk to his Boss
After multiple attempts when you reach to the owners
They will give you an excuse they you were not charged GST and they can't take card on the phone
So you need to go back to them pay GST and then they will provide GST number.
It's mandatory for every business to charge and provide GST number on the receipt.

This is not my kind of pizza! By the reviews others enjoy it. If you enjoy super thick tasteless crust, with way to many toppings so you can't taste anything, this is the place for you. This is not the pizza place for me.

One of the best pizza in lowermainland. And Sue is most pleasant hostess. I love going back to visit her and eat her pizza. She makes a special pizza for me a bit spicy and lots of feta cheese.

Always loved their pizza. Staff are always friendly and I've never had any issues with them. I know we all have bad days but a little understanding, courtesy and a smile goes a long way for everyone.

My pizzeria of choice for almost 35 years. I used to live around the corner from them, and their pizza was associated with movie nights at home watching VHS rented from the 7-11, pizza sales at Burnaby Central, and now my kids are hooked on it as well. Their cheese and crust set them apart. Free pop if you pay debit or cash.

This is a real 5-star pizzeria. Known for their epic pizza. My favorite is the "Chef Special". My tummy is growling right now just thinking of their pizza! Holy Cow! MaMa Mia!

Was told this was a great pizza place by a friend but ordered pizza and it took 1.5 hours to arrive.called the place to ask where our pizza was and he hung up on us.terrible service.delivery guy was very nice and we feel horrible someone has to work for someone so terrible.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY RUDE DO NO EAT HERE. I ORDERED FOOD AN HE SAID HE WOULD NOT LET ME GET DELIVERY BECAUSE I ORDERED 20 DOLLARS AND HE SAID HE NEEDS TO MAKE MORE MONEY. I ALSO OFFERED TO PAY THE DRIVER FEE, HE SAID NO I NEED TO ORDER 30$PLUS SO HE CANT MAKE MONEY PLUS 10 FOR DELIVERY. HE WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME.

It was my first time here and I was undecided between the Super Sue or the All Meat pizza. The lady suggested the Super Sue, but generously offered to make me a half and half. Should've went with the recommendation of going for the Super Sue! Pizza is delicious and loaded with toppings.

I have been going to Vivas for almost 20 years started going in high school down the street now if I happen to be driving by I'll make an effort to call ahead order the Hawaiian and omg the toppings are just loaded this is one pizza you eat with a fork and knife!

This place has been putting out the same quality pizza for the last two decades I've been going there. Quality remains the same. Slightly more expensive than the big pizza stores but its definitely worth it. Very good.

We ordered thinking it was good food from the reviews. We were absolutely wrong about that. The pizza was mediocre at best and it made us both sick. 2 large pizzas for $50 is a complete rip off. If you're trying to charge that kind of money it better be extraordinary pizza, which it is not. They completely missed the mark, not sure how this place gets any good reviews.

Their pizza is the BEST! The all meat is definitely a must try. We actually drive from Coquitlam to pick up pizza from Viva Sue. They only deliver in limited areas. Not really a dine in place.

I miss the old family run pizza places that used to be on every corner throughout the Lower Mainland in the 70s 80s 90s.

I believe high lease rates and higher real estate values have forced them to shutter their doors.

Friendly, looks like family-oriented. Great pizza! Tried to give them a nice (r) tip, they even said " too much, too much, take some back! " Lol long life for this company and its employees!

The pizza was amazing. We made the crazy mistake of ordering 3 large pizzas, it was a fantastic price. But it was a lot of food! The pizza was thick with cheese and real toppings. When the menu says chicken, you actually get chunks of chicken! Suggest ordering ahead as the line gets busy and I when to order take out at 4: 55pm and there was an endless line of people coming in. Keep in mind this is a take out place. There are only 2-3 sad tables to eat in on.

Nice fresh pizza, thick and usually filled with enough toppings, 4 stars max from me for pretty hefty $$$ prices for neighborhood pizza joint. Interior needs major upgrades. Visually not a sit down pizza place. Staff friendly and easy going.

I've been a fan and customer of Viva Sue pizza for at least 10 years. They make a FANTASTIC pizza! The crust? Soft and crispy! The sauce? Delicious and tasty! The toppings? Fresh and flavour-y! The cheese? Fatty and creamy!
If you're looking for a cheese-coma, this is the place for you!
It's a real family shop here too, Sue et all work together and pump out hundreds of pizzas per day! It may not be the flashiest, most contemporary style establishment, but it has that real neighbourhood pizza joint feel to it, and I like spending time there.

Viva Sue's is awesome! Old school pizza, inch thick with toppings and delicious. Very few places left, if any, like Viva Sue's.
