Victor, my instructor, is an outstanding teacher. With just 3 lessons under his guidance, both my sister and I passed the N road test on our 1st attempt. I highly recommend him over Valley Driving School, where we took 8 lessons. However, the instruction there is not as detailed.

John is very patient and kind whiling teaching. I passed on my first try despite the fear of driving when I first started. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience taking classes with John. Took six classes before my Class 5 driving test. John was extremely patient and took a lot of time in identifying my shortcomings and fixing them. He was also on time for classes and ensured I got the complete 1.5 hours of training. Finally, he definitely ran me through the test process in detail which eventually helped me become confident for the test and pass in my first try. Would highly recommend.

I had a motobike driver license but haven't touched any car since 5+ years when I moved to other countries. I lose the sense of driving. So when icbc skip class 7 and ask me to take class 5 road test, this is a big challenge for me. Fortunately, Mr John with full of experiences as an instructor guided me step by step. He showed me good advices and easy methods how to park a car, handle complex situations, what are the issues with my driving skills, how to drive smoothly. Most importantly, not only for road test, he showed me how to drive safely.
It was really fantastic. I could not believe to myself. I passed my class 5 road test in the first attempt (at the beginning, I expect myself to visit icbc at least 5 times for road test)
I strongly recommend Mr. John and VNBC school for anyone who want to find a driving classes.

Got my Class 5 driver’s license today. Thank you very much to my instructor John for his unending patience and driving tips that helped me a lot to gain my driving confidence and pass the road test. He was so kind and very knowledgeable. He makes everything so simple and easy to understand. I remember telling him last minute about my schedule on road test because I really taught I got already a confirmation from him. It’s really my fault but he didn’t blame me at all, he was just so calm and confident about it and told me no worries I’ll talk to my student and ask a favor to move her schedule to accommodate my exam. I was so nervous during the exam but John told be you’ll be fine, just apply all the driving techniques and stay focus. So now I’m very happy with the outcome. Thank you Lord God!

I took a lesson with him a couple days before doing my road test and he helped me improve all of my skills. He taught me more about being attentive and watching for everything on the road and made me more confident in my driving which was a big reason in why I passed. Thank you for all your help.

John was a very efficient and comprehensive instructor. He made me feel calm even though it was my first time driving, and was sure to go through the little details in depth so I felt confident going into my test.

If you want to pass your test easily, go with John. He's the best instructor you'll find. In a city like Vancouver where people drive so crazily, he'll teach you how to drive safely. John it's a great instructor. I only took couple of lessons before my Class 5 road test and it was extremely helpful! He gives you an excellent insight to what to expect on the exam and how to drive in a safely ordery manner with respect to other users of the road. Knowledgeable and very patient. Recognizes your weak points and help to prioritize those. Worth booking even if you already have your license and just need to refresh your skills.

I took the class 5. I took 2 lessons, the warm-up on the test day and the test and I passed! The instructor is very clear when explaining, teaches all the sections I got tested during the road test and also gave me tips to watch out during the test. Really good experience!

I had absolutely zero driving experience when I started taking lessons with John, and he really helped me build my confidence, first driving on smaller residential streets and working up to busier roads. John was always punctual, communicated well via text, and he did his best to accommodate my schedule. He is a kind and patient teacher, and I always felt very safe driving with him. I appreciated that he tracked my progress every lesson, so we knew exactly what to work on next time.

The instructor's car is a new model, clean, and well-maintained. I took the same car to my test, and it was a seamless experience. The pricing is also fair, and I did not regret taking extra lessons on top of the package on the days leading up to the test.

John is a patient and calm instructor. He provides clear and detailed instructions and his explanations are thorough, and he doesn't mind repeating himself. I don't drive very often and wasn't very confident in taking my class 5 test, but 2 lessons with John helped to identify my weakness and work to fix them, like shoulder-checking and parking. I passed my road test yesterday and wanted to take this opportunity to thank John (my instructor) for his encouragement and support thoughout the process.

I was certainly not the greatest driver starting out and it did take two attempts to pass my road test, however, throughout the entire process John was patient and tailored his teaching to my speed of learning.

Many driving schools have a strong focus on helping students pass, which is essentially what we would like as students too. But, John does go further and place a strong focus on saftey first and adherence to rules to ensure we are the best driver we can be.

I had a great experience throughout the entire process and would highly recommend Johns driving school to anyone.
