Was not good experience at all. I went yesterday to get my classic/natural lashes done and whn asked them to fill it more coz it was barely visible and then they asked to pay more for that coz your time is up now. The lady at the reception was so rude.

Bonnie was great. My lashes look fabulous. I will definitely be coming back. Look forward to the next time.

Tracey has always done an amazing job on my lashes. The retention is excellent as she gives the aftercare instructions that work when you follow them. This time she also did a brow tint for me & the colour and shape was perfection. It’s a relaxing, professional atmosphere in both her Chilliwack & Abbotsford locations. Voila has lots of other services too: spray tanning, brow lamination, brow tattooing, lash lifts & more. Tracey also does training in most of these services. Online booking is available or there’s pleasant staff to speak to if you need advice while booking on the phone.

Excellent service and value. I find Voila staff friendly and welcoming. I love my lashes every single time.

I felt comfortable in knowing that the person doing my lashes knew what she was doing.and she definitely did, having 12yrs experience as a lash tech! I was more than satisfied with the outcome of my lashes and will be going back again in the near future. Thanks Voila Lash! ('Tracey' to be exact!)

I booked an appointment online for a classic eyelash set with a jr technician which was much cheaper than the sr technician. When I got there they said all my information was there but I didn't actually book an appointment. They asked me what kind of appointment I made and I showed her, she then said that they don't do that kind of appointment even though you could still book it online. The woman was very rude and did not offer to schedule a new appointment and clearly did not want my business. I will never use this place again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone. I have also read many of the other negative reviews and it really seems like this business needs to work on their customer service.

Bonnie in Abbotsford is amazing. She has been doing my eyelash extensions for almost a year. She is very professional and easy to talk to and she takes the time to make my eyelashes look stunning every time. She is the best eyelash person I have ever had. There have been a couple of times when I was not able to come in during her work hours and she came in just for me. She goes out of her way to make things work. I highly recommend Bonnie.

They did my eye lashes for my wedding. They turned out very beautiful and the lady that was doing my eye lashes (unfortunately I don't know her name) went an extra mile to make sure the lashes look great and are going to stay in place for my wedding.

I made an appointment for a brow wax yesterday (this was my first time at this establishment) Upon entering, I was asked my name and if I would be "okay" with the woman at the front desk doing my brows, who was later introduced to me as Tracy, the owner. She informed me she had done brows "a few times" As I was led to the back room, she motioned towards another tech, who happened to be Nicolle Francis, the tech I was originally scheduled with and stated that she was running behind. A courtesy call closer to my appointment giving me the heads up would have been appreciated but so we go. Once in the room, I inform the owner that this is my first time in the shop (something I would have expected to be asked upon my initial arrival) to which I was told, "Oh? I just assumed you had been here before, we better have you fill out some paperwork" After completing the necessary paperwork, she starts to work on my brows. I told her I had pencil on my brows and asked her to remove it prior to beginning the service. I also informed her I had a serum on my forehead (which would later be used as an excuse/reason as to why the wax was not sticking to my skin) She wiped the pencil off but not the surrounding area above my brows, which is a standard practice in all other shops I have been to. She started off using a "soft wax" which I found to be virtually pain free and commented so. She then transitioned to a "hard wax" as she was having trouble removing all of the hair with the soft wax. After she was done, she went to touch over the brow area as a final check I'm assuming and I jumped. I felt pain on my left eyelid and when I expressed that to her, she told me that she had burnt me! At first, she seemed rather cavalier about it, and then started looking for something to soothe the area. She told me that "that's what happens when the same area is waxed too many times" When I was walking out of the room, she told me there would be no charge for the service (that's a given!), apologized and said she didn't know what happened. After I left, I was examining the area and realized on top of everything else, she had failed to remove the residual wax - again, a standard practice! I woke up today (the day after) to a swollen eyelid and a painful red burn mark along the crease of my eyelid measuring about a half of an inch. To say I am displeased is a MAJOR understatement! In my opinion, as an owner of a business such as that, I would expect that she/he would have a thorough understanding of all health and safety protocols along with every procedure/service offered in a place like that. I only wish I could add the "after" photos as I feel this is something that needs immediate attention! I truly hope no one else experiences what I did as a first time client.

Hi, I've been going here for a couple months now and get eyelash extensions. I have mine done by Nicolle Francis, she does an amazing job. I never leave the salon disappointed. I totally recommend her if you are ever looking to get yours done. I had never had mine done until I came here and totally fell in love with them. This will be the only place I will go to get them done.

I come all the way from Richmond every 2 weeks to see Nicolle Francis for my lash extensions. She is absolutely amazing, she never fails to make me feel beautiful. I love coming in to see her!

I got lash extensions, and when I walked in they noticed my lashes were curly and the worker said to her other worker her lashes are going to gove you "trouble". My lashes lasted about 2 days before they all fell out. Waste of money and wish I got my money back, if you have curly lashes avoid.

I have to say that this is one of the friendliest places to visit for my services, they make you feel welcome, they are not stuffy and high on themselves. They really make you feel like your important! I have had a classic set of lashes and have now moved up to a hybrid set:) the prices are fantastic and the atmosphere is AWESOME. My Lash Tech Nicolle is great, very friendly and funny, she is meticulous with her work, I know I am leaving with the best set of lashes every time!

Had a lash lift and tint by Nicole Francis! She was amazing! I was really nervous as I had not had this service done before (had lash extensions for years) she not only made me feel extremely comfortable but did an outstanding job! They lasted for 5-6 weeks too which I didn’t think they would. I’m already booked in for another appointment with her and will continue to see her! Highly recommended!

I recently had lash extensions done at Voila Lash & Beauty Abbotsford. My service provider was Nicolle Francis. I was pretty nervous because I had only had it done once many years ago. The past result wasn't a very good job. Nicolle was very easy going and patient with me. And even did a very nice lash extension even though I made it hard for her with my blinking. I look forward to trying more of the services provided at Voila Lash such as lash perm and tint. I have seen some of Nicolle's work on others and I am very impressed.

I will continue to make the trip from Chilliwack to Abbotsford for Jazzie. She knows what she's doing, and she's so personable. Loves a challenging lash set/style.

Appts easy to make before and after pandemic but to reschedule your appt or cancel is next to impossible. They take credit card info over the phone before they will schedule you. Which is a first. In my opinion its a bit sketchy. Although the lash techs are awesome and do great work they get a 5 star but unfortunatly they dont run the shop?

Karleen and Destiny in Abbotsford are wonderful! They both have an eye for detail, and you can feel how good of a job they are doing while you are getting your lashes done. It is a very relaxing and clean environment, and they use good quality products. I always walk out feeling great! Thank you ladies at Voila Abbotsford, your hard work doesn't go unnoticed!:)

It’s a nice clean salon.
However I got my eyelashes done and by the next day they were 80% fallen off so I called and they booked me an appointment to fix it BUT my next set of eyelashes only lasted barely 3 days.
This is one of the more pricier salons so I was very disappointed.
Since coming here, I’ve switched salons and for $80 my lashes have lasted over 3 weeks!

Very good customer service very clean and incredible dont miss here If your getting lashes or anything doe trust me

I enjoy and go to both the Abby and the Chilliwack shop. Twice now Tracy the owner understood and did full sets for me last minute. I have never been disappointed. The staff is well trained and both salons are clean and comfortable. I've tried others but always go back to VOILA. I love when my lashes enter the room first.

Called to make a appointment and I felt like I was inconveniencing them. Not the best first impression but enough to make me put the phone down and try another place.
