If you live on property, I do not recommend buying a VW. We bought a brand new Tiguan R-type. Really nice ride but is infested with mice within a few months of buying. We are doing our part to trap and repel the rodents but apparently the wires are wrapped with soy and it is very easy for the mice to get in through vents. We just went through ICBC to fix the damage but when I asked if they did anything to prevent other rodents from getting in, I was told to do it myself. I have a two and seven year old that are now in this rodent infested environment everyday. In 20 years of living on the same land I have never had this issue with any of my other vehicles. If anyone at VW is reading this and would like to come up with a solution for us, it would be very much appreciated.

I purchased my Tiguan through Odin. He was knowledgeable, knew exactly what he was talking about, went through all my car features with me when I picked it up, and gave me exceptional service. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to get a new vehicle.

I had an unfortunate sidewall tire gash while vacationing in the Kamloops area. I had called nearly every tire shop in Kamloops, most either saying they couldn’t help me or that tires would arrive in 4-6 days. From the start, the service shop at Volkswagen had been very helpful. They had my tires arrive in 2 business days and managed to squeeze me in for mounting same day. Accommodating, friendly staff. I appreciated it!

Took my 2011 Audi A4 for “A service”. Team was great and took my custom requests at ease, even brought in brands for me that are not carried standard.
Always going above and beyond every time I need anything.

Something has changed at Volkswagen of Kamloops. I’ve been a loyal Kamloops Volkswagen customer for years. The attitude of the service department staff is terrible. Arrogant and uninformed. What happened to the German guy who made the service department great? Very sad.

We recently bought a 2018 Tiguan from Volkswagen Kamloops and I could not be happier with the entire experience! Ashley, our saleswomen, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! Buying a new vehicle can be a stressful process at times but Ashley was there for every question and concern we had every step of the way. I highly recommend Volkswagen Kamloops for your future vehicle purchasing needs!

We bought a new 2018 Tiguan Highline from here. Brought it to the dealer service department for all its scheduled maintenance. At 45216km it stared burning oil, up to 1 litre per 2000kms. We have documented the oil consumption since it started.
The service department says it’s ok to burn up to a 1/2litre per 1000kms which I believe is ridiculous. Now at 79000kms we are starting to have emission equipment problems, which I believe is from the amount of oil the car is burning.
The service development just shrugs this off and I’m sure is just waiting for it to run out of warranty.
This dealership hasn’t stood behind this car and the service department has been a disappointment. To be honest owning our first and only vw has been a disappointment.
I would not buy another and definitely wouldn’t buy from this dealer!
