I cannot say enough about this dealership. My car broke down on the side of the Coquihalla and after I finally managed to make it to Kelowna, Nathan took me in the next morning to do a diagnostic. Within a few hours, we knew what as wrong and had ordered the part. This was on Thursday. Part arrived on Friday of the long weekend. My car was ready early Tuesday as they were closed on Monday. The service from Will and Peter in service and Nathan was impecable and they did everything in their power to help me from being stranded in Kelowna. Thank you!

On vacation from Edmonton. Noticed our brakes to have a concerning vibration. Called Volvo (Kelowna) and they scheduled me in quickly to take a look.

Service team was very responsive and looked after us well.
Quick turn around to get us back on our way to having a fun vacation.

I had an electrical issue with my 2014 XC70 and the local shop near where I live waaay up north couldn't figure it out. Shaun and the service team at Volvo Cars Kelowna were great to deal with from a distance and once I got the car down to them they had me back up and running the same day. Even discovered after the fix that my car had heated mirrors I didn't even know it had! Great service all around. Thanks guys!

From start to finish, every aspect of our experience buying a brand new XC40 Recharge from the team at Volvo Kelowna was excellent! Our salesperson James Mugwe was top notch. He was very attentive, and went above and beyond in every way to make sure we were happy with our vehicle, and that the entire process of our trade-in and sale went smoothly. From our very first phone call, the whole experience was very low-pressure, respectful, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership, and specifically James as a salesperson.

We brought our Volvo in for a brake issue they replace them. Great! Then I made it five minutes off of the lot and my power steering wasn’t working so the guy at the parts department desk was great had somebody come out and meet me and give me a loaner car and they took our car away but they’re now charging us nearly 3 grand to fix the power steering that wasn’t broken before we gave it to them. They are claiming it was just a fluke chance but how I see it is they don’t want us to be return customers because something that wasn’t an issue until the car was in their possession we now have to find the money to pay for. Doesn’t bode well for a couple he’s looking to upgrade their car in the next little bit doesn’t make me want to use them anymore. Even if it was a fluke it wasn’t an issue until the car was in their possession for a day and now I have to find money to pay to fix something that wasn’t broken before.

I recently bought a used Volvo XC 60 from the Kelowna Volvo Dealership and it was an excellent experience. Not only am I very happy with my vehicle, the service I got was fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They treated me like I was buying a brand new vehicle, not an 8 year old used car. I look forward to buying from them again.

Have to put a one star here just as a warning.

I had a late 90s Volvo wagon go in to this place with an intermittent no-start issue. The helpful people at this location informed me that I would be needing a new computer module and that they were uniquely keyed to the vehicle and so could not be found used - available new for upwards of $1500 for the part alone.

Reaching for the line of credit, I had them install this new computer module, a quick job. Within a day, the intermittent no-start had reappeared, the new computer module had done no good at all.

On a whim based on the lack of fuel pump pressurization noise when the key is turned, I swapped out the fuel pump relay myself (<$20). Problem fixed.

I brought the car back to them and insisted they return my old module and accept their unnecessary part back and give a refund. The front desk and management staff were neither happy nor helpful in returning my vehicle to the previous state. It took considerable argument and firmness on my part to ensure cooperation and I made sure to maintain eye contact on their staff as they did the brief computer module swap so as to ensure no chance of deliberate damage. The mechanics were laughing a bit at the situation, as they're clearly just following orders.

I would never trust a shop with the evidenced ethics to work on my vehicles. A less mechanically apt customer would have been taken to the cleaners for nearly $2k in needless work that was resolvable in 5 minutes with a $20 part and not even a tool needed.

Their parts desk is great though, two thumbs up to those guys. They get the 1 star, no stars for the rest.

Worst experience I’ve ever had.
We went in to test drive the XC90 and decided to sit down and make sure they had the model and color we wanted. We found that they did however the salesman ‘Eduardo’ was insistent that we purchase their demo which he pressed was a better deal however was not the color we wanted. Being that I was there to get rid of a vehicle I absolutely hated in hopes of upgrading to a vehicle we had done lots of research on and wanted to absolutely love we weren’t as concerned about saving just a couple thousand to compromise the exact vehicle we had our hearts set on. Ready to sign paperwork he would NOT let the demo go and continued to tell us it was the smarter route and gave us a speech on being ‘smart and responsible with our money to benefit our children who will go to college or university one day. ’ This disrespectful and unintelligible speech with no knowledge of who we are as people and the hard work we have put in to be there buying what we consider a luxurious vehicle was so disappointing and became so overwhelming for me I walked out in tears and had a complete panic in our truck. I refused to step back in the building and wanted nothing to do with the salesman again.
Directly from here we went to test drive an Escalade and Tahoe and purchased it that same day. I am so happy with it but very disappointed in the horrible experience we had with Volvo/Jaguar. Friends and anyone else who ask us our opinion we make sure to tell them to steer clear of them and if they are set on a Volvo/Jag we insist they purchase out of town.
