Vy's Pho

We had the lemon grass salad rolls and rare beef noodle soup with garlic chips on top. Everything was perfect, some of the best pho and salad rolls I’ve ever had.

Rare beef pho wasn’t rare and a bit too sweet. Would suggest Mai’s instead if you want pho nearby.

Good food, good service. The atmosphere could use a touch up. You will not be disappointed by the pho. I ordered the house pho with everything. It was delicious and the broth was tasty. My girlfriend ordered the wonton soup, equally delicious. However be prepared to wait a little long than your typical pho restaurant. Our food took a bit longer than expected and it wasn’t very busy. We will definitely be back when we are back in Fort Langley.

I went to this place this past weekend for the 1st time. The experience was horrible. I've learned to have some patience in the restaurant industry since the pandemic because I know employment is low but when I place an order for a bowl of soup and wait for over an hour and it is still not severed my patience will run out. If you're busy then tell me you're busy before you take my order. I ended up walking out and I will not return. I wouldn't of left a negative comment if the waiter told me it would be over an hour for food.

This is very bad Pho I have ever had, not like many Pho in greater Vancouver but where is at Fort Langley. First customer arrived after 5pm and waited for a very long period for our order. Server was staying inside kitchen always and hard to draw his attention.

We ordered two mixed house special pho large size $15.95 x 2, noodle not cook enough still abit rough, mixed with NOT rare beef but cooked, NOT beef meatball but chicken meatball, very dark Color beef brisket seem to be at fridge for long time. Chicken meatball? Are you kidding me? Never happened before for this change without notice. Both was ok and less MSG. Side place with bean spout, lime but gave us cilantro NOT Thai basil. I have questioned all about to the server who didn’t know how to respond, only saying out of Thai basil.

One deep fried chicken wings came with 7 drumette and ONLY one wingette. Ridiculous costs $12.95 and no marinated inside only skin with fish sauces and deep fried NOT enough golden Color. Ordered full size of spring roll cost $9.5. Each roll was small portion size ONLY carrot, bean thread noodle inside without jelly ear and cabbage, not worth it. Beef Baguette included all ingredients mentioned on menu and crispy but very little beef in it.

Overall money wasted. No photo provided as not worth me to captured. The frame on the wall has mentioned “PHOget me not”… yes “unforgettable” bad…

I was excited to try this place after seeing the reviews others have given them. However, my take out experience was far below my expectation. I waited for 40 mins for my take out from initial order and when I ate my food (stir fry noodles) at the local park (5 mins walking distance) I was immediately disappointed. My friends and my meal was cold, tasteless, and they did not provide napkins nor appropriate cultery. Not to mention, they ran out of ingredients and substitute for something else. They left tables (not one but 3) uncleaned for the whole 40 mins while I was there waiting. I really enjoy supporting local businesses, but without change, I will not be coming back.

My friend is vegan, so I always let her choose what she wants. She picks this as it is perfect for a rainy day.

We are not from the area, so we didn't expect it could be challenging to find parking. We ended up with some paid parking nearby for $9.5! We also had a tight lunch break, so we didn't bother to look further. However, I asked the staff, and he said there was free parking at the restaurant's back alley.

We ordered beef pho and vegetarian pho, both small in size. At first, the staff told us it would be too small for us if we were hungry, but we found it perfect as my friend also wanted vegetarian spring rolls.

Booth was clear but not very flavorful. I would prefer a richer booth. The pho noodle itself and beef are both alright. The vegetarian spring rolls were over fried.

Price is in the more expensive spectrum but I guess it was because of the area. Three items in total after tax was $39.27 (before tip).

Ordered the beef vermicelli bowl. Thought it was okay. No strong flavours, very mild. Felt the need for lemongrass.

The food was very bland for Vietnamese, with no lemon grass on the meat in the vermicelli bowl. Pho was hot but lacked flavour. Service was minimal. Overall it was ok.

Nice little Pho shop in Fort Langley. We've been several times and the food never disappoints. Unlike other Pho shops, this one never seems busy, but it's on a side street and I just don't think enough people know it's there. Check it out. It's our favourite pho place in Langley!

Delicious, I love the salad rolls with the peanut sauce and the beaf peanut sate I believe is incredible!

We love love love Vy’s! The spicy peanut broth is to die for I make it vegan adding tofu and veggies and the salad rolls are fantastic. Great portions and always fresh! Our go to place in Langley!

They have the best pho in Langley. Their pho broth is so good, it needs no condiments. Also love their beef stew, and Bahn mi. Everything we have had here has always been full of flavour.

This pho is way over priced. The small bowl is like a baby sized bowl and the large sized bowl is like a small bowl like at other pho places. The small cost $11 and the large cost $14, $3 dollars more. The pho broth lacked flavor and was cold. The service was Ok and when we asked him what size is this when we got the small bowl he almost couldn't answer us. He didn't know if it was a small bowl or a kids sized bowl. He said a small bowl is basically the same as the kids sized bowl. If that's the case why pay more for a small size? The banh mi sandwich was ok, bread was good but skimpy on the meat and only had carrots and one slice of cucumber and sprig of cilantro. The iced coffee was water downed. Disappointed with the pho and price. Spicy noodle soup, bun bo hue, was good. We were really excited to try this place when seeing the other reviews but won't come back.

Sate beef pho cures all and sticks to the ribs, especially nice during our iconic rainy season (lol cures a hangover well to) and the salad rolls with the amazing peanut sauce that they sub with lemon grass chicken for me as I'm not one for shrimp are one of my favorites, I truly could probably eat 15-20 in a sitting if I buckled down

Very unprofessional didn't deliver my food. No refund. Asked me to reorder and pay delivery again.

Jesus! Now they are blaming the delivery service when they didn't completely fill in the order!

If you’ve had authentic Vietnamese pho, I don’t recommend this place. You might not recognize what you ordered.

It was clean and tasted good. The store was clean and the clerk was friendly. And it seemed like there were a lot of regulars who came during lunch time.

If i could rate this less then 1 stars, i would.my family n I went out to eat here last night, the service was terrible, the orders were wrong when served, and to top it off, when we finally did get what we want, in my fathers case the Vietnamese meatball soup, the meatballs were frozen on the inside! Clearly food processed not even authentic as advertised, and he woke up this morning with salmonella and food poisoning.eat here at your own risk!

A lacking portion of noodles. The noodles are also slightly uncooked and all cut up into little pieces. Brittle and dry noodles. I finished this $20 order in less than barely 10 min, and I’m still hungry. Very disappointing and will never order from them again.
