I bought an electric hot water tank. The installer brought with him an electric conduit box but forgot to bring some extra wire. He said he had to go to get that wire and would charge me for the time. He said that after removing the old tank. I saw no other option but to pay him another $105.

The attached photos speak to the level of care the installers took to make sure everything was run neat and tidy. Not only that but they left my property just as clean and damage free as it was before they carried out the install.

Wagner Heating got back to me right away, quoted me a fair price and came 24 hours later to install. Installer was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

Wagner Heating did a good job reinstalling a wrong heat pump installation - a job being often refused by other contractors. Tom provided a competitive quote and scheduled a crew within a couple of weeks. The crew is professional - guys really know what they do. In addition to a proper sized new coil they replaced old ducts with a new ductwork with scoops and deflectors - overall quite professional design. The next day I called asking to adjust the fan speed and the technician stopped by to do it promptly. Highly recommend Wagner Heating for your HVAC project.

My furnace stopped working. Wagner Heating had done the annual maintenance on my furnace in the fall and I had received good service so I contacted them again.

I emailed them in the evening, received a call first thing the following morning and the repairman arrived at noon. Jason was friendly and efficient. He quickly ascertained the problem and fixed it.

When we bought our house in 2013 we had Tom and the team come and replace the furnace which was old and also install central air, via a heat pump so that we could heat that way too in the future. Since then we've had them back each year for servicing and also when we've had renos to make modifications to the duct work for better airflow. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Hi I just had a new gas hot water heater replaced. Wagner Heating and Air were able to install the new heater within 2 days of ordering it. They did a great job with the installation and took the old tank away. I give them 5 stars for a job well done.

Yes I will definitely use Wagner again. I had them replace my hot water tank and service my furnace. Both gentlemen arrived on time and performed their jobs in a very timely and professional manner. They were very courteous and answered all my questions.
Upon near completion they discovered a problem with the new tank’s drain valve which was cracked and the pressure relief valve was damaged as well. They did their best to temporarily fix it.after assuring me that the temporary fix was safe and that they would be back as soon as possible with either new parts or a new tank. This was on a Thursday and on Friday The lady from Wagner’s office called to say that the service man would be returning on Saturday with a new tank. Josh Braun came in on his own time and Replaced the damaged tank with a new one and set it up and all is great.
This all sounds like no big deal, but for us it was. Wagner is in Aldergrove and we are all the way out in Hope BC.

Tom came to give the quote. He was professional and kind. He didn't BS us and get us into a more expensive model. He actually said a lower model would be fine but we decided for a higher end one to save on hydro in the long run. The team that came was amazing. They all played with my dogs on their lunch and wore masks/PPE so my foster son and I felt safe. They even worked around our foster son's sleep schedule so he would get a good nap. They were awesome. Highly recommend this team.

Made an enquiry about silencing a noisy Trane AC with a sound blanket and the receptionist took offence at my question, saying in 30 years no one has ever asked about that. Then she made probing remarks that were absolutely none of her business, and seemed resentful that I could even suggest wanting to know about such a thing. Very strange reaction and I got a strong feeling she was lying about the 30 year comment. If you want a quiet AC I suggest this is the last place you’d want to do business with. Guess they have cheap prices because their ACs are not well made.

Had three A/C quotes and Wagner came in with a very competitive price for the equipment (Trane). Their turnaround time was only a week for it to be installed. Tom Wagner did the quote and measured and checked our ducting, something other companies paid little attention to and answered all of my questions. They also threw in two extras that other companies wanted to charge extra for. Their quote was exactly what we paid and they gave us three options for efficiency ratings. I felt confident that the size recommended was suitable to our home and that the installers were well trained- something that my research told me was possibly more important than even the brand of equipment. On install day the guys came on time and with covid PPE and worked away without any issue. I think it was Josh who did our furnace service and he was so friendly, informative, and did a great job even though we were his last call for the day. They also helped us configure thermostat. The look of the install and equipment is clean and discreet and so far we are nice and chilly.now just need scorching hot temps to really test it out! Also supporting local as they got their start in Mission and are based out of Aldergrove now. 10/10 would recommend and rebook for future services.
