Great customer service provided by dispatcher - Sharon, always good in updating customers, very active in sending notifications and calling customers with estimated arrival time for taxi… Happy to be permanent customer.

Love this Cab company. Just one thing! Get more cars and workers nobody wants to wait an hour when they can just walk.

Took the taxi from superstore in harbour center to home. It came on time, car was clean, the ride was smooth and nice. The driver was very helpful and friendly. I know for sure I will be riding with them in the future!

Worst ever! Already heard negative things about them & unfortunately, even giving it a try to book a cab from them, still a bad, as in bad experience! Even had the nerve to make it look like its my fault! If there's a negative star rating, i'd go for negative.

I felt safe in my taxi. Unlike a competitor I won’t mention, these guys are safer than most drivers in Campbell River. My taxi was on time, and I arrived at Walmart on time. Next time I’m in Campbell River, I’m only going to use Waivin Flag Taxi. Thank you for the awesome experience!

We have used this service before, and it has been great. This time however, the cab stunk of smoke, the driver was literally on his phone while driving. I asked him if he really was on his phone while driving me to my destination, he replied " just for a minute or so". Here's a professional driver with someone else's life in his hands texting on his phone. Will not recommend this company in the future. Will go back to using Bee-Line cabs. Very disappointing as they have left a bad feeling in our minds now. Think twice before hsiljng a Wavin Flags cab in Campbell River!

I ordered a taxi to pick me up at a certain time. To my surprise, he arrived right on time! Never have I had that happen before eg: with any other cab company's! So, happy and very impressed!

My family and I were turning left off of Maryland and the island highway when the driver of license plate "waiving 4" blew through the red light well over the speed limit without a touch on the brake.incredibly irresponsible

Rude dispatcher. Canceled ride. Went with Bee Line who are polite and friendly. Will not use your service and will let others know of your Rudeness and nonprofessonal manner

Review of shuttle bus: its very pricey and you can't get a refund or credit note if you miss it. The timings of the bus north don't match up with the islandlink bus.so be warned! I recommend posting on the vancouver island carpooling Facebook group before booking with these guys. The drivers themselves are lovely however

They love to speed and to top it a specific car's brake checked me locking up the brakes and flipping people off after cutting me off for being in the wrong lane while having passengers in the car.

Called early to book a taxi to my hotel from the airport so I wouldn't have to wait then the taxi driver took a random before me even though I let him know I called. He then said he would call me another cab and 45 mins later I call back to see where my taxi is and they had to send me a whole different taxi again so here I am still at the airport an hour later. Last time I'll waive this taxi down.

Highly highly recommend Waving Flags, never a bad experience. Always comes within a reasonable time & the drivers are personable! - Sarah
