Wakepilot at Spirit Ridge Beachfront

Great to deal with. Professional and polite. Our trip was unfortunately cancelled due to weather and it being much too windy but that was a risk we knew we were talking coming into off season. We kept in touch closer to the date and hoped for better conditions. Once confirmed it was not safe (and it would be too windy to enjoy also) we were cancelled and refunded as they have good policies when it comes to weather. 5 stars for safety, customer service and communication

Wakepilot has been awesome. Beautiful machines and first class service. Ive rented 3 different times over our vacation, each amazing all round!

Very polite, friendly and helpful staff while I was renting a paddle board for my son and his friend.

The boat is new, clean and works well. The staff are hardworking. They may have explained everything fast but because of time constraints. It was easy to use the boat and the staff mentioned everything important for us to know.

These Seadoos are the best! They're brand new as of 2022, sit 2 people very comfortably, take turns great, go super fast, are very easy to ride, plenty of storage, it was the best part of our trip

Pontoon boat was awesome for first time boatie. Plenty of room for 7 people and a dog. Staff very friendly.

The on site staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and also flexible in accommodating a last minute change when the wind picked up. The Sea Doo we rented was new and very well maintained. I would definitely recommend.

Another year making memories with Wakepilot! We are always happy with the pontoon boat we rent and the service from the staff. For a few years in a row we have had 3 families enjoy a day out on Osoyoos Lake - this year we included the rental of a 3 person tube. The kids had a blast!
My favorite pontoon boat was the one with two Bimini tops - the current options only had one. We hope next year to do a full day rental as 4 hours goes by so fast.

They have the best PWCs in Osoyoss Lake. Great staff, super friendly. Wouldn't rent a PWC from anywhere else.

Another great time out on the lake. Staff was friendly and helpful. Seadoos are in great shape and they perform excellent for the mid-level model they are. Still the best rentals in Osoyoos, as far as I'm aware of.

This is the fourth year in a row renting from WakePilot. Staff is super friendly and watercraft are in good condition. Gass is included in the price so no surprises at the end of the rental. You all are doing a great job keep it up.

Great service, excellent staff and we really enjoyed the Sea-Doo. It was in good condition and everything worked as you’d expect. They spent plenty of time going over the equipment with us and giving us a quick refresher on boating rules. Also we appreciated that the price included the gas, which prevents unhappy surprises.

Excellent service. Rented a jet ski on a whim, and it was top notch. We had a kid who missed their chance to go for a ride so Wakepilor let me take it out for an extra 10+ mins which was much appreciated.

Did the early bird special. One Jet Ski with tube for 1.5hrs. Myself and my 11 and 13 year-old children. Booked in advance on-line.

Not entirely clear how to get to the Spirit Ridge Wakepilot location once your GPS says “your here” at the entrance to the MKMip campground. We went through the campground (no need to stop at the entry gate despite what the sign says) towards the water and found Wakepilot just to the right of the Cantina. Not a lot of parking so best if you can do drop off and don’t park in the neighbouring Cantina parking places, even for 10 mins which was our plan, as the operator was a somewhat cantankerous fellow.

The girls at check-in were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Got us set up and on the water as quick as they could. Only issue was our start time was 8: 15am and we should have arrived at least 15 mins earlier (they recommend 30 mins in advance) but when you book on-line they don’t tell you this - or I missed it.

As a casual boater who does this once every 2-3 years we felt comfortable and safe heading out. We all had a blast on the water and with the tube. Jet ski was not brand new but we had absolutely no problems or issues with it. Easy to drive and control. Sits two comfortably and three (one adult + 2 kids) no problem. More than enough power for two riders and tube in tow.

Used to rent from another Marina on Osoyoos lake and Wakepilot was definitely an upgrade in terms of safety, equipment quality and service.

We enjoyed so much we booked the same rental for two days later. This time we’ll arrive early, know where to go and know where to park and where not to park.

A bit pricey but compared to spirit beach, WELL WORTH IT! All of their boats and equipment are well maintained and kept in working order unlike the spirit beach water sports competition. Highly recommend paying a bit more for working machines and way better customer service!

An amazing experience. Rob was an awesome driver and super friendly. So was the other chap who gave us life jackets. They pumped whatever tunes we wanted and my friend had a great time for her bday! Well, well worth it!

Fantastic experience. Would definitely use Wakepilot again. So helpful and professional. Definitely need to spend the extra money to get a charter. Which comes with a driver who helps with wakeboarding, surfing, and driving tips. Rob was awesome with us and helped two teenagers and an adult learn to wakeboard and surf. We loved it so much we booked again the next day. Go early or late in the day to get smoother water. Janessa was awesome helping us to book waivers and keep in contact. We would highly recommend Wakepilot!

Very nice staff, renting was easy, I rented the single seat Kayak, the price is super reasonable. $20.00 for an hour, and an extra $15.00 for a second hour. I think it was winter rates? I will rent again next year!

Visited the location at Walnut Beach and was blown away by the professionalism of the staff. Their commitment to safety is evident in everything they do. They have excellent coaches and top of the line equipment, this new location will allow more people to enjoy all Osoyoos Lake has to offer.

Our family is excited to see that Spirit Ridge has teamed up with Wakepilot, the South Okanagan's premier watersports company. Wakepilot's recent addition of new equipment like SeaDoos and paddle boards provided more product variety. The partnership with Spirit Ridge will provide location variety, and convenient access from the north half of the lake. Now it doesn't matter where we stay in Osoyoos, we'll be able to get out on the water with Wakepilot for our watersport fun. Great move!
