Dr. Hans WU was amazing. One of the Best doctors around. Very polite and listens for your concern. He helped me for my Hypertension problems. A BIG THUMBS UP DOCTOR WU.

DOCTOR HANS WU is simply the best Dr far as I can remember. This guy just cares for people even on a personal level. He Knows how to give answers clear and helpful.

I had a phone appointment with Dr. Nirmala Brar. I was getting a prescription refill for medicine I've been on for many years, she went through procedural questions - which was fine - but then proceeded to laugh at some of my answers. Then she was unclear with where the prescription was being sent and when I asked follow up questions she proceeded to call me rude and hung up on me.

As someone who has worked with the public for over a decade I try very hard to be respectful of others. I have never felt so disrespected by a doctor in all my life. I honestly don't know how she's allowed to keep seeing patients.

Absolutely appalled by the service I received.

Wu Hans is the only doctor from this clinic that I trust and am willing to see.

With god’s grace I consulted Dr Wu Hans and after listening me and checking he prescribed certain blood test and mri and further refer me to endocrinologist for specialized treatment. Now I am on medication prescribed by Dr Shivraj Riar and feeling good. I am very thankful to God and especially Dr Hans Wu as he at once understands my problem and put me on the right treatment and further thankful to Dr Shivraj Riar for his promptness in starting my treatment. Even staff in both the clinics are very helpful supportive. I have no word to say thank you to Dr Wu Hans and Dr Shivraj Riar as I am living a new life because of these two doctors thank you doctors

Easy on line booking but we had a bad experience. Booked a telephone consultation for 1: 50 pm on September 18/23 and waited but received no incoming call. Tried to call the clinic around 4: 00pm but it was voice mail hell - no way to reach a live person. Emailed clinic and received a response the following day that the doctor had tried to call but couldn’t get through. This is untrue as our line was open all afternoon.

Dr Wu n his staff is excellent well experienced n very pleasant. Dr Wu listen to his patients needs
Only one concern I have is telephone service it always go on voicemail please try to look into

Dr Hans Wu is among the best. He really listens to what you have to say. He is always on time. He has been compassionate, caring and knowledgeable in each appointment. Every appointment has included a full conversation from my physical health to how the illness is impacting my mental and emotional well being.

Dr. Wu was amazing. My son had a huge cut in his forehead and Dr. Wu stitched it up and got the receptionist to get him a blanket and snacks. He listened to my concerns and was very empathetic. Definitely recommended!

I had a telephone appointment today at 10: 30 am and no one has called me, it is the soonest appointment I could get for an infection I have, I can't call the the clinic as it is not open so what am I supposed to do? The medical system in BC has turned into junk.

I wish i could've just give 0 star. The receptionists is so rude, i went there, first they are saying clinic opens at 8 AM and close at 4 which is not true, I was not feeling well so went for a walkin and someone there told me that receptionists usually shows up at 9 am, i was running late so i thought i can come back later and they were closed at 2: 30pm. Tried on another day, the Receptionists was having her airpords on and was talking on her personal cellphone, was laughing so hard didn't even know that she is at work not in her house, she said we are done for today come on the different day.i think her name is Jas I even asked her if you can book me for tomorrow she immediately refused and asked me to come on next day.
She has no sense how to speak with someone, i am not sure why the company is having those receptionists if they are unable to perform their duties or may be company is having alots of money so don't care what their employees are doing, she should for fired ASAP or company should take some actions to see what's happening inside should install the camera to see the live version. I really had a bad experience.

Booking online is very easy.
He is very straight to the point, I make sure I have my list of concerns before meeting him for check up. He provides literally everything we ask him for, not just for me, but also for my husband and my son. He literally knows what he is doing. And very considerate too. He's very professional.

Staffs and receptionists are very helpful and nice too.

I highly recommend this clinic.

This clinic is worst! They said the Doctor phoned but there's no single missed call on my phone or even voicemail! I waited the whole day for one phone appointment i didnt receive.the receptionist is rude! I've been calling for 2 days just for them to answer the phone and being rude to me.

They charge $150 to have 2 pieces of papers signed, thats ridiculous, they are taking advantage of patients. I need that paper work signed to go back to work

Dr Hyemi Chang started lecturing me because she had to call twice. I knew it was one of those fraud doctors who go against the oath that they take.
I needed a referral to a urologist. She just said go to ur family doctor I cant do that I don't know u. So rude should take it to the college.
Then she started with rude tone about something I just said who on earth would give u any job

I booked a phone call appointment with Dr. Ibrahim for my kid, I picked up my kid from school early just waiting for the call, but he never called, bad experience. Waste my time!

Hello I give 1 star here because 1 Doctor that I saw earlier this morning with my son and his tonsils hes not the greatest doctor because when I lost my voice a few months ago and coughing I couldn't even barely talk the same doctor that's all my son he just like oh you're fine and no medication whatsoever he never gave me hes not a good doctor I couldn't talk for 2 weeks Or more I'm coughing so bad and and the doctors are this morning I saw him a few months ago about my cough in my voice And gave me nothing my son has a swollen tonsils And tells my son and me hes fine hes not a great doctor I Will go to the other doctor for my son tonsils soon after he finishes his medical because he is still in pain okay

Dr Wu didn't even bother to check my son's eye. The prescription is already printed while I'm still saying my concerns he didn't even explain how to use the ointment he prescribe instead I did my own research. We waited for so long and when we finally see him not even a minute he spend time with us.

I was having a series of complications (headaches chills, back pain). Dr Wu made sure I got the right, relevant series of tests performed. He is very thorough and I would highly recommend him.
As to the several negative comments about the receptionists, that has not been my experience at all - they were efficient and I have no complaints about them.

Dr. Hans Wu is a very professional and caring doctor. I've seen him several times already and he takes great care of my needs, especially when random health situations pop up and I need to see someone quickly. I'm so thankful to find him. Thank you!

I've tried booking 2 phone appointments with 2 different doctors. One I waited over 3 hours for my call before I gave up, and today again I'm sitting at around 1.5 hours with no call. I gotta get back to work.

I get that things can run behind, but to this extent with no notice, email, message is so beyond unprofessional. Never had a problem with this clinic when we could actually, you know, walk in. But since moving to their call system I just can't get in touch with anyone. Waste of my time

I had an appointment with 2 doctors in this clinic.
1st was dr. Nirmala Brar - she was a bit arrogant and rude in her response. She didn’t even bother to explain how to get the prescription and ended the call so I waited for an email for hours and then had to go to the clinic to get a print out.
Dr. Sonpal Dhillon however is the best. The same reason for visit but different treatment. I felt heard and listened to. She is kind and an excellent doctor. 5 stars for her.

This review is for their online service. Nobody ever called - we were ready for the appointment 15 mins before the call with the phone and laptop ready. Seems like we are not the first ones to face this.

Called the reception to book an appointment, the receptionist was sweet to talk to. My telephonic appointment was with Dr. Dhillon and the doctor called at 11: 10 for a 10: 50 am appointment, which is great. Dr. Dhillon was very patient and didn’t rush thru the phone call. I booked an in person appointment for the next day with Dr. Wu. My appointment was at 2: 05 and the doctor saw me around 2: 20.
He was patient and very straight to the point.

I had a good experience overall and will definitely come back.

Worst unexpected service no time value more cost waste money horrible experience receptionist also rude never ever come back

I was scheduled to chat with a doctor which I did but since they are busy due to the virus issue, he suggested to call me back the next day. As the time pass by the 2nd appointment time, I wasn't able to received the call after 3 hours out of the scheduled time. I proceed to write them a letter and kindly asked the doctor to call me again. The person wrote the email back and let me know that I was book for sometime next Monday. Guess what, he never call. So my suggestion, I will never go there since they can't even keep their promised with in 30 mins of the appointment time for the both time.

The reception staff are horrible and rude, and the waiting room is very dirty, especially the chairs, the only redeeming factors are that the doctors I've had were always nice and helpful

We called to book an appointment, they said be there at 1: 50 PM, took my moms first name, not her last.
I get there and they tell us they have no appointment for me, I ask about my moms name, the same.
My mother calls in, they receptionist, I believe a different one from earlier told my mother there was no appointment and it's her fault for not giving her last name when it wasn't requested and that the lady who set her appointment started at 11 and left at 1, implying she had a 2 hour shift and refused to transfer my mom to a different receptionist.
They also told my mom the doctor leaves at 11: 50? So why set us up for an appointment then?
I missed school and just wasted my time going there. Horrible, rude receptionists.

This clinic is getting really busy like other clinics. You should call in advance to book appointments. Otherwise wait time can be more than an hour and half.

Terrible experience i had with walk-in clinic. Waited for 3 hours to see the doctor. The doctor and receptionist were not welcoming or caring at all.

I recently went back to this Walk In Clinic.after several years. I was delighted to see Dr. Herar still being here! I knew I was in good hands!
The Receptionist has been always welcoming, helpful and caring! She went well and above to help me. When she heard my concern that my serious illness may be recurring, she got me in right away.
Dr. Herar.has been very thorough and works hard, going way over appointed time by the govt.if needed, to explain things. He really wants to get his patients well.
I have been very satisfied with the Care I have received from my Doctor and the Receptionist. I could not have asked for better care! Thank u!
