Everytime I call theyNever have a Doctor in so why even be Open or even have a so called walk in Wow

The staff are very nice here, but it is next to impossible to speak to anyone on the phone (I've been trying for days). The clinic obviously does not have enough staff to manage the requirements, which is too bad considering that this is currently the only walk-in clinic in the Comox Valley.

I did not have a great experience here at all. I went in because I have been having digestion/constipation issues for about a week. I told him what I was taking for relief (laxative) and when I told him that he just laughed and said I shouldn't' be taking that. Every time I would ask him a question he would laugh and I would be made to feel dumb and like my issues were not even a problem. He ruled out possible conditions when I asked him saying 'no its not that because you don't have this symptom' which no doctor ever says until they know for sure. I asked him if I could take a certain medication with another and he tried to look it up but couldn't find the results so he asked me to look it up. I am in literal shock at how bad my experience was here and the lack of help I got.

Receptionist was awful rude. Kept cutting me off since she wasn't listening to what I told her the first time she had to ask me questions that I had already answered

Horrible experience.

To bad it is the only reliable walk in clinic in the area.

Wonderful staff and a great Doctor. I was able to book an appointment and Dr Silcox addressed my issues in a kind and gracious manner. Would highly recommend the clinic

My name is Robert and I visited walmart on 6 march 2022. Niraj helped me on self check out. He is very helpful.

We have always found this clinic to be the best in the valley with friendly courteous service and very attentive doctors. If we could have them as our family doctor we will do it in a flash. I’m sure they put up with a lot of garbage from people and still remain friendly. Kudos to the Staff.

I was very impressed with my whole experience at this clinic. The receptionist/office manager/medical assistant was an absolute star. She was so efficient in coordinating all the patients, phone calls, paperwork, and so on. She did it with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness. I haven't ever seen this role performed better than she did. I was equally impressed with Doctor Megan Spring. She was kind, calm, and sensitive to my situation. She asked great questions, genuinely listened, gave me the facts and her opinions, and set me up with solid next steps. Thank you!

This clinic is superb. The entire staff is exceedingly professional, polite and well organized. Being sick or injured isn’t much fun for any of us, but these wonderful people make it as good as it can possibly be. Highly recommended.

Receptionists are always very friendly to everyone and communicate wait times. Even call if you can come in early.

Their appointment system doesn’t work well during Covid. First off the waiting room is crowded and you need to walk in to book your appointment for a time 2-3 hours later. Please note the counter is about 5’ from 3 patients waiting in chairs. And worse, if the counter is busy, you have to stand in Walmart’s entrance doors to wait, while their and Walmart’s electric entrance doors open and shut. Clearly they should be only asking patients to phone them for bookings, just like the other clinics do elsewhere

I worked at this clinic for almost 2 years. Ive met some super awesome people in that time, and worked with the best Co workers and Drs. If it would let me rate my time being here to be more than a 5 star I would. Sure going to miss working with all of you. Going to miss the patients too. You all keep on keeping on! There's one great doctor here. I can't even begin to describe the horror of the experience of dealing with the hateful, bored, sociopathic employees.

Why is the only doctor I've ever trusted behind a wall of goblins?

Had a bad experience with Dr. Lombard. He was so rushed and aggressive during my appointment when I had an ear flush that he caused significant pain in my ears to the point that I had to see another doctor afterwards. Luckily no permanent damage so far. I have never had ear pain in the past from this procedure with previous doctors. I would avoid him at all costs.

Went in there with a foot I could hardly walk on to get it checked out, was waiting to just check-in but Wendy (the receptionist) then helped the gentleman who got there after me. Thanks for the help, not.

Never open for the hours stated. Not much of a drop in clinic. May as well just make an appointment with a family doctor. At least that isn’t a lie.

Some of the doctors at this clinic will judge patients on their appears and base the treatment offered on their prejudices. Beware

The scary thing about doctors is that they have a lot of power over our lives and their errors can cause us life long pain and suffering.

Excellent staff and doctors. We have been there often with our son and the doctors went above and beyond in caring for him.
