Dr. Jager is: Condescending, dismissive, confrontational.

Dr. Jager is NOT: Thorough, inquisitive, caring, informative, helpful.

It’s was incredible experience.
I am extremely grateful to the clinic that accepted me.
(I live in Nanaimo and in order to see the doctor I have to wake up at 6 and get in line at 6: 30.wait for the clinic to open until 8 am and see the doctor at 8: 45 or 9 am depending on how many people are in front of you.)

I wrote an e-mail and they told me that I can see the doctor in 2 weeks at the indicated time. I couldn't believe my eyes. Thank you so much medical office

I had a consultation with Dr. Sinton who listened to me and requested blood tests and an ultrasound from Nanaimo.

And yesterday I had a consultation with the wonderful Dr. Winston. And honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. She tracked the entire chronology of my illness and requested additional tests that the doctor at Nanaimo missed and did not attach importance to.

Thank you very much for me you have shown an excellent level. Starting from the medical office, reception and ending with sensitive doctors.

If I were to rate this clinic I would give it 10 stars.

Like every medical clinic in BC, it took awhile to get an appointment but that's a problem with our broken system, not the individual clinics. I got in to see Dr Shapiro in less than a week. I only had to wait a few minutes in the office. He was friendly, knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed out of there at all. Highly recommend him.

I don’t know why this clinic has so many bad reviews? Dr.derubeis Is a great doctor and the office is really practical too; it’s right by uptown Walmart entrance to the right of it.

Honestly he put in so much effort to help me so quickly. You will find your experience great, all the way from your first call to the clinic.

I had a pretty tedious medical forms that needed to be filled and he’s been helping me get them done.

He’s been professional and follows doctor’s ethics.

This is the only walk in I've found with wait times less than 2-3 hours. For me it has always been less than 2 hours especially if you come at less busy times. Walmart/uptown are right there so you can go do stuff while you're waiting. I would agree the receptionists can be quite rude, but I had a good experience with Dr. Chandler - he was quite thorough and didn't hurry me as much as other doctors have.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this place. This is the best clinic I’ve been to. Super courteous staff and great wait times. What more could you ask for?
