If you’re a Pokémon player RUN

This card store is the most unprofessional, disorganized, crummy card store that Vancouver has to offer. They consistently fail the TCG community with their half baked events and poor management. 2 of my friends have won prizing from League Cups for Pokémon TCG and been denied their store credit when they returned to redeem it.

Furthermore their events are subpar in comparison to other card stores in the greater Vancouver area. Not only is their store too small to hold events, but they cram 60+ players into their store, resulting in one of my friends literally having to play their Pokemon TCG round 1 on the hood of their car, and many others on the cashiers countertops.

There is no space to move around, it’s very inaccessible for people with mobility issues, and overall it feels like they care more about making money than supporting their community.

There are better card stores to go to for your TCG needs, these guys prices are higher than even the worst eBay scalper. Run. Literally run.

The owner of the store was pretty rude to me when I was parked in the back alley. I was parked supposedly in his parking spot and needed to move right away, but no sign was there to show that it was a reserved parking spot compared to the others businesses who put really visible signs. He then proceed to "show me" where I was authorized to park or I could move to the street front to park. No respect for the no showing sign of reserved parking but also no patience at all!

Wallys is one of the OG card shops from back in the day. You can count on a fair and safe environment for all ages.

Great for what it is and definitely worth checking out. Wally did try to offer me $200 for a card that sold ungraded for $700 though. He runs a great shop and it’s definitely a pillar in the community

Great little shop, lots of great different trading cards from Pokemon and magic to sport cards, something for all ages, tables for playing with others. Very friendly owner.

Wally and Sam are good people every Sunday people gather and play Commander lots of fun drinks snacks and cards. Check it out or you'll miss out.

Just picked up a few things from this store, first time in! First I’d love to stay it was nostalgic. I got there at 12: 04 just after they had opened. Already about 5 young kids were in the store ecstatic about items available. This reminded me of myself as a child doing exactly the same thing. I almost wanted to buy them some cheap items as I was so happy.

Customer service is amazing. Directed me to new items and what I could expect. Definitely worth checking out, definitely worth shopping at.

Store owner was kind and very helpful with cards. Good deals on yugioh singles. Wish I could come here more often.

Very nice shop if you're looking for trading cards. Picked up a bunch of structure decks before I headed back to my own city and they were very helpful with a good atmosphere and nice local players who are very welcoming.

They do not accept apple pay so I did not get to get cards after an 1 hour walk and they charge way more for the nba hoop packs.

I don’t know what to say about Wally. He’s literally like a father figure to me he always gives me great deals and goes out of his way to order me packs. He is everything I could ask for in a card shop owner. As someone who rips a lot and is in almost everyday I can’t say enogh good things

Fantastic small business that holds TCG tournaments regularly. Their prices are reasonable and the staff are polite and very friendly.

Wally could be my favourite human on earth, super friendly and welcoming. It was hard to leave. Loved my purchases and everything was well presented and priced. Now I need an excuse to go back before I leave city. Highly recommend

They have good prices on most cards (we buy Pokémon) and a good and easy to access selection of trainer cards.
