Walmart Pharmacy

Wonderful experience at this pharamcy. I'm not a regular customer but they helped me out when I needed and prescription filled really quickly. They were very accommodating and kind.

Been with uptown over a year and a half, worst pharmacy ever, customer service is non existent. There will be 6 ppl in pharmacy (workers), you will stand there 10 mins before acknowledge, constant screw up of meds, (been on the same for years) same Doctor for 15 yrs.the worst NEVER ANSWER PHONE, I called for 6 Hours one Day, still didnt answer, you complain they just smile, they don't try to improve the customer's experience or the way the pharmacy handles these situations. Just wanted to add I have now left this pharmacy, and will not recommend it to nobody

I went to pick up the prescription and they said they never received it. I showed them the screenshot from my app showing they received it to which they replied oh and suddenly found the prescription. They said they didn’t have any of that medication on hand and would have to have the order filled remotely. I suggested that they could have told me that when they went to fill it rather than pretending they never received it. Staff said he’s just part time and does t k ow what happened. Incompetence

I had my 4 wisdom tooth removed and i was sedated. I went with my father to the walmart pharmacy to get my meds. We waited for some time to get the medicines after getting the sms from pharmacy that the mes have arrived

The asian lady I don't remember her name she is little taller and wears golden frame glasses and little bit healthy.

She was rude to me and my father. We told her we got the sms that's why we are here to compete the meds.

I work at walmart and she treated me this way.
I won't be surprised to see how she would treat the customers.

I didn't except this rude behavior, she should know what a Canadian culture is and work on her customer service skills and try not to treat people rudely who are already suffered or in pain and go to LMS courses about customer service.

Dispensing fees are the cheapest in town
