Computer kept freezing, app didn't work right. Never did get any of my pictures printed. This is the 3rd time I've tried to print and all 3 times have had nothing but problems.

Great photos, but nobody's ever at the desk. It's always an odd silence back in the photo dept. Ghost town.
Also, in my experience, they've never been able to put a "next day" order through online without emailing a few hours later to say they won't meet the timetable promised. They've managed to do it the next day in a few instances, but all of them were labelled as "delayed" way too early.
If they can't afford to staff the facility adequately to process the orders and handle the customer load, they really shouldn't be advertising next day delivery for photos.
But, for the price, the photos are quite good.
