It's Walmart.what kind of rating would a department store need. I get my stuff, but there's never enough staff on tills

Definitely the most well kept Walmart in Central Alberta. Great parking and selection. If you're near Red Deer just come to this one instead.

Ordered and PAID online for pickup, the delivery is LATE, and there IS stock, but unwilling to be flexible and give me what I paid for.

Well easy shopping, price is good wi-Fi network. Great.washroom is new, is greater for few more person.l have no idea l have been.over there.but great to learn.

Dont delete my review again. This store allowed someone in there to use fake gift cards, one if which was my gift card number with a $250 balance. The thief bought something for $1.03 to test which card number was loaded and then used the remaining balance to make a $248.97 purchase. The purchases happened on December 6th 2018 at 4: 27 and 4: 30. East hills Walmart verified the store number and time. I've asked for footage of the person responsible. I was robbed and this Walmart deleted my last review. Maybe somebody there is involved in doing this to me and others.

Always messy, low stock. Photo printers have problems mostbof times. Prefer to go tk other Walmarts despite this ine is closest.

Xmas season shopping arrrrg.but this walmart was prepared and almost overstaffed. I was in and out in 30 minutes with $350 in purchases and my online order was delivered to me while I was in line. I was shocked at how smooth this went.

Took a while to find an available sales person on the floor to unlock electronics, but otherwise lovely. This store seems to attract terrible customers in my experience (meaning they don't watch where they are going, kids running, can't drive in the parking lot, etc) but the staff and experience are pretty good.

Went to Wallmart tonight around 6pm. I wanted to buy a PS VR set so I asked the girl in the Electronics department if she had any in stock (they do, the website said they do). She said no without actually looking up inventory or what was on the shelf. I basically got, if it isn't there, we don't have it. I gave up and went to Customer Service and asked for the same product. A manager said, did you ask the girl in the Electronics Department I explained the situation and he said you should go back and ask the clerk there, blah blah blah. He did not look up inventory and just wanted to pass me back to the original clerk. I walked out and they lost a $300 sale. If they had looked up their inventory on hands and verified that they had none, great, but they didn't even do the basic first step of a retail clerk. Come on Walmart.

Often stock is not replaced, or is all over the place.
Staff are hard to find, and when I come in an hour before closing, when my shift ends, navigating the haphazardly placed pallets, and stock boys moving down every isle with their pallets is both dangerous, and frustrating.

Customer service is pretty good, but occasionally you have to wait 15 minutes to connect with a staff member to get an item from out of a glass lockup.

Meh, I don't ever really have super high expectations of big box stores like walmart but this one was especially bad. Half of the shelves weren't stocked, and they don't carry some really basic things that was surprising. As well, I checked out with a cashier and they didn't give me a receipt which is fine I usually don't want one anyway. However, when I went to leave the store a man standing there asked to see it. I told him I didn't have one, was never given one, and then he said I couldn't leave until he saw my receipt. So I had to go back, stand in line, and get her to clear me to go through the exit of the store because she never gave me a receipt. Don't bother shopping here unless you're desperate, lol.

Well I am not a big fan of Walmart cuz of low quality clothing and other stuff. But it's a good place for your groceries.

Very helpful staff. Helped us when our purchase cane without a cord. A little confusing of which staff member is in charge of which section.

I recently bought a single-cup Black & Decker Coffee machine from Walmart. I was excited to use it, but I found that the reusable filter was defective and I had to bring it back for an exchange. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find my receipt for this purchase and was upset because I couldn't find it. However, I went in to ask if I could bring in the defective coffee machine for an exchange without the receipt and the customer service associate said I was able to do a straight exchange. I didn't bring the coffee maker with me so I had to come home to get a straight exchange the following day. I brought the coffee maker in with its original box, manual and wrapping. I had to explain again why I wanted to exchange my original purchase. The associate on duty told me I could do the exchange, but without getting a receipt with my exchange. I said it was fine. When I showed her the defective reusable filter she saw I was not trying to pull a scam. I felt that may have thought I was trying to scam the store with a "possible" stolen item. Hence, the exchange without a receipt record of the exchange. It was a process, but I was able to do the exchange and have the associate open the package for me to inspect the filter to make sure I didn't have to come back for another exchange. I give my rating s 4 out of 5 because I'm a regular customer snd I rarely have any bad experiences at this location.

This Walmart is kept clean. Everything is where it's supposed to be. Staff is helpful and friendly. Some prices are higher than other Walmarts.

Very very poor selection of groceries with only one or two Brands represented. This is my first time in my life is it a Walmart and I must say I'm not impressed and probably won't go back. It's not on the main bus line so it's very inconvenient to get to unless you drive

Cheap for Christmas shopping, co-workers are nice, helpful and great attitudes.

I’ve almost never been to Walmart. Went to this store because I had a gift card, so I bought a few 70% chocolate bars they sell that are great, and a good price.

I asked at the bakery for my empty ~10 ounce water bottle to be filled at their sink. I was told no, that their water was “only for cleaning”. Duh, there is no “cleaning water”, it all comes out of the tap the same. So I asked another employee. She told me (with a smirk) that they wouldn’t fill my water bottle, that I’d instead have to buy some water from them. I’ve never before been refused tap water at a store! There’s no way I’d ever pay these turkeys for water, no matter how thirsty I was.

Stocks are all over the place and prices posted are unrecognizable as there are several products under 1 posted price tag. Just order online or go else where.

Nice to find someone that spoke English and was willing to help. Would have been nice to have an offer help take the huge box out to the car.

Lines can be long at times and those darn self check out lanes suck, we need better customer service. Shout out to the door greeter (elderly asian man) just greet us don't expect to search my bags everytime i exit the store (he askes me everytime and i don't steal!)

I always have a good shopping experience at Walmart Grandview.
They don't do what too many stores do that is extremely annoying and that's change everything around. I know they do it so that customers will notice other products other than what they usually buy. I don't think that they consider how hard this is on seniors and people with walking or breathing difficulties.
As i said, Walmart Grandview doesn't do that though and as long as they don't, they'll have me as a customer.

It's called a Supercentre but it's not as large as the Supercentres you may be used to in more suburban areas. Still they have just about everything you need, and frankly it's nice to be able to get everything without walking miles around a massive box store.

The clientele that shop at this Walmart location and the people that live in their campers outside of this Walmart location make it a less than ideal place to shop. Walmart has somewhat decent prices but so does Superstore which is a little less skuzzy.
